Purchased my very first Honda vehicle this week from Hamburg Honda! I can honestly say that this was the best experience Ive had purchasing a new vehicle. I unfortunately had to trade a vehicle I love for a van out of necessity! I ended up purchasing a 2022 Odyssey Touring off the lot and it is a beautiful vehicle! I must say, I am loving it!I highly recommend this dealership! They arent pushy at all but are very diligent to get you what you want and dont waste your time. I worked with Neil and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to my inquiries! Also the finance manager Rick was great to deal with! When I picked up my vehicle it was quick and Neil took some time to show me the different features. We just bought our first Honda from Hamburg and I cannot say enough about how great our experience was. Our salesman Neil was super friendly yet professional, and not pushy at all. After having looked at a car that didn’t fit our criteria, Neil went out of his way to contact us as soon as the perfect car for us came onto the lot for sale. We were able to work with Neil (who really pushed to get us the best deal!) and the sales Manager to agree to a great price that worked for everyone. Just picked up my brand new 2020 Honda Touring. This was my first experience car shopping and Neil made it a wonderful one. I was a little anxious, but Neil guided me through the whole process - even answering my questions on his days off. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. In fact, he is SUCH a good salesman that he sold a Honda to someone from a long line of GM workers (I will certainly be getting roasted at all future family events, but worth it.). Had many amazing experiences with Hamburg Honda. Even though I had a horrible experience when i bought my honda accord coupe from Whitby Honda as they gave me the car in horrible condition and said it wasnt their problem anymore. Thankfully Clint Bowman at Hamburg honda service made everything perfect. Outstanding service! I just picked up my vehicle yesterday and I couldnt be happier. Neil has gone above and beyond from the minute we got to the appointment to him installing my floor mats and trunk tray! He answered all my questions and responded to all my emails quickly. We were in Hamilton to get winter tires put on (not at Honda) but we didnt have the key in order to get the tires bolts(?) off as it wasnt returned to us from the Whitby Honda location last time we had our tires serviced...All that aside, the guys at Hamburg Honda were so kind to help out right away and we were back on our way within 15min or less. There arent enough stars to tell you how grand this dealership will make your experience! Frank is an old school mechanic in a new car world. He is a database and a half of practical skills and technical information when it comes to Honda vehicles. Plus, Frank cares which makes him a service legend in my opinion. Hamburg Hondas service department is a no pressure informative pleasure. Any of their service advisors know their stuff and Ive had the opportunity to book my Ridgeline Touring in with Jay recently and he is on point with service intervals and providing top notch people skills. All service advisors here are great! Let me tell you about Charlie in parts. That guy can give a price, availability and not skip a beat providing the guys in the shop products to remain efficient. Ive purchased many parts from Charlie and he has not made a mistake, ever. To sum it up, go to Hamburg Honda and test these professional people and their skills, you will be happier than any other dealership youve visited when you do. Ive purchased many many cars from Hamburg Honda. I replace my 2 cars every 1, 2 or 3 years. Neil Camden is the salesperson I deal with. I could go to the end of the earth and not be able to find one single complaint about my experiences with Neil. In the finance department I deal with Rick Noble and I feel the same about Rick. I was there today Dec 1, 2020 to trade in our 2020 HRV and 2020 Honda Accord Touring for a 2021 HRV and 2021 Honda Accord Touring. I was there for 30 minutes and the deals were signed and done done done !!! I will sum up my evaluation of my experience in all the years Ive dealt with them in 6 words. Competence, competence, competence, trust, honesty, and integrity. Ive been in business myself for many years and I know the ins and outs of perfect customer service. I hope my opinion will mean something to potential purchasers. Outside of Honda I know nothing about Neil, but when it comes to Honda? I honestly do feel like he is my best friend and has my back. And when I refer someone to him? He takes care of them like family. He treats customers as if he was the owner of the business. You cant top that !!!!

