I was there around 5:30 for a return today. Lady who helped me with return was rude. She decided to argue over not so clear signature with the mostly dried out pen she handed. It was hardly 10 second interaction and still the way she gave me receipt was pretty aggressive. She was one dull lady barely working!
Same sale on bathing suits & other stuff if u can find your size if better.

I rate this at 2 stars because the few times i have went into that location i was greeted and helped only by one sales lady (young, blonde and short) i noticed during all my visits there that all the staff members consistently crowded around the cash desk, leaned against the counter and talked ( they were not talking about work things) as i observed some more i found that the one nice lady helping me was the only one helping customers, folding clothes, cleaning, hanging items back up and putting them away. i find a huge lack in team effort at this store. i say bravo to the wonderful young lady helping me but just disgusted by all other staff standing around doing NOTHING. i dont know how the others get paid for doing 0 amount of work

Not helpful. Staff not knowledgeable. My teens struggled with sizing. No help. I ran all over the store looking for sizes. Spent 120 bucks when we should have just left.
If you want to get something special for the hubby and you want to look extra hot then this is the place to go. Its a little on the expensive side (I think) but I wait for their sales and buy what I need then.
This is a great place to buy your undergarments such as lingerie, they always have amazing sales. You can also buy comfortable but sexy pjs for both men and women.

Horrible experience, came from out of town thinking sale was on as advertised on mall website, no sale. I was told by staff that sale started Thursday. A second trip from out of town to be told sale starts Friday. Very rude staff! I would rather pay full price at any other store than deal with such nasty staff.
