Ive been a regular customer of Twinlo for over 10 years. This place is where its at. I LOVE that I can drive through, pop my trunk full of empties and the guys at Twinlo restock my trunk with my favorite beers. They have always taken excellent care of me and any of my friends or family that Ive referred there.I gladly pay a tiny bit more for my beer from Twinlo so that I dont have to deal with returns and carry heavy cases out of big box stores. Not to mention, we ALL need to support local business.

Terrible customer service. They close at 7:00 but will refuse you service at 6:50 because they are too lazy to do any work that close to closing time. What a joke. Don’t waste your time unless you can get there well before 6:00.

Great store. John takes a personal interest in all his customers meaning service is above what youd expect. Im a keg buyer and not only do they carry a large varity but John will go the extra mile to get you what you want. Best beer store Ive ever gone to. Very reliable and Highly recommended.

My fiance and I visited the store on our way to an overnight staycation in the Falls. The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to help us. They have a great selection of craft beer and the usuals. We both had a great experience and will definitely be back to visit when we are in the area!

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I go there, they treat my family and I like we are family. If youre looking for something particular and they dont have it, just ask and they may order it for you. Great people, great prices...support your local beer store!

At the beginning of summer, I loaded up my husbands pickup with various bags of cans and bottles. I did not notice any signs indicating bottles must be packaged in anything special. I proceeded to speak with a worker and he was obviously irritated my bottles were bagged. He informed me of a small sign and the bottle policy. He said he would accept my cans. Another worker came out and as they decided to take some bags, they complained LOUDLY about me the entire time in back of my truck. I had my children with me and was not about to reciprocate the attitude. When they walked in and one guy came back, he said, Here LADY and handed me my change. I have never gone back and have decided to donate my cans and bottles to another location. I dont know if it was a combination of having to smell the nearby trash mountain or my, excuse me, ignorance of the policy, but your staff was RUDE!

Never have a bad experience at this locale. Customers are treated like family, and staff is always positive and upbeat regardless of how busy the store gets.I recommend this store to all my friends.

Came in from London Ontario a while back, wife did not know which cider she would like, but the worker gave her all the options and helped tramendiously on finding one she liked. Great customer service and Ill be back next month to help this independent business again.

This is a small business with a big heart, I highly recommend looking around their inventory. You can still get some of the specialty items while shopping local, Win Win!

Came here today as a first time customer and will never be returning! I wanted to return some bottles and explained I havent been to this business before. I asked about their turn in procedures and they only take the State maximum of 240 items. Already an awkward start but ok, I didnt have too many. They begrudgingly told me to bring them in (felt like I was wasting their time) and was rejected. They want all glass bottles in their cardboard boxes, stating its a safety issue. I kinda get it but the other redemption centers I have been to use coated gloves, take anything and are happy to serve. I dont put out many 1 stars, but this place hit me right in the avoid it nerve.

Well this was my favorite bottle return place but seeing how the bottle people gypped my family of a dollar worth bottles????? I will do my own sorting and use the machines myself from now on.All I know is 83 times 5 cents = $4.15 ?????
