Finally, after a long time resisting, joined the membership here. An awesome value for as often as our car needs to be washed in the winter, and the young man who helped us get set up -- Seth -- was incredibly helpful, informative, and efficient. This isnt the nearest Delta Sonic to us, but actually drive the extra twenty miles because of employees like him.

The famous Seth made sure I got the best unlimited plan which made my day. He was very helpful. 5 stars for Seth.

I was very impressed with the job they did. They let me know that they might it be able to get all the dog hit out. But they did. Staff was friendly and professional.

I had the basic interior cleaning performed. There was still dirt in the compartments of my doors, the rugs needed to be re-vacuumed, the hard surfaces were not cleaned...they were barely wiped down and the windows were still dirty. Not happy at all!

This car wash shop is perfect, every detail is perfect. One day, I even wanted to drive over from Boston to wash the car.

I have to say the car wash experience was great. The workers, from the girls who collect the money, to the cloth dryers were all pleasant and kind. We tipped well.I think sometimes the boys pull the cars in too close to each other. My son had an accident when a womens car hit the backend of his truck in the middle of the wash!I was not happy with the oil change people or their work. They were unprofessional and rude. All my tire stem caps were missing when I got home. I didnt realize I had to go around to each tire and check if they were put back on. They must have a pile of them in the garage, since a friend of mine said that has happened to him also. We know we wont be back for an oil change.The car wash section is probably a safe place to spend your money, if you slow yourself down to not be too close to the car in front of you and let the boy wave his arms frantically. You wont have and accident, if the car behind you does the same.

Had my car cleaned I went to inspect it the trunk,Back seat mat was still in back that was supposed to be in front Very disappointed today, Usallaly they do a good job But not today, How ever they did fix it but didnt expect to stay this long.

27 degrees outside and the kids here are working with water hose/sprayers to get the layer of salt and grime off vehicles before entering the conveyor belt wash. There is a package that can be purchased here for unlimited washes for a few dollars a month. I got the $15.75 wash, which came to$16.20 ish after taxes. The wash is good for five days. So if it snows tomorrow or the next day I can get a free wash. Not to shabby for $16.00 There is a drying area were the Delta Sonic folks use airbrush hoses and clean towels to finish off your vehicle. This service is free. You may tip based on how well they do if you like. It’s always busy around 11:30-12:45 and 3:00 - 5:00 PM. Oil changes, air, gas pumps are offered here. They do offer a vehicle detailing service as well.

Specifically asked for windows in my truck to be a priority as I have carpal tunnel in both hands andis verydifficult for me to do. Very disappointing to see the job that was done on interior express detail. I had previously vacuumed the interior myself so they could concentrate on the windows getting a good cleaning. This was not the first time Ive been disappointed with the detail shop.

The manager Alan Raymond is amazing! He helped me tremendously making my car look brand new. Often times businesses look down upon women when they enter, but Alan was super helpful, and got the services done immediately! I highly suggest going in and asking to speak with him! You wont be disappointed at all. By far the best employee at any Delta Sonic location.

I went for an oil change in September I was already an unlimited member getting a 10$ discount on oil changes being an unlimited member making my oil changes $49. The older black man who serviced me that day offered me a promotional price if I paid an extra 35$ plus my 49$ I would get oil changes at no other charge for a year. Of course I took the deal. I then contacted everyone I knew and told them of this awesome deal. Well today I went for my first free oil change to be told there is no such thing. My total is 49$. I then called corporate to be told by a woman named Noel repeatedly I wasnt told that and I was charged for a premier club in September giving me discounts on parts. My car is 7 months old still under warranty I dont need discounts on parts. In September my car was 5 months old. There was another person in my car that heard what that man sold me. Noel then tried to make it seem I was getting a deal when in fact Im out money and the verbal binding contract that man sold me is not being held to.....on another note their car wash is trash. Does not clean your car. They push you through so fast how can a car get properly clean.

Wasn’t impressed with the interior clean. The floors were vacuumed but doors, cup holders, console, seats, nothing else appeared to have been touched. The exterior clean was okay but I wouldn’t return.

Great gas prices for car wash members. Unfortunately Im quite upset with the tire rotation i received. The mechanic used a impact wrench on the plastic wheel cover and broke a bunch of the plastic nuts. I hope someone from customer service can reach out to me.

