Rented a suit along with my friend for his wedding. Suits didnt show up until the day before the wedding and even then my suit never showed up, wasnt offered an apology or anything luckily I was similar sized to someone who dropped out of the wedding party, very disappointed in the service here definitely would not recommend

Very good service. Went in looking for a nice shirt and tie for an interview. Immediately when I walk in there was someone there to help me. The guy helping me made some really good recommendations and almost never left my side. He was pleasant and had a pretty good understanding of what I was looking for and what would look good with what. Definitely recommend this place

Moore’s in Prince George. I shop at Moore’s quite a bit and I would recommend NOT shopping here. My son booked an appointment, we drove the 3 hrs to get there. The person who the appointment was book with was not there. The fellow that “helped” us was horrible. Went to get some info for us and spent 10 minutes sorting swatches while we waited, could not suggest anything to help us. An absolute waste of time. We called Kamloops store, where I usually shop and they were on it and had it solved in about 5 minutes. Thanks to the prince location now we have to go to Kamloops today. Don’t waste your time at this location.

Helpful staff, a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Went in looking to get matching dress shirts for a wedding. Initially the help we got was terrible. He couldnt help us at all. We then got a different employee to help us, and we were able to find decent shirts. Took much longer than we expected. Clothes selection is good though.

There arent many options in PG if youre looking for a custom suit. However, I had a very good experience at Moores in doing so. The store manager, Amit, is a very friendly guy and was very helpful in making sure I got a great fit and a style I was looking for. Lots of fabric options and different price points depending on the budget. Do expect them to try and sell you shirts, ties and accessories with a suit; theyre salespeople and its your responsibility to say no where appropriate, however they arent overly pushy.Do your research before going to Moores. Know what you want and be prepared to pay a bit of a premium. Look for sales.

A large selection of dress clothing hindered by inexperienced staff and careless management that undoubtedly is due to a high turnover rate. My own wedding and two others I attended all had multiple issues with the clothing we had rented. Wouldnt recommend unless you wanted to buy a pair of socks or a tie.

I needed a suit and I needed one that fit right. I was under the impression that Moores came thru with my size and I was impressed with the service I received. The staff was able to help me right away and knew their product.Unfortunately, I thought everything was going great until I picked up my suit. My arm length was not measured when I was fitted for the suit. I did not know this as I do not buy suits often. I was very disappoiinted when I picked up my suit and had no option but to wear a suit that did not fit properly for my special occasion.

Great place for a reasonably priced wedding suit for a young man.

If i could give zero stars i would. DO NOT SHOP HERE! We have patiently and politely waited 6 months for the last of our three purple ties to come in that are needed for my wedding this month. We ordered these ties in early march and when we first went in they had two on the shelf that we could take home that day. They simply had to order one more to give us all three. We were advised that they can get any item within a week and we had plenty of time so not to worry. Well to keep things short it has been a constant struggle that was full of excuses from then until now about why the tie hadn’t come in. It was approaching a month until my wedding date so i had a friend who lives in kamloops go to their moores location to get a matching tie, they had it to her within two weeks after ordering. I have since gone back to this prince george location to ask for my money back and express my disappointment in this situation. As a way to apologize, I was kindly given $10 whole dollars instead of the full price of the tie at $67.00. The customer service was absolutely terrible, never returned ONE phone call after we had called to check in on the status of the tie, they constantly blamed other stores for not answering emails or phone calls. There was never a manager around to aid this situation in a better direction. And there was certainly no manners or courtesy given to an unhappy customer. No apologies, no proof that anything was being done to fix the problems. Just more excuses.

Returns/Exchange for suits are basically a moot point. When you buy a suit, the pants seams have to be altered resulting in your potential return/exchange going down the drain.
