Sandra and the whole team at Kandu Pools have been fabulous right from the get-go!We were lucky enough to secure a hot-tub this year when they were as rare as hens’ teeth but had to store it until our backyard was ready. This was no problem for Kandu, they housed our tub in their showroom for around four weeks and used that time to showcase its style and beauty to other customers.When delivery time came the guys showed up on time and left us without any mess or fuss.I highly recommend Kandu and especially Sandra. Many years ago I dealt with another pool place in Niagara falls and was beyond horrified with how they treated customers. I went to Kandu and they had me try the biogaurd brand for my pool. AMAZING!!! I will never put liquid chlorine in my water again! My pool is so quick to service and stays crystal clear all season! I cant believe anyone would want to deal with any other pool place!

I came in to get my water tested, and the gentleman at the desk was super helpful! He had 100% A1 customer service, and was cute too. I believe his name was Andor. What a hunk!

Our family has been in business for 35 years and this was the WORST costumer service I have seen and have ever dealt. Office is a joke, recieptionist is rude and trying to get Tony to call you back is impossible. Once they have your money, youre nothing to them. They PROMISE you one thing and do another. Get everything Tony says in writing. He promises you things that are standard, first year opening and closing included but charges you for the opening the next year. Also, I had extra cement around my pool which was THE WORST CEMENT JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN! Uneven cement, broom finish going in opposite ways and unfinished edging. Will not recommend them to any body.The only positive thing I can say is that the workers are generally good and hard working.

We are extremely happy and beyond satisfied with our beautiful new swimming pool designed and constructed by KANDU POOLS just last month. I had known of their great reputation and long family history and expertise in the Pool, Paving and Concrete business in the Niagara Falls area. Paula and I gave them a call to inquire about possibly putting in a pool and spoke with Andrew Sacco. He was very knowledgeable, very polite and professional. He came to our home within a day and we worked out a great deal. They delivered on every one of their promises and more. The overall quality of their work was amazing and they finished ahead of schedule.Kandu Pools actually dug our 18 ft by 36 foot pool ( 4 ft to 9 ft deep) in one day. They had a really hardworking team of very polite and experienced workers who you could see were experts in their different job descriptions. Each day a new crew would arrive for the next step of the pool construction and we knew we were in the best of hands. The beautiful stamped concrete around the salt water pool and the multi colored LED lights at night time make our backyard an absolute paradise. Special thanks to Andrew Sacco & Tony Cuviello and the crew of Kandu Pools for a job very well done.
