I currently have the Audio One team working on a full audio system in my truck. The customer service from these guys has been great. These guys are awesome. Always helpful and friendly. Ive had several remote starters installed over the years and the work was always first rate. Recently I broke the key fob to a starter they installed 4 years ago and they were able to find a replacement for it.

Stopped in today cause I was having problems with my remote start. Somehow it was put into Valet mode and wouldn’t start the car. Was there for 5 minutes and leaving with a fully functional remote start again.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a Jeep from the dealership across the street from Audio One in 2018. I also purchased a new top for the jeep, in which I was to pick it up from Audio One. I paid for it, and Audio One received payment for it. I NEVER GOT THE JEEP TOP. I called every single day for 3 years straight!! After giving up in the beginning of 2021, I finally called back today for them to tell me the exact same story as when I started calling 3 years ago. They have the top and its in the warehouse.. call back Monday. In that 3 year span I was told by them I could come pick it up on a particular day. I did just that, only to get there and them say it wasnt out of their warehouse yet. BUYER BEWARE! This place is a scam. Do not pay for anything up front!

I had a car starter installed when I purchased my vehicle in 2007 from Audio One and have been very pleased with its operation. Whenever I need a new battery, I return to Audio One and they replace it ... at no charge!!! Just there the other day!! Love this place! Not only that, a few years ago I needed a new controller device and they replaced that for no charge also!! Terrific place and I highly recommend them!

My daughter bought me an automatic car starter from Audio One about 8 years ago. So far, I had to return for new key fob batteries and they are more than happy to change them out at no charge.Then my car battery died and I purchased a new one. Audio One was happy to re-set my car starter again, at no charge.Now the big one...I had a new security system installed in my car at another auto shop so the auto starter key fob needed a little extra re-setting. I pulled into theyre parking lot and the owner happened to be outside. I called him over and asked for help. AGAIN...he fixed my starter right away and at no charge.I am 80 yrs old and drive the same car that my daughter had the starter installed. I CANT IMAGINE ANY OTHER COMPANY TOPPING THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!! I highly recommend them. Thank you Lou.

These guys are great and they know their stuff well. I went there twice. First time I went was to get my subwoofer checked out because it wouldnt play music. They took a look at it and not even 10 seconds later they told me its cooked. Bought a new one from this place. Few weeks later my amp started to fail on me. Went back this morning and it turned out the fuses were shot. Got them replaced at no charge. Will be back again someday for other stuff. Keep up the good work guys, you just gained another customer :)

Spent 4K on tires rims and a small lift for the new set. Get it all on and the tire pressure light is now on, all the time. There’s also a loud clunk when you turn now so after multiple forms of contacting them for it to be repaired they finally say it can be brought in to be looked at. After they “fix” the truck we pick it up and the clunking stopped but the tire pressure light is still stuck on and now it needs an alignment too. So the tire pressure light is just on and dings while the steering wheel has to be at about 45 degrees to the right in order to drive straight and when you break if you don’t pull to the left the truck wants to drive off the road. This place was a complete waste of time and money! Save your time and money and take your business to people who know what they are doing and have customer service skills to fix a problem when they do arise.

They were very knowledgeable and professional. I went in to see what my options were for an upgrade from my stock head unit. Once I decided what was best for me they told me they would have to order parts to slightly alter my center console. They had it in the next business day. I went from an old single din to a double din stereo. I was very impressed with the results.

This place was great and very helpful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating towards me. I had to reschedule apt due to the weather and they didnt give me any problems. I asked questions about a bunch of things and the gentlemen at the counter was really nice and helpful! The prices was reasonable. They put a remote starter in my car and did it in record time! They told me itd be 2 to 2 n half hours, because other vehicles as I said I had to reschedule, and was done in an hour n 10 minutes. He explained how it worked and that its got lifetime warranty and if I get another car, theyll take out it of this car n put in anything I get for free!! Free, baby, who does that, now n days, yay!! So the price was will worth it!! Id recommend this place to everyone, in fact, Im flying back next month for some work on other things.

Zero stars should be an option. Made an appt for a simple tint job and after driving 20 minutes to drop it off they called just as I’m pulling in driveway to tell me their tint guy had to go home early. Which I understand, sometimes that happens. After heading back 20 minutes to pick up my vehicle they schedule me for not the next tint day but 2 weeks from my original date. Normal business protocol would be to get the business inflicted cancellation in as quickly as possible. But I wait the two weeks anyways and he tells me drop it off in the morning. So I do as soon as they open at 9 am. I come back at almost 330 and the job still wasn’t done and wasn’t even the next vehicle in their paper and key line up. In fact my truck never moved, ridiculous. So long story short after they canceled my appt and moved me to the end of the line, they took no action to get my vehicle done in a timely manner after I drove over an hour total with all trips to get a simple tint job done. Taking my business elsewhere.

Blew my subwoofers and they were quick and got me bumping with my new replacement subs no questions asked. I’d recommend Audio one to everyone! Great and fast work!

