All the girls behind the counter are vey helpful, patient, knowledgeable and courteous, especially Ann. All the pharmacists and the owner are top notch. I am glad that I chose Boggio & MacKinnon for all my pharmacy needs. This is an excellent place to do business.

I could not be happier with Nicole and the staff at Boggio Pharmacy, Niagara Falls. We brought my elderly parents to the falls on holiday and realized how convenient electric scooters would be for them to enjoy all Niagara Falls has to offer. Nicole arranged pick up and delivery of two scooters to our hotel in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Thanks again Nicole!!!

I watch this place single out Methadone and Suboxone users every week.Theyre forced to stand around and wait while others get their medications filled promptly.The owner refuses to hire more than one pharmacist at one time so if you like standing around and waiting this place is the pharmacy for you!The worst.

If I could write negative stars I would the staff is rude, I was literally cursed out by a driver because it took more than 30 seconds to get to my phone when he called and then immediately drove away with my wife’s medications which can be life or death.They are irresponsible with the delivery of weekly recurring prescriptions and don’t care if medications cause a serious interaction, in closing I will just say that if you actually care about your health DO NOT utilize this facility!!!!

I registered on May 31st for my 1st vaccine dose. Its almost been two weeks now & I still havent received notification about when I can get my vaccine. Very slow rollout.Not sure if they dont have enough vaccines for everyone or if theyre just inefficient at coordinating the administering of said vaccines.Either way, Im still not vaccinated.

They decided to stop delivering to my house I have no transportation and now they leave me stranded Boggio is a scam $5 for delivery are you serious? We get a $100 bill per month because of the amount of delivery’s. These people do not know customer service. I find it funny how the clerk was very rude and impatient with me. Never using this pharmacy again be aware of their stupid charges and hidden fees.

The staff here are very welcoming and friendly. They have a great selection of products at great prices!

This Pharmacy is more then just a neighborhood pharmacy, its a family. My family and I have been using this pharmacy since I was a young child. They are always helpful, honest, polite, loving, and making your health priority!If you are not a member of this pharmacy I suggest you change the way you take care of your medications and move over to Boggio & Mackinnon Pharmacy so they can take care of you like your family!

(Its DEC 30th) - but I called a few days ago and the phone just rang and rang for minutes with no one picking up.0 for 2 so far on phone issues in DEC. First problem ever in 25+ years.

I have dealt with many drug stores in the past and I would never stop dealing with this drug store. The staff are number one .....their courtesy, polite, always smiling, and joking mannerism are second to none. This is in a convenient location for me and has a good selection of products. However the pharmacy is very disorganized. Every time I go to collect a prescription is is an issue. I call in ahead of time or order a refill online . I then call in to confirm that its ready for pick up. When I go in they either cant find the refill or claim that Ive already collected it. Eventually they locate it but the whole process is unnecessarily complicated and time consuming . They need to work on their processes or communication. Each time I go in now Im anticipating a problem.

I havent been to this location, but just spent over 20 minutes on hold waiting for someone to come to the phone. At the 10 minute mark, a woman came to the phone and said oh hey Debra! How ya doin? After letting her know that I was not in fact Debra, she kindly apologized and said she picked up the wrong line and before asking who or what I was holding for, she put me back on hold. Then after waiting another 10 minutes (while still on hold) I called the pharmacy using my home phone and let them know I was currently on hold for over 20 minutes on the other line. The girl who answered wanted to transfer me again, but instead I said please just pick up the line that you currently have on hold, I just need a simple question answered about something in home healthcare.. she picks up the line, says shes going to go get her in person(referring to the apparent ONLY person who could answer said question).. after another 2 minutes, she came back and said the person was busy and she could have her call me back. No initiative to ask what my question was or if she could in fact help. I declined the call back, (since Id already spent now close to 30 minutes on the phone) and stated Id be going elsewhere.Im sure they are a great pharmacy like the other reviews say, maybe today was an off day, but it was off enough to lose a potential customer. Maybe the woman I needed to speak with was on a personal call with Debra, maybe not, Ill never know now.

Called today at 12:30pm for a refill ... it’s now 6:23pm and I’ve been waiting for over 6 hours for delivery. Thank GOD we are all quarantined because of COVID . I’ll call again tomorrow because they are now closed ! So I’m out of medicine till tomorrow( that I needed today ) . They only deliver now, so I’m assuming mine was “misplaced “ somehow. Overall I like the staff and pharmacists. Just sucks going a whole day without a medicine I take daily .

After arriving in Niagra Falls we realized we had left the key to my Moms mobility scooter at home. Ten hours away. Originaly we intended to rent her a wheelchair and Tessa came to the rescue with a key for her scooter. She let us use it for the weekend and since we were leaving on a Monday offered to pick up the key at our hotel. This amazed me. You never see customer service like this in the US. Canada youve got a gem here!

Weve been dealing with the pharmacy for many years and have always enjoyed the friendly staff and very good service. None of these things have changed over the many years and many changes at Boggio& MacKinnon.

The people who work here are amazing and nice. My only issue is, anyone on the Methadone or Suboxone side gets treated like theyre not as important as the people on the other side of the pharmacy coming for a script. The blonde pharmasict has a very, very bad habbit of taking customers that come after you on the other side. Once everyone that has come after you are gone, thats when shell finally deal with you. It should be first come, first serve. Being segregated from other customers I found very uncomfortable also. If your coming for your dose you will literally get in trouble if you even go near the Pick Up spot, like youll steal medication. Thankfully, all the pharmasicts are amazingly nice, and most treat you like the customer you are. Aaron, the owners son is amazingly nice to anyone and everyone who comes in.

Calm, friendly service, by educated personal, exactly what you want and need from a pharmacy, and some pretty nice things in the store, unexpected from such a small location, but all in all a very good atmosphere, i will definitely be using their services again.