I have had the unfortunate experience of going through 2 Civics in 5 years due to some extremely bad luck, and the curse of the colour red, but I would never ever consider another brand after all the help I’ve experienced from Hamburg Honda.Chris and Sarah helped get me into my FINAL Civic yesterday, and I am so beyond grateful. Their attention to detail and willingness to help is beyond compare.Chris alone has been my saving grace through a total car loss, 2 tire issues, 2 break-ins, and much more, and it’s easy to see that he loves what he does. I came all the way from Toronto to deal with Neil at Hamburg after multiple bad experiences at dealerships in Toronto. Neil was fantastic in dealing with me through text and email so that I didnt have to travel unneccesarily. If youre like me and dread car buying because of having to deal with sales tactics, give Neil a call. Heres my shiny new Civic Turbo.Update: I have now had 2 service appointments done at Hamburg and they both exceeded my expectations. The second one was a few days ago and worried me because my kid is severely immunocompromised and I use this car to take him to the hospital. The service team made extraordinary arrangements to ensure our safety, such as making sure only one team member entered my car during the entire visit, and thoroughly cleaning my car when finished. I cant thank them enough for their kindness and consideration. They also discovered some warranty work that needed to be done in future.This is my 4th Honda vehicle, dealing with 5 different dealerships through the years, and I have never felt so well taken care of.

Best Experience In My 20 Years With HondaClint at Hamburg Honda went above and beyond to help me. I had been experiencing an issue with my Honda that started late February. Due to Covid and personal health issues, I had been putting it off, but it was clear that my car was now unsafe. Clint assured me that they would take care of me. Met me outside to do the paperwork, guaranteed that only the tech (who was awesome, too and found my issue right away!) would be in my car and provided me a loaner car that hadn’t been touched for a week. Hamburg Honda really went that extra mile to protect my safety and make me feel valued as a customer. Very grateful.

Great service. I had planned on just looking around and learning more about the 2019 Civic Touring. Upon arrival I was met by one of the salesman, his name is Nick Caprara. Nick was very respectful and well spoken, and he answered all of the questions I had about the car. We went for a test drive and Nick took his time to show me all of the controls and features that the vehicle had to offer. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and because of him I purchased my car the same day. Nick came into work on his day off when my car was ready to be picked up, he made sure it was everything that I wanted and that I was satisfied. He has since reached out to me a couple of times (1 month after picking up the vehicle and 6 months) to see if the car is still running perfectly and to ensure I am still satisfied with my purchase.I highly recommend this salesman to my family, friends or anybody else who is considering buying a Honda.

If I could give zero stars I would dont buy vehicle here or get it fixed here. I got a safety 14 days ago and they now say its doesnt matter they have to safety it for me to buy my lease out. They want to fix everything that was already fixed. I didnt use Honda parts because Im going to own the car they want to change all the parts with Honda parts. I gave them a cheque to buy my car Im asking for it back and they are not giving it back fully. They want to keep 120 for the time their mechanics took to look at my car. BTW the safety is not hot its from a garage I trust over any other. DO NOT deal with Hamburg they just want your money they dont care about their customers

Honest to God this dealership never ever disappoints in anyway! I just traded in my previous Honda lease, I had an excellent experience from beginning to end in sales and service and finance! I just purchased the new accord touring and I’m absolutely in love with that! They worked with me with anything I wanted, for example I wanted tinted windows and new rims and they made it look like the most beautiful car I’ve ever seen! Sales did not pressure and they were helpful and flexible with my demanding schedule and the service department is out of this world! I recently purchased a brand new 2018 Honda Civic from Hamburg Honda. I was on the fence about whether to purchase a new car and I met Neil, who eased some of my concerns with purchasing new. I wanted to think about my possible purchase so Neil arranged a time to meet with me at a later date; when we met the second time Neil ensured a similar vehicle to what I was thinking about purchasing was on the lot and ready to test drive. While in Niagara Falls, NY for my sons hockey tournament my 2013 Honda Pilot starting having SERIOUS electrical problems. Thankfully I was able to make it back to Canada to the Hamburg Honda Dealership. Although I am from London and not a regular client, the service provided from Jay Miazek and Dieter Rielau in the maintenance department was OUTSTANDING. Having car problems away from home is always terrible, but they were extremely helpful and although we could not get the parts that day to fix the electrical issue in Hamburg, they made sure the car was safe and secure for me to get back to London. Four stars because they were very nice and tried to help us. We took a Honda Element to the service department that had an occasional lack of power on the highway. Then they told us it needed a new computer module costing over $1,000. We asked what happens if that does not cure the problem, and they told us they would work with us. It did not fix the problem. Next they wanted to pull the oil pan and check the motor. We decided to pick up the vehicle and paid the bill in full. When we got it the motor was knocking. We put in a used motor from the auto wrecker. Not saying they are responsible for the blown motor. It failed while it was in their shop, but things can happen. I see many great reviews from happy customers, so they should be excellent most of the time.