Service was fast and they completed the install as expected but I have a couple of concerns which prevents me from offering a 5 star review.1. If my appointment is at 1030, then my car should be brought in right away, not 45 minutes later.2. The representative at the counter was vaping in doors in front of customers.. I get it, its your business.. but not everyone wants to breathe in your nicotine vapors ... is this even legal?3. Your techs should make sure they plug in all door switches. This creates an inconvenience for customers. Thankfully I was not far away and checked this. But it was nuisance to turnaround after a couple of hour wait.4. More seats. Seriously.. two chairs? What would it take for you to spring for a few lounge chairs in place of some merchandise stands that serve no purpose. Its just good customer service for people who are waiting.Pros, knowledge of the rep. friendliness, overall speed. There was a problem and they fixed it asap. This is a good business practice. I would go again for the next install.

I was in the market for a remote car starter and i had checked a few local shops out and went with audio one for two huge reasons. The first being that they had great customer service and were able to answer all of my questions and made the whole process real easy. Plus they were able to get it to me a few bucks cheaper than the first place i got my quote at so i was pretty happy about that. AND they got me an appointment that was perfect for my schedule. It was totally painless. I certainly would recommend checking them out.

Went here several years ago because I had gotten a gift for a car starter. The staff was nice and didnt take long but after everything was said and done my car wouldnt work. I got stuck infront of someones house and they sent someone from the shop to fix it but they couldnt so after about an hour or two they decided to tow it to there shop and told me to come back the next day so they could fix it or else they would sent it to the dealer. They called me the next day to say it was working fine and when I picked it up sure enough same issue and I was stuck on the side of the road again. Apparently the owner didnt want to have it towed and had just hoped for the best. End of story I had to get it towed to the dealer where they fixed it in no time. I never got a starter and would never return to this place or recommend it. It was a frustrating experience especially since my car was only a few months old and their shop was far out of my way, not to mention I had to find rides to get there and spend two days of my time to handle this. The only plus was the staff seemed to care and did all they were able to do within their means. I have seen a lot of high reviews for this place so maybe they excel in other areas.

He thoroughly answered all of the questions I had, asked about my particular needs and made a personalized recommendation. From the initial appointment over the phone (yep, they answer it) to the follow up service ...hands down the best in WNY. I had AudioOne install Rim Rings and the company I purchased them through said they were “winter proof” (I didn’t get them through AudioOne)Well, they weren’t Buffalo- proof and the salt ate away the wires causing them not to work. I brought my truck in today for a 9:00 appointment and my truck was in the service area at 8:58. Owner is on deck, they stand behind their work and he gave me an invoice for $0.00 Great place & works guaranteed 🔥🔥🔥

The workers are helpful, not only with questions of any of their services, but also helping customers beyond their duties. I pulled in and blew out my sidewall on a tire. They let me borrow the tools to swap my spare out. No question, no fees.Plus I have previously bought and paid for remote start in a previous vehicle. They installed it, removed it and reinstalled it at a discount when they noticed it was already wired from the previous install.

Great people very friendly, fixed my stereo in a reasonable time frame. I would definitely recommend them to others. Prices are great. I was panicking about my stereo not working thought I messed it up come to find out my back speaker was blown and that was the reason why my speaker wasnt hooked up and they looked out because I pretty much hooked it up myself and didnt charge me an arm and a leg to finish the job.

They have no technicians. They just hire friends that dont know what theyre doing. Broken molding in the car that wasnt broken before. Wires not tucked wires ran through hinges of back seats so when you fold the seats down to get spliced fire waiting to happen

Been going to these guys since their last location on the bolavard, great prices, very professional and always more than fair. I messed up a sensor in my door when I took my doors off ( on my Jeep ) and they spend hours fixing it and didn’t even charge me. My friends and family all have similar experiences

The only reason why I cant give more stars in that these car guys are lacking a female touch in this shop. The bathroom had a big bottle of greasy Dawn as the hand soap. No toilet paper. And no place for customers to wait comfortably during the install. Not everyone has people to pick them up during the day. They could spring for a couch and a couple chairs and get some regular hand soap in the bathroom.

Wives jeep no sound! Had it into the shop at audio 1 for repairs. They diagnosed pfoblem and I brought it for service. The estimate and bill were accurate and my wife now enjoys music. JDS 4-1.

My experience with Audio one has been a 7 year relationship and 7 cars later. Ive had radio, speaker, amp and sub woofer installs, lights, tints, weather tech accessories, inspections, tires and much more. My closet associates use their services and til this day I refer people to get work done there. Costumer service as well as the owner and manager is excellent at explaining options and service rendered. Audio one is definitely a better choice vs the local competition.

Purchased a stereo and speakers from there and had them install it. There were a few kinks at the start but they stood behind there work and products and took care of it before I left. I had one other issue because of my accessories and the y figured it out and Im up and running its been about a month now and I love it. Thx for everything I highly recommend them for ur stereo needs

Always can rely on Audio One!! I’ve made the worst mistake; to let Precision Auto fix my Radio. (Turned out to be a simple fix). Not only did they charge me $160 but, their “fix-it” only lasted 2 weeks; As again the same problems started happening, came back with receipt & they wouldn’t even look at it unless I paid another $160!! Needless to say, I went elsewhere, to “Audio One”, where the service people were very helpful and they gave me the most reasonable price not to turn down. They did not try to scam me as the first place did. 5 stars hands down!!

Ive been coming to audio one since they were back in Lockport. I have never once had a bad experience. They have saved me money when possible whether is was for a remote starter install with unnecessary hardware or a radio with the functions only I needed.
