We tried to get a refund of debit card purchase, but they refused to pay back and they said “It is impossible to get a refund. We don’t know how to pay back and you guys are the first customer who wanted to get a refund of products.”, in Sarcastic attitude. And they didn’t tell us that we cannot get a refund before our purchase. And when we told them about it, they said “How can we address to everyone before purchase?” Also they tried to make us pay in cash, not a credit card at first. And they were so rude and so impolite. If I could give them 0 star, I would like to do. I don’t want to give them even 1 star. Their attitude was so annoying and rude. Do not purchase anything from them.

If there is a way to give 0 star I would.The lady owner was EXTREMELY RUDE to my kids who are just browsing and she had the nerves to tell them to get out if they are not buying anything. My kids were not disrupting their business at all.I am amazed that this place is still in business amid of all the other poor experiences people had with this place.STAY AWAY.

Extremely rude personnel dont care about customers and they like to overcharge you watch out when you walk there and want to purchase anything. I do recommend do not purchase anything.

I went into this store to buy a water and a scratch ticket. When I said MasterCard he said I don’t take cards under $10, and called the next person In line dismissing me and ignoring me. I said no I’m still in line and paid cash. Not to mention he let three people cut in line of an already busy line up. Owner is EXTREMELY RUDE. I will never spend my money here again.

With the best location, and busy enough business, they don’t need to provide a good customer service. Those reviews mean nothing to them.