I wanted to wait a year before I wrote a review. Bought a 2012 Pilot. The sales guy was nice, did his job. Had to hassle him to get an owners manual, but thats not a huge deal. So far Ive had it serviced there (oil change) and bought a few parts. Each time I had quick and courteous service. I am happy to recommend Hamburg for sales and service. Even their parts department is really helpful and friendly.

Definitely an amazing experience. Neil listened to all of my must haves and Chris spent his day finding the car I wanted. It was the last blue standard hatchback sport in the province ! I have had to do business for the first time with Hamburg Honda being a newbie to Niagara Falls and swear i will never go back there. The staff that did the oil change was very rude. Prior to doing the oil change he mentioned that checks revealed that other things needed to be done. I told him i would do it another time. After everything was done i asked if there would be a complimentary wash which is normally the norm at other honda dealerships, he said no because i didnt do what was needed to do. I was quite taken aback and obviously showed it, thats when he quickly said it cant be done because its the weekend. What he said next to me really showed me how much he was going out of his way to be disrespectful and rude. He asked me does Mr Lube give free washes?I went home really angry, was it because I am a woman of minority why he chose to treat me in such a rude manner.

Top notch mechanical work and outstanding customer service from John Rodney and the members of his service department. I NEVER take my cars to be serviced by dealerships until my recent repair to my Accord. So impressed that I will only be taking my Accord and my new 2015 Pilot to the mechanics at Hamburg Honda for now on. A+++

While their service department may have glowing reviews, I cannot say the same for the sales department. Was in there several weeks ago looking for a used CRV. First of all, the salesman jumped in the car and drove us, as if at 65 years old this was something new for me! After pulling over on Lyons Creek Rd I was allowed to drive back, but was suggested I take Lyons to Stanley, which I didnt as I wanted to test the car on the highway.One car we took out reeked of cigarette smoke and we were told the sales manager was the one who had been using the vehicle. Really, smart move, that smell will never come out. Although we were told it would if they put it thru some ionization process.After testing another vehicle, not totally convinced, they (Marco and the used sales mgr) tried to get me to put down a $500- $1000 deposit (this was a Saturday) to hold the vehicle until Monday. Obviously, I was not going to do that. The best part was, upon walking into my house, Marco called and told me that vehicle was already sold and was being picked up on the following Tuesday. Hmmmmm, no mention of that while we were there with him and his mgr. BUT.......if I wanted to meet him somewhere Sunday morning, he would bring the paperwork for me to purchase the car. Really???!!! On top of the fact that Im really not that gullible, you were going to what - tell that customer on Tuesday that you sold the vehicle out from under him? Bad bad customer service all around,Also, found out by another dealer that had I put down a deposit, I was bound to Hamburg Honda to purchase a vehicle or they hold up my money as long as they can. Again, shoddy business practices.I gave them one star as I couldnt post without.Buyer Beware!!!!!

They dont know how to make customers happy. For me It was bad experience. I just bought brand new car from here and very first day when I was looking the car they told me that We would do first time oil changing from us and as soon as my deal done. They started making excuses and denied to change the oil it was not big deal, but when you promise, should do. It was my foolish that I should have got written down.

From start to finish a fantastic experience! From thinking that we needed to buy a car (as we thought ours was a write off) to then learn that it wasnt it was a beyond smooth experience. Neil was great with helping us figure out what we needed and in looking to the future we ended up with an Odyssey and couldnt be happier! Will be returning when we outgrow our second vehicle!

Highly recommend these folks if youre in the market for a new vehicle. We were GM people for the longest time until we stopped in. There sales staff were awesome...responsive to our needs, no pressure tactics, fair price, and they didnt try to over-sell us on what we didnt need. Ultimately we bought an Odyssey from Neil Camden and cant say enough good things about our experience. The Service department is equally outstanding...always up-front and honest, willing accommodate, and flexible. They made life-long customers of us.

