I love this place for all things crafts, I just wish the prices were more reasonable and that the Canadian locations has the options that the American locations have.

Staff at NF location are absolutely upper friendly, helpful and kind. I have never ever had an issue in the many times Ive been in the store. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Lovely Michaels! Always clean and well kept, and the staff are always so helpful and kind. I wish they had tap as a payment option (especially nowadays) but thats not this stores fault so 5 stars! Ill definitely be going again :)

Honestly, michaels has so many things for crafts and arts. but the problem is, that its a bit pricey and not worth it. copic markers are fine because their website also sells copic markers for $8. their sales are amazing but still pricey. :(

Very aggressive and hostile curbside assistance. My wife ordered an item for curbside pick up, on arrival She parked and got out to get the item (so much for meaning of curbside), the staff refused to hand her the item and asked her to get back to the car, demanded she drive up to the curb, and then to step out of the car to pick up the item. This absolutely makes zero sense, what policy would promote this illogical approach. my wife is 20 week pregnant and was mistreated terribly by unprofessional. I called head office and explained the situation, later received a call from the store stating this is the policy they have implemented. Definitely not curbside

Theres an endless amount of craft supplies and you can find almost anything your looking for. The staff are quite helpful. However I often feel I can save money by doing most of this shopping at Dollarama

Great store for all crafting needs. A little pricey, especially if doig it for kids crafts, but if you are a serious crafter, this is place to go. Has a nice little back room where they do birthday parties for kids. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

Went in to get some art supplies and saw they had 60% off on canvas so we grabbed 3 of them. Went up to the register and they said that sale was done. I told them to sign was still up and so they radioed the staff to go check, I also made my way that way but by the time I went they took down the signand said it was never up. They forgot to remove it but it was there when I got the supplies. They did not honor the fact that they forgot the sign up and argued that it was never up.This review is now a month or so after the above one and a month into the lockdown. I called to get some help on finding an item that I wasnt able to find online. The lady I spoke to at 4:20pm was so reluctant to help. I knew you had to order online but I asked her for help to see if they had the stock. She kept on telling me she couldnt look for it and that I had to order online. I called a different store and they were able to help me right away and they gave me the location that had my item in stock.

Couldnt get the item I needed (sold out), but the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Had a coupon at check out and it would not download properly so the cashier helped out with that. Also, gave me suggestions. Very friendly

Couldnt find an employee to ask a question . Took 6/7 min to find as i didnt want to bother the cashier who had quite a long line up on her own to handle.

I love Starbucks but the welland store doesnt always have what you want like other locations

This happened a couple months ago when I was shopping for some yarns and yarn needles. I’ve only hand knitted but never needle knitted so I was wanting to try accomplishing that, I asked for assistance because I had a few questions regarding what size to use and I had a yarn picked out and I only wanted to do a basic design nothing too out there, a lady came over to help me but she wasn’t helpful at all I felt berated and on the edge of crying because she was treating me horribly telling me I can’t knit a blanket that I shouldn’t have come to the store because I know nothing, (she’s a bigger middle aged lady with light blonde hair and said she teaches knitting classes ) she kept rolling her eyes and telling me to just go home and when I know what I want to come back, she was telling me it’s impossible for me to knit a blanket even after I told her I’ve done hand knitting she said that is not the same what-so ever. Her behaviour was extremely inappropriate and disrespectful I feel she needs to be retained on how to talk to customers and to not treat them like their garbage, I never said anything mean or degrading to her what so ever but she felt the need to do that to me

I usually get dragged here by the wife. She always finds what shes after. Very clean and organized store. My favourite is when they have the t-shirts on sale for $3.

Absolutely horrible service. There curbside pick up is a joke! Like Really? You guys have no one in the parking lot telling me I gotta wait another hour for a bag of googly eyes. Ridiculous. taking my money and service somewhere else!

Michaels store is a bit lacking for some materials specially in the baking section/chocolate candy making. I wish they would expand their brands like adding colour mill, chefmaster, etc. The online stock is quite inaccurate as well and I’ve had a incorrect order when I did curbside pick up twice now. I’m glad the stores are open because the online stock is awful.