I’m not sure who the guy was but he was working in the car wash (not the unlimited) and was one of the last guys before you went in the last section of the car wash. It was my first time doing a car wash like that so it was a learning experience. The guy was very impatient and very rude and honestly made me never want to go back there. I wish I knew his name ! Terrible with costumers.

I was there for a remain in the vehicle oil change. I did not do the car wash nor did I show up for the complimentary car Wash days later. Average price for semi synthetic oil change more expensive than some places cheaper than others.

The car wash is excellent, spotless when you exit. However recently there was a promotion buy two express detail service get third free. When i asked for and paid for two, the employee gave me two gift cards equal to dollar amount for express detail but didnt give me the promotion. He said it was on the gift card, it wasnt.

I was actually here to pick up something left out of my Tim Hortons delivery order...AGAIN!! When they handed me what THEY left out of my order, they didnt even have the decency to place it in a BAG!!

Samantha did an incredible job drying off my car after it was washed. She was super. Friendly and very detail oriented. She even wiped off the window when I closed it after talking to her. Very happy.

This is for the service department. I did not think human beings could move this slow. They were five guys mostly just standing around the service bay except for the inspector who moves so slow it was beyond comprehension. When the guys in the service department they were standing around did happen to Santa across the service bays, they did so at a pace that was breathtakingly, unbelievably, slow. When I told him I need an oil change and inspection, the service department seeing less than enthusiastic about, well anything. I thought perhaps some of the guys standing around even though they were moving incredibly slowly could perhaps perform an oil change while the inspector was inspecting other vehicles but this line of thinking was met with a confused stare. They tried to say the tent on my factory vehicle was too dark even though the same vehicle has been inspected in numerous years at the exact same facility and no changes were made they then told the street lie to my face at the ruling had changed in the last year speaking with the New York State police and the New York State Department of motor vehicles this is not true the people at the shop or just liars.In addition the noise levels in the area where I had to wait were certainly more than 85 dB above which hearing protection is required. I have contacted the Niagara county department of health and the occupational safety and health administration you should be hearing from them shortly. There’s a lot of heavy construction going on in the area.

The kid pulling cars in for interior cleaning does not know what he is doing. He pulled my Mercedes in half way in the belt that pulls the cars thru my front tires was rolling and the back tires was not because he didn’t pull the car in properly on the belt when asking him why did he do that he said oh I didn’t know after looking at it and still did nothing. The kid should not be pulling cars in if he doesn’t have the proper training to do it right only at this location 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️

Lily at the car wash booth was very unprofessional. There was a problem with the car in front of us and with no explanation she took off. When she came back she did apologize, but after that her communication was poor and she took over five minutes to say we were good to go. This would be understandable for a new worker who is shy and does not know what they are doing with the register, if that is the case all is forgiven but if not please open more than one lane. This girl is incapable of running a booth herself.

I first went through the car wash and Samantha was at the booth and was very helpful and polite. I purchased a super kiss and a super interior. When I went to the detail shop Stephanie came out to my car and she was just as polite and helpful. Nicole then detailed my car and it turned out amazing! Highly recommend this location.

He provided such phenomenal customer service and although his Sales pitches were on point, he never made me feel pressured and still was very courteous and kind even after I declined the many Sales offers. It’s extremely uncommon to find such great customer service nowadays but when it’s given, it kind of throws me back because I’ve learned not to expect it. So I really take it to heart and I appreciate the service by providing a great review. Luke is wonderful and he is an asset to your company. He really represents your business as if it were his own. There always seems to be bugs left on my car after going through the wash so when I pulled up to the drying station the other day I was going to ask if they could try to get them off but I did not have to ask. Before I had a chance to say anything about them the associate Casey started to work on getting them off! He did an excellent job and I am very impressed with his work ethic. It’s nice to see a young man take pride in his work!

Every time I visit I try to get car wash cashier Natalie, she always has a great friendly attitude, and always willing to explain my options in detail. The gas prices are always competitive and they also carry diesel and the ethanol free for older cars and motorcycles. I have the unlimited car washes and interiors they kids always do a great job. Staff is polite they aim to please and their attention to detail is above average. They will also do little extra stuff that other places will miss or just ignore.