Ive been getting my vehicles serviced here for a couple of years now. Ive been pleased with the work, and the staff is always extremely personable. When the installation of a remote starter on my Odyssey took longer than expected, not only did they provide me with a courtesy vehicle, but the van was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up the next morning...a nice touch. :)

The after market starter they replaced in Nov. 2019 has already failed - 10 months later!! I called the dealership spoke to the service manager and was given the typical nothing we can do answer! What a surprise and a joke! $700 later and Im left stranded once again!!Dealership didnt step up at all offered nothing, only seem interested in making money not looking after clients.Posted in Nov. 2019 - They looked after my problem with my starter when I called at the last minute

Great service, great prices. Jay and John in service dept. are awesome. Ive been their customer for quite a few years ( took me long enough to write a review ) and have been treated very well. I have a 2011 Ridgeline and thanks to them it runs like new. They go overboard with every little detail like nobody else. Every time I call them for whatever reason my truck has to come in, they say we can squeeze you in . Other places can make an appointment for a week or two from now. These guys never let me down. Free coffee, free water, free WiFi. What else could you ask for. I would strongly recommend Hamburg Honda For all your Honda needs. Thank you Jay and John for years of great service and there will be many years to come. Hope this helps a lot of people with their decisions.

The worst experience ever with a Hamburg Honda Niagara Falls, ON. I have previously been at this dealership once and had a pleasant experience with John Franco at the service desk. I was 15mins late for the car service appointment due to my prior appointment with the doctor and I did apologize the moment I stepped off the car. But I happen to come across the most unprofessional, rude and unethical service representative ever Jay Maizek who replied you came late, doesnt mean I have to go home late with sarcasm (after reading some reviews below, looks like hes been acting the same since past 1 year and still no action has been taken against him by Honda) I was shocked and angry to hear such response even after hearing that I was late due to a doctors appointment. He also mentioned that they wouldnt be able to cater to all the required service work as they were around closing time. He took the car and the service was done in 15mins, which usually takes about 45mins to an hour with all the oil change, tire rotation and car wash. When I asked him so soon is everything done he said we changed the oil and the tire rotation was not required, so since we had time we gave you a complimentary wash (in a sarcastic way). I left that evening with doubt that the service was not done in a proper manner. I sure was right as within a day my car showed Low tire pressure while heading to the airport, checked the air pressure at a gas station which was low in the rear driver tire. We filled up the air but the sign didnt go away. We were getting late for an international flight so left my car at the airport parking thinking will be fine when I come back. When I picked up my car after 3 weeks the car still showed low tire pressure. We checked the tire pressure again and still the sign was showing, we drove back home slowly and very carefully as such situations can turn dangerous anytime.I took an appointment the very next day at Hamburg Honda, Niagara Falls to get the issue sorted. Unfortunately came across Jay once again who was busy on a call and didnt have any courtesy as a customer representative to put the call on hold and ask me to wait until he gets free. I kept waiting for 15mins and then went in to ask for someone to help me. A lady came in took the car keys and asked me to wait inside. Both Jay and the lady came back within 5mins saying we checked the air in the tires and they look fine might be due to temp change. So we fixed the Tire calibration manually to get the notification to go away.  Within 2 days the notification came back again. We checked the tire pressure again and it showed low, we filled the air and fixed the “tire calibration” manually as told by them.5 days later we had to drive down to Delaware USA, while we were on our way the same notification showed up again. It was around 5:30 pm and we called couple dealerships around and stopped at a local Honda dealership (Scott Honda at West Chester) in Pennsylvania, USA. They said they close at 6pm to take in the cars but given we have issue with the car they can wait until 6:15pm. We reached the dealership at 6:05pm and came across an amazing customer service representative named “Hamza Kareem”. He took the car in and checked it in front of us and told us that there is a leak in the rear tire on the drivers side, as there has been a gap between the tire and rim. He also showed us the bubbles coming from the tire. We were grateful enough they could accommodate us on the fly even though they close doors at 7pm. He said since we are driving from that far (Ontario) he doesnt want us to be stranded in a snowy weather, so he made sure to get the issue fixed ASAP and also told that he will be rotating the tires for even wear out which was ignored by Hamburg Honda previously. He didn’t charge us for any of the work. Him and his service team worked past their close time and made sure we were safe on the road. A shout out to Scott Honda at West Chester and their service department employees. I will be writing about this to Honda headquarters.
