I carpeted my entire house I bought carpet that supposedly came with a stain warranty, I was told at the time of purchase that it covered everything except human blood, I recently had to call them about a stain they had me purchase spot remover witch did not work I called them to tell them that it didnt work and told them that one of my dogs went to the bathroom on the carpet and I used the stain remover in it and it turned my carpet yellow,I was told that,that was my fault and the owner then hung up on me so now I guess I will have to get a lawyer because they dont want to honor the warranty no wonder his brother has his own store never again will I purchase anything from them or reccomend them

I have been coming here off and on for the past couple of years. My family and I own some rental properties in Niagara Falls, NY so we need carpeting from time to time. Paynes always has a great selection on remnants and the staff are very friendly. The job is always done correctly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I recently had a sheet vinyl floor installed by Paynes. I paid the extra $600 to have them do the tear out and prep work of the sub floor. My floor never squeaked a bit prior to the install, Bill Sr admits this is true. It squeaks like crazy now. I have been put off for quite some time now, listening to one excuse after another as well as ridiculous reasons why this is not their fault. I asked Bill Jr. to explain why my floor squeaks . He got frustrated, called me an a@#hole and said see you in court. They refuse to tear it up and fix it. They offer no solutions and no compensation. To add insult to injury I damaged the flooring just by pushing my dishwasher into place. I will be filing with the BBB soon and spreading the word everywhere possible to not patronize this business.
