Went there for a couch.. they had several nice ones but nothing in stock for months and they didnt put any of that info on the tags of the couches.. says take home today but you cant. The lady gave me attitude as well but was nicer to my husband.. I called other big lots and they were a lot nicer.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by the store and the selections. They apparently remodeled in the few years since I was there last. Really nice layout and super clean aisles. Nice selection of summer decor, too. If you haven’t been to a remodeled store in a while, do yourself a favor and check it out.

I wanted to purchase a piece of furniture I totally fell in love with 2 days ago. I was told they have no delivery persons in place and they cd also not let be pay for the item there and gave another store deliver to the one I was at which is half mile away. The associate was very polite and wanted to help so she called over stores. I want 2 of the items. Each are at 2 different stores. One in N.Falls, the other in Lockport. None closer. Then I had to call a subcontractor delivery service and pay 115.00 to have one piece of furniture to me. The item cost me $600.00.....then $115.00 additional??????Oh I cdve waited they said....for 6-8 weeks to get it instead of running all over but then still have to hire a delivery service. Id say it was a rip off. The delivery persons were very polite but thats alot of money for one piece and I had to put it together also...thank God it was very simple. And I have the item I wanted. Sooooo, I guess after the other one comes I just wont ever purchase from BIG LOTS EVER AGAIN. I did however call a competitor to see if they had or cd get the same item for me. They said no. It was done for me numerous times in past yrs. They mustve changed policy from making a customer become a repeat customer to a non-customer now. Ya just dont get the kind and helpful customer service we used to get yrs ago. Sad, sooooooo sad. Lets go back to when you cd talk to a person on the phone and get the issue or order or whatever, taken care of asap.....now technology has impeded life instead of making more things better. You wait on hold longer than ever before. You get rerouted so many times that you cd grow a beard while waiting. This is sickening. People are more rude and insensitive and done give a shitte about the customer anymore. Ive said my piece .....For now. 🙄

Help was amazing! Very pleasant cashier, and the young man who helped me take my purchases out to the car and load the big items into my car was especially kind and again very helpful. Ten stars!😊

Don’t miss this store if you want to save money. I wish I lived closer. I would come a lot. This Big Lots store has one of the best customer’s services they made laugh and really kind with you. I must say that it was refreshing to get help all the way. Thank you. Will shop at Big Lots again with no doubt. Thanks for helping me saving.

Wow, has this store changed!! Beautiful, name brand furniture and housewares at prices you wont believe. They even have a little section of boutique-y style womens clothing thats adorable!! Store is very clean and organized and personal who are happy to help. LOVE Big Lots now!

Great place to visit. You need a lot of time to scan over the many, many products that they have.Major problem for me, items are NOT marked with the price. Sometimes they are marked on the shelve, but today so many items were not marked, I gave up, very frustrating, not knowing the price of an item, really does make a big difference for me.I left the store without buying a thing.
