I went to the Niagara Falls, Ny location today to buy a knife set for my mother for Christmas. Upon entering the store Cameron greeted me and told me about the discount as this location would be closed by the end of January. After learning about the discount I decided to get some stuff for myself. I was wandering through the store for almost an hour. Cameron was great as I browsed through everything. Super knowledgeable. Considering this guy will be unemployed in a month he was still great. Many people in this situation would not act this way. If I had a business to hire this guy I would. I went home and did more research on this company and discovered how great their products are. I will be going back this week to buy more. Thanks Cameron for being a normal guy who was being honest. I hope the best for you and your family.

Nice product and good value. Store staff is very knowledgeable. Store personnel refused to exchange a defective knife block that I had purchased two days earlier-- insisting that I leave, attempt to contact the store manager by phone, try to obtain from him his work schedule, and come back another time. I spent two hours of my time to make the exchange as convenient to Zwilling as possible--I imagine a warranty exchange is likely to be equally frustrating? Perhaps my perception that I was patronizing a premium specialty store was incorrect?

Take care of the stuff you get from here and they can be kitchen heirloom pieces. They also have neat well-built everyday gadgets. Prices are higher but you get what you pay for.

Huge fan of the products and frequently purchase them online. Was excited to see that there was a store at the outlet mall and planned on picking up a few things. I could not believe how incredibly rude the woman working was. I looked around a little and asked a question about a knife holder and she had no patience. She then told us not to touch things so we left. I was in complete shock as her attitude was just so unexpected. No wonder there was no one in the store. Visit was August 26th

Very knowledgeable staff, able to work with me to reach a good buying decision. I chose a Miyabi slicing knife which was equally beautiful to hold and effortless to work with. Great experience.