I like to get full synthetic oil changes here. I usually buy vouchers for oil changes during their christmas sales (you get a gift certificate to Applebees). The gift certificates are restrictive, but this is a great value if you can use them. A few years ago it was only $50 for a full synthetic but the last time I got the vouchers I think it was $65, which is a similar price to other places. Their new oil change process is strange. Now they have you pull your car into the shop and they work on it while you sit inside. The temperature isnt controlled in the shop, so this is an uncomfortable experience in the winter and on hot summer days since your car cant be on, so Id suggest going only when the temperature is comfortable enough to sit outside for 15-20 minutes.Every time I go they try to get me to buy a new air filter (Im a woman, I think the only time they didnt try to sell me this was when I was with my father).The oil changes also now come with a super kiss wash, but I would not recommend getting it. My sister and I have both gotten super kiss washes here and both of our windshields were ruined by some sort of film that makes it difficult to see while using the wipers. It wasnt a slight haze either, it was to the point where I could barely see while driving in the rain. Ive tried to get it off but havent been able to. I tried new wipers but the haze is still there. I mentioned the super kiss wash to the man who installed the wipers for me and he said that he has had several people with that problem and that he had already told a manger at Delta Sonic that there was an issue with one of their cleaning solutions, but obviously nothing was corrected. I considered getting a new windshield but havent because of the cost. Two years later the residue has lessened but is still there. I dont know if theyve changed their cleaning solution since as I havent washed my car there after the windshield incidents.

After what seemed to me to be an onslaught of Sand Flies and their desired offspring of Biblical proportions, I was at a loss as to how to remove the flies and the MILLIONS of green and orange pin head size dots from my ENTIRE windshield and front of my car. I was smart enough, having never experienced this before; not to use my windshield wipers. A friend said take it to Delta Sonic, you will never get them off.So off I went attempting to see thru the multitudes to Delta Sonic. After requesting a wash from Sam and Tatyana, who were most KIND and HELPFUL I went thru with the wonderful assistance of Luke at the 1st pre-wash pressure wash. I was then asked to drive off to the right so that I could receive the SUPER Pressure Wash to hopefully remove the would have been offspring of these flies. Mike was determined to get every last one. It boggled my mind his determination to free me of my concerns. You see the end of the hose was practically on the glass and those minuscule things would not let go. But Mike persisted and Saved the Bat mobile.(from the front it looks like a bat mobile, atleast for me it does) Lori joined us assisting me in backing up so I could resume a place in the wash line without incident. All went smoothly without a hitch after I shared with her the awesome people she has at this Car Wash.Up until now I had received superb service and to my relief that level of service continued as I was power washed again by Colin as he guided on to Charles who would point me to the right direction into the rails. Both Colin and Charles were generous with their smiles, allowing me to Finally begin to relax.And there it was the GREEN GO light. Relieved the worst was over I moved to the drying station where I met Dev. I was grateful the end was near. I had a question for Dev so I rolled down my window. He finished off the process by wiping dry the window after I rolled it up. It may seem small but it meant a lot to me. How many times at a car wash have you wished the drying person would follow thru. This attention to detail reinforced the amazing customer service I continued to received.I went on to vacuum what I could of the interior. Austin came by to make sure all was well. He graciously listened as I told him of a concern I had with the vacuum cleaner nozzle leaving a dark marks on a rag I attempted to vacuum clean once dusting the dashboard was done. In the process the nozzle attached itself to my shirt leaving the same black marks. He immediately took notes and assured me he would look into it.Now you might think I was done. But, no, I received the best way to leave this amazing journey thru a car wash! ;)I had to go in to purchase some thing and there to my wonderful surprise was Letrice. Her smile was contagious as always. You see I had met Letrice at a different Delta Sonic location. It was the PERFECT ending to what I thought could have been disastrous. Everyone was at their highest level of customer service anyone could ask for. I know I will be back there again, and again, and ...Thank you all for easing my fears and giving me the ability to smile again. I usually get my car washed there and I must say I was very impressed with Alex. He dried my car today. He did a very good job. After the car wash my car still had a stain on the glass and without me asking he took care of it. It’s the best service I’ve had there in a while. With having the unlimited wash package I commonly go through delta - especially in the Summer due to the build up of bugs. Usually some bugs are still left on my car at the end however last time I went through, Melissa did an exceptional job getting them off of the front of my car. Much appreciated, thanks Delta!

