I called for an estimate and the guy was knowledgeable and courteous . I did not take my car there to get fixed yet. I will probably take it there before old man winter rears his nasty head.Price was fair and I dont have to wait long to get the job done👍

I had a cracked windshield from a flying piece of debris on the highway. I called them on Tuesday, was there on Thursday. They filed the claim through my insurance company and determined I didnt need to pay anything because of how my insurance was set up! Great job, wonderful customer service and hassle free as they did all the insurance stuff! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We asked them to get our back passenger window up. they fixed the problem at no charge. I would highly recommend these people.

I choose Speedy because it is centrally located and easy to get too. I dropped off my keys the night before my appointment. I sat and waited as there was no one at the desk and the only employee I saw was one guy running back and forth from the shop and out the front door several times without one acknowledgement of me being there. After the third or fourth time he finally stop and took my keys. The day of my appointment a women call me and asked if I had my insurance paperwork I told it was in the car she ask did nobody ask it from you when you dropped off the car I told her about thw guy runnning back and fourth her response was oh he was busy, A lady husband had just died and she needed her car to get back to tge Hospital.I find this comment very unprofessional. She should of never told me that. Also sharing other customers info is wrong.These comments make me reconsider choosing a different glass company next time.Richard Wilson

Just had my windshield replaced at Speedy Glass Niagara Falls. The service was excellent. Recommendations were made but they were not pushy about them and offered different price ranges to suit my budget. The work done was excellent and done in great time. Excellent staff here. The person I bought my car from got the windshield installed by some fly-by-night clowns, which caused water leaks, and everyone else quoted me $700 to fix it. Speedy Glass did it for a third of the cost and had me out in a few hours. Highly recommended.

I had my windshield replaced on April 30. As much as I hated having to pay for a new windshield, Im glad I chose to have it replaced by Speedy Glass. From the start, the service was excellent. I dont recall ever being offered a free cab ride back to my destination from any other service station, if required while waiting for the work to be done. I got an anti-glare coating applied to my new windshield for free. That product is absolutely amazing! It really cuts down on night time glare, especially necessary on a rainy night. The rain beads off your windshield better than Rainex without having to use Rainex.Rick and Steve were very helpful and accommodating and answered all my questions. They definitely have a new customer!

While changing the Windshield they made a hole on my car’s roof. The chip was not properly installed. There was on and off in rear view mirror for GPS now it’s not functioning properly

I just went for glass repair but they replaced my wipers and cabin air filter without my authorization and charged extra $120. (I usually DIY for $50) Ripped off. I wont go there again.