Friendly and exceptional service, as always

Often VERY overcrowded with stock, possibly to the point of being in breach of accessibility laws. If I cant get my shopping cart between the island merch, end caps and aisles I cant imagine a wheelchair can negotiate that spacing either. Especially in an emergency. Staff are typically quite friendly though and my wife enjoys it there.

If you need art supplies, cant beet them. Not enough people eat beets, I know the grammatical error I made, not many times in a day though does the word beet come up anymore. Anyways, this is a great store. My daughters and I go there for all our art supplies.

This store had NO ONE tracking the number of people in the store. I was told they had 1 person but they had left & gone home. I WILL NOT be returning to this store any time soon!!!!!APPARENTLY MAKING MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PUBLIC (CUSTOMER) SAFETY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not order picture frames for curbside pickup. Got a frame for a poster. Employee was very pleasant and gave me the frame curbside and I brought it home. Could not see the cracked plastic of frame underneath the plastic wrapping until i had opened it. I would expect the employees to check the merchandise they intend to deliver to their customers. Once we get covid in control, Ill go in myself and sift through available frames so I dont waste money again.

Im not an arts and crafts person but public washroom so thanks. My mom buys junk here.

A CRAFTERS PARADISE!!!Better get a membership card cause this place be pricey sometimes.If I cant find it anywhere else, Michaels WILL have it. They have a large selection of yarns and wool and exceptional prices. They do turn over product well offering clearance items oftenLike I said, Michaels always has it...

Although I can sign in it keeps bring up a location far away from my area. I’m trying to order for curb side pickup but am finding it hard to navigate.

The store is handling procedures well through out COVID-19. I was able to find what I needed with direction right from the greeter at the door.

Curbside puck up was kind of a hot mess but the best they could do at this time ..

Great selection in this craft store, I love the seasonal items although they are usually pricey, they always go on sale at some point plus this store is always offering killer coupons in flyers and online. Check back frequently as stock changes frequently. Free parking and wheelchair accessible.

Clean and well stocked. Currently downsizing their bead and jewelry-making supplies. Fine art seems on a bit of an upswing. Discrepancies between price check machine and checkout prices not caught until home going over bill. Disappointed.

Selection wasnt great but it could be out of their control with Christmas and COVID.

Glad that they have some products, but disappointed that everytime I come to any of the stores their selection is very limited dont know if it is because COVID-19 but I do oil painting and I need a reliable source to get my materials from I might try online stores next time

A bit pricey but most crafty stores are. The selection is usually pretty decent and the seasonal stuff is out on time. An odd observation but Ive been in this store dozens of times and have never been approached by a staff member.Overall its a good place to find your crafting supplies

I love this store! They have everything you need if art is your hobby. If you find them a bit pricey just ask for the coupon (there is always a 40 or 50% off coupon). The staff are really good too. I bought something and lost it when I left the store because there was a hole in my bag and the manager let me get a new one.

Great place for craft supplies! They also always have coupons for great deals. I just dont like how they put out holiday stuff SUPER EARLY and then run out before the holiday actually occurs...

Nice clean and organized store. Havent found many of them like this one. Customer service was great. Only complaint was an employee left a ladder in an aisle blocking it off but overall got everything we came in for.

Overall the store is fine. It is clean and the employees are nice. However, I mostly use Michaels for cross-stitch supplies, and the selection at this store is very sparse. The Niagara Falls location stocks a better variety of embroidery supplies.

This place has tons of things. Well stocked. Something for everyone. The only issue I had was that everything is quite pricey. So many great things, but not for a lower income family.

My friends and I attended a cake decorating class @ this Michaels and we all had such a good time learning so much about decorating cakes, cookies and cupcakes!At 1st we felt very rushed, but it got way better as we all started getting the jist of it.My friends grandson attended it with us and he ended up doing such a good job of makes the best cupcakes ever.Thank you Michaels, we had a blast!