My Truck was a mess ! From Kids, dogs and camping all summer, you could imagine I’m sure. I went to the Niagara Falls Blvd location on the corner of Maple Rd. In Amherst. I gotta say it was a really great experience. Abigail in the detail shop was especially great! She worked hard, was professional, friendly and did a great job.

I was at the Niagara Falls location on Sunday June 3rd for both an exterior and interior cleaning. Generally your interior cleaning are quick and sub-par, but Sabrina who did my vehicle did an excellent job. She paid attention to detail and made sure everything was touched and perfect. I was very impressed with the time she took to make sure my vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. Ive had the unlimited interior for quite awhile, this was the best cleaning I had. She went above and beyond. She needs to be recognized for her attention to detail. Shes a valuable asset to your team!

I’m very thankful to have Samantha dry off my car the other day. She actually took the time to do it and make sure it looked nice she even blew out the water in my mirrors! When I give her a tip I rolled down my window because I didn’t want to hit her with my door and she whipped it off again!! So thankful! I will definitely be back now and hope I get her again!

The staff is always friendly my kids love when the girls will draw smiley faces on their window, and Dave at the end made sure to get every spot clear! Dave’s attention to detail was above and beyond. Makes me want to take the extra drive out to get such a great clean and service to my vehicle. Doesn’t hurt the kids think it’s a ride either!!

I spent about an hour today cleaning out my car and using their new and free vacuuming area. Its nice to be able to clean more fully and use the vacuum as you need it. Afterwards, I went through the car wash with my unlimited wash membership. The upgrades theyve done for the car wash are great, such as extra treatments being applied in-wash so that the car drying option can truly be optional. They also do interior cleanings with or without a membership

Madison was super helpful at the vacuum station. She was pretty informative too. I really enjoyed talking to her when I cleaned my car it made my experience way better. I will ALWAYS come to the Niagara Falls Delta over any just because of the great customer service given to me.

Colin went out of his way to make sure that my windshield was clean. He brought me back through the wash and hoses the front of my car personally to ensure that it was done well. This was done without my asking. Excellent service. Marcella was also very friendly.

Brought my Toyota Highlander in for interior cleaning. They did a fantastic job actually took out my floor mats and rinsed them off & polished them, polished the interior & my leather seats. They had me inspect what they did, before I took my car & the manager greeted me and asked me if I was satisfied with the work! Very impressed with the above and beyond service at this Delta Sonic, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve brought my truck there to be detailed a few times. My truck was detailed by a kid named max that looked excellent when finished. Andrew F was the manager that took care of me towards the end when my truck was finished. They both seem to be well rounded employees of the company.

Max did a wonderful job detailing my car.Theyve really stepped up their game in the past couple weeks.When I would bring my car there starting a couple months ago I was not satisfied but within the past two to three weeks its come back looking perfect so thank you to everybody there

I am never blown away by the car wash that Delta Sonic provides. Their goal is to move as many cars a day as they can, and I get that. If you’re looking for a quick okay wash, then they’re alright at that, as long as the line of cars doesn’t back up into the street like it often does. I would give 3-4 stars but Jimmy was friendly and I give 5 stars to him.

I don’t know know how to accurately review my experience and I don’t even know if my complaint is valid due to the circumstances.Here it goes:7:55 I pulled into parking lot, waited in line.8:15 I finally reached the interior detail shop because you guys were busy.8:20 I purchased a 1 hr. Interior detail after getting approval from the manager because it was getting late.8:35 (in the waiting room)A younger guy wearing regular clothes approached me and said,- Him - “are you the customer having the 1 hour detail done at 8:30 at night”- I said - “yes, why?”- Him - “ well, I work here, I’m just not working right now. I have to tell you this because they won’t. When customers like you come in at 8:30 for a 1 hour detail that means they won’t get done until 9:30, even-though we close at 9pm.- I said - “ I sat in line for 20 min and If they didn’t want to clean my car this late they could have told me that”- Him - “ All I’m saying is that we don’t like when customers come in this late. I’m not saying that they’re not going to do a good job or that you shouldn’t come here anymore but now they’re probably going to be here until 10pm.”8:50 I complained to the manager8:55 the gentleman working on my car came to me and apologized.9:16 my car was complete.I want to give 5 stars to the staff that was actually working on my vehicle and handled my situation professionally.I want to give 0 stars to the younger guy who harassed me, after making it clear that he was representing “Delta Sonic”, off duty.

