Absolutely terrible customer service! Avoid at all cost!! I wish there was a zero star rating cause thats what I would give this Walmart.My truck got hit by an employee named John in the Walmart parking lot. He was using the red machine that pushes all the carts that they pick up in the parking lot. He ran the cart pushing machine into my bumper. There is a massive dent in it now. So I went in to talk to a manager who got all my info and took pictures of the scene. I was told to wait for Walmarts insurance to call me. This was nearly 3 months ago. I have called Walmart back 4 flipping times and gotten nowhere. Nobody wants to help me with this problem. I dont have the money to fix it the problem that Walmart made for me. The big companies continue to hurt the little man.I will be contacting the police next because this is ridiculous. I didnt realize that businesses could have customer service this bad! Im extremely disappointed and will definitely be taking my business else where.

Im tired of them not having the items Im looking for. Theyre obviously big sellers. So why dont they get more of those items & less of the ones that just sit there.Two of the popular items 1. The special K yogurt & berries. Theyre always sold out they only get 1 row of it & the Special K blueberry or strawberry. They order tons if that & its never sold out. When I see my cereal Ill grab 3 boxes. Cuz I dont know when theyll get more. Item #2, strawberry cheesecake Haagen Dazs ice cream. They have tons of every other favor. But good luck trying to get that one.The only time Ive been able to get it favor is when theyre putting it in the freezer. A shipment just came in ; then again grab 3 or 4. Cuz you dont know when theyll get it in again.I complained about the larger size diapers forever. Now Ive noticed they have lots & my little guy doesnt need them anymore...lol. Thats it....lol

This one very large Walmart Supercenter. Isles are Wide and lots of room to shop. Good place to get everything on your Shipping list. Fruit and Vegetable area well set up and displayed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of parking outside.

We came to Walmart in a time of need with a long list of items. We needed a canvas cleaner, but which one? A step stool but of a certain height... That kind of thing. We had the pleasure of coming across Jonica. She was incredibly pleasant and helpful, with suggestions that suited our needs. She literally dropped everything (she put her two carts to the side) and helped us with every item on our list. She knew where everything was. At no point did she make us feel like a burden. She was so incredible. We will make more of our purchases at this location because of her phenomenal service. Give this magnificent lady a round of applause!

It was crazy busy and unfortunately there was a line up for every cashier including self check out.You need to pack your patience they are incredibly short staffed and doing the best that they can to keep things moving.Dont yell at the cashiers it isnt their fault.

Answering the phone is not their strong suit. So I dialed another part, the vision center, asked my question and the guy was, not rude, but short.Still have not been able to get through to customer service.Just want to know if the nail salon is open. Google lists it as open but no answer there either, so if not Id like to put in the correction at Google.

My sister and sister in law visited this location today for photo printing in electronics. They were not sure what they were doing so they asked for help the employee who helped John they believe was nothing but rude and ignorant towards them making snarky comments and did not want to help whatsoever and continued To say it is self serve witch yes they understood but they were not asking for him to do it they just wanted to be led in the right direction on how to work the machine. Very bad costumer service will not return

Dont shop here if youre worried about COVID-19Apparently the self-checkout attendants think the pandemic was over in July 2021. I was at the self-checkouts at this Niagara Walmart this month, and the self-checkout attendant was yelling at a customer that COVID IS OVER! and that he was being too sensitive about the virus. I didnt hear the entire conversation, but if the self-checkout attendants think the pandemic is over, I doubt theyre going to be taking their disinfecting duties too seriously. Id be really careful care about using the self-checkouts here.

Its a Walmart...Very convenient right off of the QEW offramp. Lots of selection. They offer curbside pick up as well. The have other stores, Petro Canada gas station, a couple of fast food options in the same area.

