I actually visited Tim Hortons within Cold Stone Creamery. They practiced good social distancing and cleanliness. I was disappointed they didnt have any breakfast sandwiches but got a Chocolate Peppermint donut that was delicious.
Terrible! I was going to buy ice cream here and came across a heavy set dude and some middle aged woman. The man told me that the woman would serve me. They seemed like they did not want to work. The woman finally came over to me and she seemed either on drugs or not willing to serve me. The ice cream containers in the freezer display looked sloppy. I decided not to give them business and left that disgusting place place.
Officer in front would not let us in because we had a son with us. Page does not inform that Cold Stone its property of the casino and that they dont allow children to eat ice cream there.
Tim hortons and cold stone are together so you can order what you like
Try German Chocolate. Amazing. Best place to have ice cream.
This Place Is Amazing! So Many Choices And You Can Even Make Your Own Combination Of Flavors
The ice was good but felt a little too melted. I didnt believe the reviews about the bad service, but after going I have to agree. Four people behind the counter and no one made an effort to serve us and then seemed very annoyed when we asked.
I have always gotten a milkshake in celebration of the shakedown I usually experience in the casino, and said milkshake has always been very enjoyable. This past visit I decided to switch up and have a cone. Sorry, sir, were out of cones, I can give it to you in a dish. Hint for next time: you sell ice cream. There are places that sell ice cream cones. Order some cones from those places in the event one or more of your customers would like their ice cream on a cone. Thank you.
It was ok, the whipped cream didnt taste that great on the milkshake. I have had Super Great shakes, so I have a certain standard. The workers seemed tired. It was after 12am
Western New Yorks best??? Perrys Ice Cream!!! 100s of flavors!!! My favorites are peanut butter cup (i think) and Superhero (raspberry,🍋 and cherry bubblegum) i know but i love it
Freezer burnt Icecream sandwhiches, looked great i was so excited but it had nasty freezer burn ice crystals in it 🥶
Cold Stone Creamery is one of the best places for ice cream and ice cream cakes! Always very tasty no matter what you add in your creation. They all seem to be closing though where I live so I’m unhappy about that.
Horrible experience. We came from out of town to have a dessert after dinner and while I waited in line for nearly 10 minutes, the guy “working” decided to wait on another person that had just walked in. There was no sign where the line was to start and the guy “working” didn’t even acknowledge the fact we walked in. There was another person getting a milkshake in there and she clearly worked at some other store in the casino and as she was waiting for her shake she was touching all the cones that were on the counter. I would give this zero stars if I could and feel that management needs to step up and get some people that want to work. I will never go back here and I’ll make sure to spread the word. Looks like they have already gotten poor reviews and I doubt anything will be done about it. If you don’t like your job then get a new one, but don’t ruin an experience for everyone else like you did mine tonight.
You would think a ice cream store would have the most important thing to make a ice cone and I order a cream cone Im told we are out of cones it like going to donut store and then not having donuts this happen to me twice the week at the same store
This is *not* a legit Cold Stone Creamery. It is very small (just a counter) very few additions. And no mint or chocolate ice cream. They only had maybe six flavors to choose from.Very disappointed!Save yourself the time and go to a real ice cream place.
I LOVE this location. Its the last one around that does cold stones ice cream the way it is meant to be!!
Do not go to this cold stone. Go to the one twenty minutes away. I would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service Ive experienced at a cold stone. The toppings are stale. The staff is extremely rude. There was a huge line and the cashier talked to two different people for twenty minutes (both being coworkers). The mixing thing was broken and they didnt tell anyone until you got to the cashier. Ridiculous.
Horrible service. We had question about the ice cream. The guy behind the counter said yes to our queries. When we actually to order, girl said you ordered incorrectly. She went back, guy was aggitated even though we were politely talking.Girl created new order. She didnt make ice cream as its supposed to be made.Cold stone has some high quality standard at other places.
The staff does not know how to interact with customers or regulate a line. The staff are also incompetent to handle ice cream and do not know how to mix or make a creation. Needs more organization and more ice cream selections. Hope it improves
Wow, what happened to Coldstone? This location is destroying the positive image of the Coldstone brand.1) Line management: Employees rudely ordering customers into a far away lines where the menu cannot be seen. Confusion then sets in across the line as their shared vendor (Tim Hortons) struggles to fill customer orders without a Coldstone menu anywhere nearby. Also, all of the Coldstone promotional materials (like new flavors) is ultimately impossible to see, leading to a lack of in store marketing effectiveness.2) Cleanliness: Countertop is decimated with the past reminants of ice creams past. It was clear the counter had not been cleaned for several hours. Also, napkin tray and napkins had melted ice cream all over them.3) Ice cream creation quality: I order the same thing each time I drop by Coldstone. The passion the employee making the ice cream place into her creation left me with an unusual and unappetizing concoction of unproportioned ingredients. I have now lost my appetite for my favorite flavor, a sad point in my relationship with Coldstone.Ultimately I noticed a massive principal-agent problem between Coldstone corporate, the owners of this establishment (Seneca?) and the employees working the location.Coldstone corporate, this location is destroying your brand. You should fix it as a high priority.Seneca, you want people to remain within your casino. This location is reducing the happiness of your patrons and needs immediate attention.Coldstone local management, you represent the brand and your employees are failing to take that to heart to ensure your customers will return.
Its located in the casino, very nice for a tasty treat.
Nice and Clean. Friendly staff
This place lacks the quality that I expect from Cold Stone. The ice cream preparers need additional training to improve on the sloppy, melting mess that they create and serve. The store is combined with a Tim Hortons, but that doesnt seem to help either store.
Ice cream...enough said. 🍦🍨
They had none of the toppings we wanted and failed to tell us, until we were handed a cup, that they are unable to mix anything. We got a cup of ice cream with toppings drizzled on top. Extremely disappointing.
Love their Ice Cream
Cant complain, got what I wanted and more.
Love my ice cream
FALSE ADVERTISING ON LINE! wanted ice cream so bad and they are NOT open 24hrs. Tim Hortons is but cold stone is not. Sad face.
Out of cookie dough on a Saturday night. Slow service.
Delicious, no place like it!!!
Who doesnt like Cold Stones?
Service is terrible... didn’t even get to try any ice cream
So expensive and the service here was truly awful!
Its similar to Dunkin Donuts, instead of donuts they have cookies n pastries.
Great ice cream, but its located in a casino so its very smokey and smelly for people who are sensitive to cigarette smoke.
Great ice-cream
Everything was cool...
The girl was not friendly at all. Couldnt get the order right. I just took wrong stuff and left. Aggravated
Not very friendly here
Didnt like the service at all
