Straight A A A A A.I dropped off my wifes Tahoe. Hertz was their to get me. John said it will be done in 10 days i said perfect. John called me 3 days ahead gave me a progress report said everything was on schedule. Today the office called me and said your Tahoe is being detailed and it will be ready in about 3 hours. I arrived and there it was All detailed and i looked to see if i could see any flaws and let me tell you it was absolutely perfect Thanks Ed and you have a great crew. Most unprofessional business on the face of the earth. Paint work is actually decent but the mechanical work is by far the worst. They have no clue what they are doing mechanically. After they were done milking my insurance company they actually tried to return my car with the check engine light on. My insurance company had to call and make them fix it which by the way the car never ran right after I got it back.when I called to ask them to fix this they suggested I go to another shop because they weren’t capable of equipped to fix it. DO NOT GO HERE. I made sure to warn my insurance company about their practices so that they do not recommend this shop to future customers.

The staff there showed genuine concern for my car being hit and the fact I had to drive it in the condition it was in. They fixed the car on the date they said it was going to be done . The car looked fantastic. Could never tell there was ever any damage. Soon after I initially arrived they guickly got my paperwork done,got my free rental car set and got my car in the shop. All that was done within a half an hour. Great place to go if you need work on your car done

I recommend them. They wont BS you, theyll give you the truth, and they wont try to get you to buy something you dont need. My whole family has been going here forever and the service has always been the same. Honest, straightforward, and consistent.

I wish you could give zero stars. Honestly, acted like they were too busy at the front desk, Or couldn’t so much is be bothered to even come outside and look at the little bit of paint chipping on the front end of my car. Didn’t really seem like they wanted the business, and that I, as a first-time customer, was unimportant, and not worthy of their time. Furthermore, the gentleman and woman at the front two desk spaces seemed annoyed that I had stopped in. Unbelievable.Follow up:What I thought it was going to just be a touch up paint job, turns out (because of the sheer number of little tiny chips of paint) I have to have the entire front bumper taken off the car, stripped and then repainted, with a custom color. This ends up being a $650 job (more if they have to paint the front side panels, to help blend the paints on them and make it looks seamless with the original paint on the hood) on my BMW. So, as a result of the way I was treated when I entered the store, (Probably because I’m not what you expect to see when you think of a typical owner of a $50,000 BMW) I will be taking this job, AND any future business to Jocoy’s Collision. INFINITELY more professional. Could Babsco really be making THAT much money, that they treat potentially lifelong customers that poorly? If anyone EVER asks about a collision shop, will absolutely steer them clear of this place.Oh, and clean up the mountain of literal trash in your parking lot, behind the fence. It, again, looks unprofessional- and I imagine attracts rats, mice and other rodents in the area. You have houses and restaurants near your building. Shameful.

My vehicle went in for a cosmetic auto body touch up; 2 of the 4 spots were not done and there was a lot of over spray left on the vehicle. When I inquired I was told theyd speak with the tech who did it (pick up was his day off) to set up a follow up and never did. Im tired of hearing their receptionist tell me theyll have someone get back to me with no follow through.

Worst experience ever never called me with a update for the car called the mechanic 5 times never got a call back had the car for over a month and came back with overspray and chips in the hood then tried to blame it on me saying they didn’t see it cuz the car was dirty lmao what a joke of a place
