Excellent customer service. Rob C and Johnny were amazing to deal with. They answered ALL of our questions, made good and reasonable suggestions and were very knowledgeable. What make it so excellent, was that they shared their expertise without being condescending. I highly recommend Dun-Rite for your home repair, renovation and general aluminum and vinyl needs. Years ago we bought a custom window and I am still super happy with it! They stand by their product and have a surprisingly huge warehouse.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.Sales men throwing and yelling, could not believe what was happening.I would recommend the Welland store to anybody.I would recommend the Niagara Falls store, very nice and helpful.

Excellent customer service. After a horrible experience at the Welland location, we needed items that couldnt be purchased elsewhere without a long delay time. We went to the Niagara Falls location, and the service was the polar opposite to Welland. Rob was helpful, accommodating and our order arrived on time as promised. We still have 3 sides of our house and garage to re-side. We may be driving 30 minutes instead of less than 5 minutes to the Welland location, but we are willing to spend the extra time and gas to get the excellent service.

Bought over 5000 dollars of Dorplex door from this company. Last door I bought will be the last. I ordered a door with a mail slot and was shipped with a bronze mail slot for a door with black glass, handle and sill. After waiting weeks for a new one I went to install it and the hole was cut to small. After sending in a service and waiting weeks more. I have been told there is nothing they or Dorplex will door. I have been told to fix it myself. Will never shop there as I am in business and would NEVER treat a client this way

They use very poor quality glass and do not uphold warranty on their windows. Terrible customer service. AND ***RONA CARRIES THE SAME SIDING PRODUCTS FOR MUCH LESS!*** The Novik stone costs $8.00 a sqft at Dun-Rite. At Rona the regular (non-sale price) is $6.80. When on sale (like in pic) they are only $5.98. SHOP AROUND AND BUY YOUR PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE!! Forget this place.

Would be great if they were open atleast one day on the weekend. Not everyone can get there through the week .

Lol when you can get in its great. Though these guys have bankers hours. If your a contractor plan around the open time, 830 am openings.

Great friendly service. Better than i had expected

Im a home owner/ part time do it yourselfer, and Dun-Rite has helped me a few times now. They supply what the big box stores dont, and give me tips on my project. Basically, Dun-Rite gave this do it yourselfer the material and the confidence to do my small projects when all the contractors are too busy to answer my calls or take on my small jobs.
