Staff is very helpful! They always have what I need with speedy service. Got my prints printed matte and NO where else offers that! The price was so great each time I felt like I had gotten a discount, Im going bk to print all my baby shower games cards 🤞🏾

Good store, but very overpriced, staff wears shirts that are biased and political very unprofessional. Not to mention the flag on the window that gives that same rhetoric, and during the pandemic staff did not wear masks or have any type of a sign saying masks were recommended

Be aware that if you try to utilize this store to make returns to Amazon, you will have to print out a shipping label from Amazons website rather than using the QR Amazon will email to you by default. For reasons unknown to me, Forbes does not have the capability to ship using QR, otherwise it will mean a trip to Ankeny to utilize a store that has it.

Horribly overpriced. Took my printer in for repeatedly jamming. Im only giving two stars because they did my repair in a timely manner, however he did say it was only a 3 minute repair. Otherwise I would give a 1 star. Customer service reps werent very friendly and the store had a disgusting odor to it. There office furniture was dated and also overpriced. I usually prefer doing business local, but this is a store I will not take my business to again.

Friendly, knowledgeable people work there. They’ll help you with all your needs. If it isn’t on the floor they will order it for you.