No complaints about the service, car turns out good. The prices are good. If the car doesnt turn out perfect should I spend 2 hours out of my day and do it myself? Absolutely Not! There isn’t really any competition to them maybe that’s a problem. Everyone has a different opinion, go in and make your own.

My experience is always good when I visit this location. Today Samantha helped me out at the drying station and she was so friendly. She greeted me with a smile and even made a little conversation instead of the normal dry and go service I am used to. I will definitely be visiting this location again! Thank you Samantha!

We left David Chevrolet Buick Car Wash Club after 3 years. Cost was $32.00 per month. Started Delta Sonic Super Kiss Plus plan about 6 months ago. Greatest ever, no extra cost. David cost us extra every car wash to get additional things done. After every wash at Delta Sonic we get into the drying station where Colin is. He does twice the job of all other employees at the Niagara Falls location. We are so glad we switched to Delta Sonic!

Had an employee named COLIN D. (from the Niagara Falls Blvd, location in NF NY) dry off my vehicle on the morning of 06/15/19. I was concerned about possibly having to go through the wash again due to bug guts on window, however he was very attentive, took a wet sponge and cleared them off windshield without my having to mention it to him. It’s the little things that matter. As such, in my opinion, his performance was outstanding.Thank you Delta Sonic.

Justin the manager was absolutely amazing. My car was covered in sandflies and he had me pull my car aside to give it an extra power wash to make sure it was all off. And the told me if I wasn’t happy to drive back through. It was cleaned amazingly. Thanks Justin I will be back.

Whenever I go, I always try to get into the line with Lauren. Her bubbly personality always puts a smile on my face and she is consistently helpful and knowledgeable about any questions I have. My father has the unlimited package and also always tries to look out for Lauren as well. She is one of the nicest people we met there and always happy to help!

Maurice is WONDERFUL. He did an amazing job and did it all with a smile and a great attitude. Compared to the other 3 staff members I came in contact with, who were not bad, he was by far the best. As long as he keeps that great attitude and a good work ethic, he will go very far. The wash was good but its truly the people who put it over the top. Thank you Maurice!

I went to the Delta sonic in Niagara Falls today. I have been there numerous times over the last few years since I have the monthly membership package. A man by the name of Jason H detailed dried off my car and he did a phenomenal job. I wanted to give him a very high review

Just was in on Monday for two new tires, I was in and out super fast and the salesman helped me find exactly what I was looking for, I had no idea what I needed and instead of being taken advantage of I got what I thought was a really good deal. I would definitely recommend everyone go here for their next set of tires!! Fast and friendly service!

So the wash is like every other Delta sonic. Does a really good job of getting the car clean. But I really want to mention the job that Allie did in the hand dry area. Sometimes they rush you through but she got all the water droplets off the whole car I wish every place did as good a job!

They Dont dry car off good at all. When I tell them to focus on specific things on interior and I always have to clean myself when their done. I pay for unlimited interior and unlimited wash

I always get a good car wash here. Nice service, tolerable wait time (busier when its really nice out). Optional hand dry, which I took advantage of and Clay did a great job!

I tend to visit at a very ungodly hour at your DD in delta sonic. I will say that Virginous is hands down, the best employee you have there. He has a smile on his face no matter how long the line, and treats every single customer with the same respect as the last one. He is never grumpy (wish i could say the same for myself) and he makes a point to say hello to me even when I am just in the store to buy pop or gas, etc. He asks how I am and how my day is going and he never messes up an order. He is a valuable asset to your company. I will say that all of your employees that work for you are amazing but he takes the cake!

I used to be one of the people who got the basic washes, not knowing the difference in each wash until I started going through the wash and Colleen educated me on the benefits each wash has for your car! She eventually convinced me to purchase the unlimited package and I couldnt be happier with it! Super thankful that she is so informative and friendly every time she has me as a customer!

This is one of my favorite locations. I love getting my unlimited super kiss and interior cleaning. Staff is nice and never too long of a wait line.