If I could give a -5 star rating I would. Worst customer service and care. Several months ago I was searching for maternity wear but due to COVID many stores werent carrying stock in stores and all change rooms were closed. I had decided to purchase a pair of jeans from Niagara Falls Walmart and tried them on upon returning home to find out the inside of the pants were completely covered in someone elses bodily fluids that had now transfered to my skin, I was absolutely mortified and brought them back immediately to inform them of this traumatic event that had just occurred. I had requested to see a manager but was informed there wasnt one in only an assistant manager who could inform her (the actual store manager) of the event that had occurred and provide her with my contact information for her to reach out to me during her shift the following day, well about a month had gone by with no phone call but I was making sure to call and follow up with them EVERY SINGLE DAY but somehow she never seemed to be in no matter what time I called or was always too busy to speak with me regarding the incident. I had missed work due to the extra testing that had to take place from this incident, It was an extremely stressful situation to be placed in and they had zero sympathy, clearly, regarding the situation. I had finally received a phone call, without even an apology, not even for the wait, they then continued to offer me a pathetic $10 gift card for it to be swept under the rug, I absolutely refused, what a slap in the face this felt like. I had demanded to be placed through the escalations department, they placed me in their insurance department and I had begun my formal claim, which they jaw droppingly denied, I am so disgusted with this multimillion dollar company. I just never wanted this to ever happen to anyone else ever again. I did end up going into preterm labor and having our daughter early where we spent time in the NICU until she was ready to come home, luckily her and I were tested clean of whatever we had come in contact with inside of those pants. Then for another, I had visited Fort Erie location for a playard mattress but they were unfortunetly out of stock, I had then decided to call the niagara location as it said they had them in stock but they didnt answer, 35 minutes and still no answer. Fort Erie offered to call them to, they reached someone immediately but was placed on hold for 25 minutes and nobody had returned to the phone call. I continued to call and finally someone had answered, they realized I was calling for the same thing as the Fort Erie Walmart was requesting about and had also placed me on hold and never answered. I proceeded to keep calling, I was finally answered but immediately placed on hold without even a voice answering (clearly annoyed and knowing it was still me calling) someone actually picked up moments later and had searched the floor for the item in request. Over an hour of phone calls to save a potential we state its in stock but dont have it. Needs extreme improvement at this location, especially management and higher.

Its Walmart so of course they have just about everything. Their prices are okay. Lots of smaller businesses can easily beat their prices. At this location, beware the crowd. Parking is brutal and its way worse inside. Navigating the crowd is a nightmare. On my last visit I was so flustered that I abandoned my cart by the front door and left.

I would like to let everyone know the wonderful service that we had from Rebecca in the Bakery yesterday around 5:45 pm approx.We were celebrating my daughters birthday and we just arrived in Canada yesterday morning.We needed a birthday cake for her.We spoke to Rebecca and she made us a 24 count cupcake cake and decorated it for us since, they didnt have any other large sizes available.We went shopping and by the time, we came back, it was ready. She made the birthday the best. Thank you

So very disappointed in this store. A friend purchased a brand new RCA SmarTV 75 Tv and when she got home she opened it to find a old broken down 42 Panasonic Tv. When she brought it back to store within 20 minutes she was refused a refund and told it was an RCA issue, when the box was purchased it was not secured and the straps were loose and able to slide on and off. Customer Care was called and they informed her that the store should be taking it back and providing a return, had her drive back to the store with the Representative on the phone and the Manager and refused to even talk with them. The Manager and Assistant Manager were both extremely rude and hostile with her. This whole thing has been going on for 3 months.

Every time I go to this store what I need is out of stock. Replacing most Brand name items with Great Value Brand. No more ad matching. Used curbside pickup, 20 mins for someone to answer phone and 20 mins to bring to car, only one item, only 2 people in curbside to pickup .

Used the curb side pick up for the first time. The guy who put our groceries into the car literally just threw everything in. He put a 24 case of water ON TOP of all my groceries. My bread was so squished. Not impressed. Need people who take pride in their jobs. I Understand I could have just went in myself as usual to avoid this but I figured I would try it. Never again.

Clean and Big Store but they dont like it when you use the Walmart App to scan items. All of sudden youll have Employees and Security stalking you for what? Why have an App with Scanner then. We are double checking prices not stealing, on top moving here from Brampton I gotta say the Employees there were a lot more helpful. Most here dont know one aisle to the next.

