My sisters Samsung s10 phone dropped for the final time before it just stopped working. I called to see how much it would cost to repair. I was informed by Nick that they were a Samsung authorized repairer. I asked for for pricing and while it was expensive, it was still less than getting a new phone...$274.99. I was informed by Dylan when I called back that, they needed to make sure the have the correct color back since it had to be an exact match to the phone she currently had.Following day my mother goes to drop off the phone. She called me because the price was not the same as Nick and Dylan stated when I called the day prior. KNOWING they needed to replace the front AND back, the only told me the pricing for the glass. This was upsetting. Suddenly the cost was an additional $100 plus tax.The rating for the 4 stars is because of the incorrect quote. I called explaining what I needed and at no point did anyone bother to tell me that the cost of the back was $100 additional. My sister was not happy since she would have just put in few hundred dollar more for an upgraded new phone. Total was over $419.00.Service was prompt, my sister said phone looked brand new. Other than not correctly quoting the cost of repair, service was great.

Despite filing a claim with ATT and making an appointment, I brought my phone in to have a cracked screen repaired and was first briskly ignored by an employee leaving (I thought he was approaching me to greet me so I cheerfully said Hi! With a wave and he continued on as if I didnt exist). Stood there for a minute or 2 before yelling into the back to announce myself. Came up front, couldnt find my appt or info then told me they couldnt do it today. Theyre closed tomorrow so Id have to leave my phone there till Thurs to be repaired. Mind you, ATT assured me most repairs are done in 2 hours or less and this was a small crack in my screen.So now they can drive to my work and fix it themselves. What a ridiculous and broken system.

The customer service was excellent! Every staff member was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The diagnostics on my laptop was free of charge! I had my laptop fixed and they kept me updated on every step. Every single person that answered the phone or greeted me was upbeat and polite. My computer was sent out for repairs, but returned very quickly. I highly recommend them!!!

I was given a date for completion and they ran well over it. I was told that my item was a not a priority and along with that, I received no communication that it would take longer than originally established. I hope to never need to go here again.

Brought my samsung s8 here for warranty repair. Tony was by himself in the store and was very attentive and helpful. We waited in the store as Samsung guaranteed a 2hr fix. During the wait, customers come and go and Tony will gladly attend to each and everyone and help. A customer came with no clue about his phone and Tony helped him with his o/s upgrade. No upsell. Tony shook hands with his customers and explained what it requires to do the fix. Very honest man and knows his stuff. He fixed my phone in 2hr15mins. He could have fixed my phone in 1hr if there were no customers. Worth the wait learning and watching Tony how a customer should be attended to. if there is a Nobel prize for customer service, Tony gets it. Such a wonderful person.

Scam artists ... wont sell parts. Wanted 130 dollars to attach a screen to an already assembled phone with adhesive already attached. 3 second job... will never come here and will warn others.
