COVID test results are too slow for trips to Canada. Unless you’re okay with traveling at the very last minute, or not at all, this is not the place to get your COVID test for border crossings. It’s likely not their fault, but problems with the lab. When you have a 72-hour window to get to the border with your results, you can’t afford the risk. I have had to cancel my trip on Tuesday because the test I had on Saturday isn’t completed yet — 66 hours later. FOLLOW UP: A subsequent test was performed on August 11, yet results werent received until August 15, rendering them useless. (Test results within 72 hours are required.) This is not the fault of the drug store, but the Bio-Reference Lab theyre using. If your results are important for travel, this is not the service to use.

A covid test has to be within 72 hours of crossing the border yet they tell you 2 to 5 days to get the results??? 4 and 5 days later render the test results useless to cross over to Canada. If they cant be within the 72 hours, whats the sense of getting the test? Its a TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME, THE LABS TIME AND RITE AIDs time too!

I use this location for their Amazon delivery. If I have packages delivered to campus they take over a week, even if Prime. If using this location, even though its minutes away, its 2 days at the most. Each time Ive used it Ive encountered the same guy, Im bad at descriptions, but both times it was a weekday afternoon maybe between 2-4. Dark haired. He is extremely nice and made the process simple for someone who hates technology. Would love to reach out to corporate at some point and let them know! More stores need people like this to represent them!

Older dark haired female manager is absolutely rude. Not friendly and cold, on her phone in front of customers not paying attention, overall not a good experience with this woman when I’ve cashed out. However, I’ve never had any negative experiences with the other managers or employees. Shame.

It would be very helpful if the pharmacy stayed open the hours they were listed to BE open. Got to the window with a few minutes to spare only to find it shuttered.

The lady working the pharmacy, I believe her name is Karen, she has brown hair, and glasses, is the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered here! A few months ago I went inside to pick up my prescription thinking it would be quicker. There was a big line and this particular employee was standing at the counter telling one of the customers that she was cashing out how much she hates her job because she’s getting too many hours, that they refuse to hire anyone, and just complaining for about 5-7 minutes in front of everyone in line. Today, she was extremely rude while working the Drive Thru area, giving me a dirty look as soon as I pulled up. She complained to me that she couldn’t hear me because my car was running.. which my car is quiet and I have never had a problem before. She had such a negative attitude, and she really just didn’t want to be there or deal with me, for what reason, couldn’t tell you? But I’m starting to really dislike this particular rite aid because of this.

My first experience here was met with a very rude pharmacy associate. I recently moved here and I am now regretting my decision to switch pharmacies. I am going to switch to another place.. 1st impressions are very important.

Love the store and the variety. Very nice people working there- most helpful.