A different Walmart suggested I call this one to see if they can look up a product that they only had half of at their store, so I called, and asked before I placed a online order with their store to double check if its in stock, because the online will say available even of its not. Immediately she raised her voice and every other word to me was maam and it was like she was trying to instigate a argument with me. I think her name was Neha? I was just doing what another Walmart suggested. Need to retrain staff at customer service.

I am torn. I like Walmart. I also dont like Walmart. Its the best grocery store in Niagara Falls. By far. It really is. The prices are most affordable, the quality of food is consistent and quality-made, and I cant say enough good things about this place. Their COVID-19 measures were among the strongest in the region. Also, A+ customer service all-around. That said, they ended price-matching which is a disadvantage to the many low-income families who shop here. The customer service lineups are unnecessarily long. Sometimes, you cant find a customer service representative to help. In many ways, its your average Walmart. As disappointed as it is to hear Walmart ceasing price-matching, theyre still a cleaner and more affordable place to shop than any other grocer here.

Went to Walmart to look for a pool after calling multiple times only to get hung up on 4x. They had 1 pool left. We asked to pay for the pool and hold it so I could complete my shopping. The MANAGER refused. When I came back with my groceries it was gone. Not only did he not offer a solution just threw up his hands and said he couldnt do it because of store policy. I spend 450 dollars a week there what a horrible chain. Thanks for NOTHING walmart. Horrible customer service.

Today I went to return a heater which I purchased one month back.when we approached a customer sales representative ( her name is Neha ) to return the item. She talk to us in a very rude manner. Ive been going to this walmart all my life, never once had a problem with the staff. They are always friendly. The place is kept clean especially during covid, one down fall is that there tends to be long line ups when checking out but thats why they make self check out! its quick and easy.

For the first time ever I returned something to walmart. And the girl behind the counter, Heta, was very rude to me. The bar code was missing because the package had been torn into, and she proceeded to tear me a knew one and then rudely sent me to get another on for scanning. I returned with it and apologized and she just ignores me and treats me like a leach. I got my refund and walked out and will not be returning.

Overall the staff is very pleasant and have provided curbside grocery pick up throughout the COVID-19 quarantine. We have made use of this service bi-weekly and it has been wonderful. My one issue has been that sometimes the person answering the phone is quite difficult to understand. Other than that, we have had great experiences shopping at this location!

Worst customer service at self check out, if the hand scanner shouldnt be used there should be a written instructions saying you cannot use it, rather the lady representative was yelling at us not to use it or touch it - there is a way how to tell the customers politely (i guess management needs to train their staff in this and teach some etiquette)

The pandemic response of this location is uppauling. There were over 300 vehicles in the parking lot on Sunday January 24th no lineup to get inside, I had to constantly dodge hordes of people in isles. The only place that was properly social distanced was the lineup at the checkout.I would have given 1 star, but the overall store before the pandemic I would have given a 4 star, that is why they get the 2 now.

Received email saying our grocery order had been picked and was ready for pick up. Arrived at the store 20 minutes ago and are still waiting for our groceries. Other people arrived after us and have got their orders. Would not recommend this service. Ended up waiting over 45 minutes for our groceries, horrible service. Called numerous times asking when would our groceries be coming. None too happy for sure. Another person that was there before us peeled out after she got her groceries, so we were not alone in our feelings.

Dont follow covid safety. Line was huge so I decided to self checkout everything. I scanned everything and the buzzer went off when leaving that area. The lady there started to touch everything and stood within the 2 meters. She then said I was giving her a hard time and she was calling thr manager. I said maybe follow the safety rules and keep away from me. Manager shows up with no gloves and begins touching everything. End of it all I self checked out and had 2 people man handle my food. Once leaving I had to have the manager push the cart through the door and have it beep again. Security then said its ok its going off for anyone with meat. Never been so angry with how unsafe and unorganized a store can be. Try having more then 2 tips on a Saturday open. Wont return to this location
