We visited Rogers store for new phones today. Have to say we were so impressed with Brandon and his trainee. He truly went above and beyond and was such a pleasure chatting with him. He made our experience with getting new phones effortlesd and s great experience

My family (of 4) had an appointment scheduled at 5pm at Rogers with a blonde woman. When we arrived we were notified only 2 of us would be allowed in the store, despite us all living in the household and I clarified there would be 4 of us when I booked the appointment and was not told this wouldnt be allowed. How are you supposed to start a family plan when only 2 people are allowed in the store at a time?? She was very rude and unhelpful. Clearly rushing us out and lied to us telling us that, no Rogers carries iPhone 12 128gs in stock. We called the pen centre Rogers and was told this was a lie and they had plenty in stock! We have decided to switch phone providers and switch to Telus after this disappointing experience! I advice going to the pen centre instead of this Rogers as they are EXTREMELY unhelpful!!

Awesome experience here the other day. Came in with a unique request that none of the 3 staff there had come across before. All. 3. Of. Them. worked with me together to try and figure out a solution, including calling other stores and searching online. After a little while, the collaboration paid off and I left happy with an even better/cheaper solution than I expected. Thanks to store manager Brandon and the other 2 associates whose names I didn’t catch. 10/10 Would shop here again.
Mariah was amazing! She helped up my daughter and I choose the right plan and phone and went the extra mile to find a promotion against the cost of a phone upgrade. She assisted with the phone transfer and made the experience fun! Great service thank you!
Had such a great experience. I was actually stranded in the US having issues with my plan, I called the store and they took great care and made I had a plan that enabled me to have a carefree trip. Wonderful service. 13/10 would recommend!

I came to the Rogers store the sales staff were awesome the Manager Brandon was super helpful. Alex was more helpful & knowledgeable than the folks on Apple Chat. They were both funny easy to talk to & very helpful. Thank-you guys👌

Went to return my internet modem. Darren (customer service rep) told me that he cannot accept the modem because he has never done it in the past. I called Rogers customer care who said the store should accept the model irrespective of their past experiences and issued me a job code. When I went back again, Darren told me he cannot accept the modem because he has never done that in the past. On top, he seemed confused on what he should do. Pathetic customer service to be honest.
2 trips there in one morning and still managed to go home without my new SIM being activated.
Stopped in last week, dealt with Brandon who continuously tried to push LG phones on me even after hearing about my negative experience in the past. Needless to say i ended up going to the Pen Center to do my upgrade where the reps were completely unbiased. So dissapointed.
Very courteous staff as it was busy and they made sure my time there was not overlooked. Explained my service plan in detail and left a satisfied customer.

I hadnt been here in a long while, but I used to deal with Jordan. I went by two days ago and found out he no longer works there. Well, it seems that with him no longer being there the environment went with him. I didnt end up buying anything and dont think I will return.

I would not recommend this location to anyone in the future. I would rather take my time and drive out to the St.Catherines or Welland locations. Everytime I go in here and look at an upgrade Im always being forced into LG even though I tell them I prefer iPhones. I also dont think they have enough supervision seeing as how everytime I go in it seems like they just woke up from a party with the way the staff smells of booze. Ended up getting my iPhone upgrade in the pen center and will take my business there from now on. Absolutely 100% unprofessional children without supervision working at this location. *Avoid at all costs* hopefully some restructuring happens to fix this location. It used to be excellent a few years ago.
Worst service yesterday. Cannot believe i wasted my time with this company. Will not return and will advise everyone i know not to either
Edit - October 1st, 2018:After I got my phone home and played with it until the battery died (which was quite a long time.. very impressed with battery life) I went to get the charger out of the box.. and there was no earbuds (headset) inside the box. Mostly everything else seemed to be inside the box and looked untouched (the plastic was still around the wall charger and the little transfer USB thingy... however the USB cable wasnt in the packaging... and as a said no earbuds. I also noticed that there was Microsoft & Google apps on the phone.. so my first thought was this phone was pre-owned and Hayton failed to say so. I went onto Samsungs website and live chatted with a man name Shawn, he assured me that both the Microsoft & Google apps where pre-installed by Samsung; meaning they where on the phone to begin with. He also told me to contact the retailer that sold me the phone to fix the earbud problem. This morning we called this store to explain the missing earbuds and they said, that we couldnt return the phone because it didnt have the earbuds and that there was no way to prove they werent in there after we left the store. So basically the person there was calling us a lair. So we called Samsung and the lady we talked to was EXTREMELY helpful.... and said that the retailer is suppose to train their employees to go over all the parts of the phone before you walk out of the building... which Hayton failed to do. So the Samsung lady said they would send me a replacement pair of earbuds. Samsung is hands down a great company.I really dont think the phone was pre-owned at this point.. there was nothing installed on the phone except for what Samsung put on it. There wasnt any pictures or phone numbers. So I could have been that Samsung failed to put the earbuds in.. or they could have fallen out... but Rogers should have taken responsibility and replaced the earbuds instead of accusing me of whatever the hell it was they where accusing me of. I really hope Samsung bills this Rogers store from the replacement cost of the missing earbuds.It goes without saying that we will NEVER, EVER give business this location anymore. We will drive the extra 15 -- 20 minutes to the Pen Center for now on.________________________On Sunday, September 30th, 2018 -- I went into this Rogers store to upgrade my phone. Hayton (I am pretty sure that was his name) helped me right away and quickly setup my new phone (Samsung Galaxy Note9). He told me it was a great purchase and it was his own personal favourite phone. He also anwsered some of my related and non-related questions quickly. And offered me a protection plan on my phone for the very reasonable price of $11/mo. Never been so happy with an employee before.
Staff at this store are condescending. Rogers as a whole has no customer service. After 12 yrs as a customer I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Untrustworthy store!!This has been the worst place to purchase a phone! It was suggested to me to try a Samsung up to 15 days and no questions asked if I wanted to return it and go back to the IPhone. I returned the phone 4 days later realizing it was not compatible with my other devices and they wouldnt take it back. The girl ( Shyan ) said she found a tiny tiny scratch on cover ( she actually needed a flashlight and angle the phone to see it )I question this phone wasnt scratched before I got it and she wanted to get rid of it.I would recommend going to another location.I have found that Rogers are independently owned so each can make their own rules.This location has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I have been with Rogers over 10 years and that obviously did not matter.When I said,Ill just cancel my contract with Rogers, Shyan said.... Youre now on a new 2 year contract with sarcasm. She was showing off to her co-workers.
Untrustworthy store!!I bought a COTTON CHARGE & SYNC CABLE MICRO USB from this store.But the charge cable did not work properly and I wanted to exchange and they said I have to return to the product company in Germany. I just waist my money on the Garbage charger and would never recommend to buy a cables from that store.If I bought the charger from Walmart they should return it right away and even cheaper.
Very very bad service. First, when I renewed my subscription I couldnt get the new phone and tablet same day although I waited 2 hours in store, then was told that they will call me next day, what they didnt and 2 hours before closing I tried many times to call without success and just 15 minutes before closing girl answered and hang up right away.

Device protection was sold to me as a mandatory built in feature of the plan. Contacted Rogers who advised me this was not true. Will be reporting this to the CRTC. Also the manager smelled like alcohol...
