Needed some replacement calipers. They had them in stock even though my car is a bit older and less common now, so I was able to get them replaced right away. Prices were perfectly reasonable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Ordered some rockers, paint, primer, and a couple other things and it was really great service at a great price. Couldn’t find my colour code anywhere so they mixed it up in spraymax 1K spray cans and it seemed like high quality stuff.

Girlfriend just got a battery here!! Interstate batteries are too notch and service has always been spectacular! Only place i go, or will send someone for batteries!! Also one of the best places to get parts!

I love this place. My father has used Jack Dow since I was a child, maybe 10 years old. Im 45 now and he still uses it, so 35 years.I use it also and I will continue to use it.The staff is fabulous, friendly, like family.The prices match or beat everyone but here is the best part, their quality of parts is better then most others.There is a reason Jack Dow Auto Supply has been around forever, quality, reputation, price.Check them out. Couldnt find my matching color at canadian tire or any other autoshop so I googled and found this place.Long story short, I gave then a color code that I want for an aerosol sprayIt end up not matching my cars bluish color. It was more violet. Very far from the color I want. $40 worth of nothing. Find other place if youre trying to find custom sprays.

Not the best service, stood there for 10 minutes while they handled personal calls no one even asked if I needed help etc. Ended up leaving, they did not have what I needed anyways, mostly same stuff you can get from Canadian tire etc.

For years, we got our parts from Napa. But we were not happy with their brake parts longevity. We were referred to Jack Dow by a family member. We had a great experience and will come back.

This is the best place in Niagara Region or anywhere for all your automotive parts needs and they also have a great selection of after market parts not to mention automotive body parts paints and anything for do it yourselfers body and paint people and if they dont have it in stock theyll get it for you by the next day and their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and curtious and they go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience dealing with them

Not only do they have excellent car parts they do emissions tests as well. Ive Done 3 e test in as many months and theyre always quick and courteous.

Purchased brake pads and rotors. After taking my car brakes apart, it became apparent that they had sold me the wrong parts....twice....despite having the VIN for reference.

Clueless about european cars, and no custumer service skills. Gave them a chance to redeem themselves couple of times by going back to this store thinking that someone just had a bad day, but NO! Theyre like that all the time, maybe they dont even know it, since people post only positive reviews. This is just my experience with them and I dont go back there anymore, good luck!
