I often have to ask if they have my beer in stock because the shelves are real not kept stocked up properly. And they keep saying their supposed to get my tall boy cans of Pabst Blue ribbon beer but never do . Dissatisfied with the left over selections that are left. They just never seem to have enough alternatives to choose from!

Good product selection and clean store.

Staff are very accommodating. Being this is a tourist location, its to be expected however very pleasant staff. Location is ideal, close to everything.

Organized and open early, I was able to buy wine before our wine trip at 10 am

Being from Toronto, this is a smaller location but they still have a pretty decent selection.

The staff at this LCBO is always in a good mood..I have visited multiple times and never felt any difference…kudos to the team

Great staff helped me with what needed

This will be the only LCBO I go to.. I have gone to the flagship one to many other scattered across Ontario.. everyone carries the same spirits and same wine.. what makes this place better is the people and their desire to assist you the consumer. It shouldnt be difficult to get a product you want and for some reason when dealing with the LCBO in general it is. I had my only pleasant experience with the LCBO and it was at this location.

First of all... the outdoor curb sidewalk along the building is filthy and covered in trash!! Along with the parking lot. Very. Very Disgusting. It should be swept Daily and garbage picked up and removed Daily!! Big embarrassment for our Number 1 downtown Niagara Falls Location!

This is a well run location. We asked for help in locating a product and received friendly and accurate assistance. The selection here is amazing. The store is kept very bright and clean. And during the check out process we had a bit of a line up and they called for another cashier to assist. Try getting any other store to do this now a days. Thanks to the staff here for making a routine purchase an enjoyable and efficient trip.

Ya . My first trip there in years . The guy ryng up my 2 bottles 3 times . Then stood arguing with me that it wasnt rung 3 xs. And im pointing at them.. hes like i cant see it. Manager came. Voided sale. Re rung it up and voila! It was exactly lwss the amount of the 1 bottle he over charged me for. ... thank u to the manager

I found the selection here to be better than most in the niagara area, the staff are friendly and helpful ( especially the security guard who helped me find what I was looking for lol). I took away a star because like most places near the falls it can be difficult to get to and because the covid line was directed down the vodka line which seems like too busy of an aisle to have blocked off like that.

Always a pleasurable shopping experience here. Theres a great selection, its well laid out, theres staff on the floor to help you if you need them and the checkouts are always well staffed so youre not waiting for long.

You can get beer here. Also the hard stuff. Busy every Friday night and Saturdays. Busy almost every night during touristy times. Day business is ok though. No major holdups. Oh ya and you can get beer here too!

They sell liquor, I like liquor. Cant go wrong.

Store is always fully stocked with a wide selection of liquor and beer. Amazing service, it’s a really busy location but the checkout process is always quick and easy. Friendly staff. They also have great displays during seasonal times like the holidays and summer, and often have samples.

Hidden, quiet and quaint location not far off from the busy Niagara entertainment boulevard. Friendly staff and fast service! Its a smaller branch so they dont carry as much selection as other locations.

It used to open at 0900. Now, unannounced, it opens at 1000 although their hours posted here say they open at 0930. I get off work at 0800 and can’t get a drink for two hours. And they wonder why we want this industry privatized. Wake up Ontario and stop monopolizing alcohol sales. This isn’t the puritanical USA and they still have more open liquor laws over there.

Fast friendly service, a bit of a line up outside to get in because of covid measures and it was a Saturday evening, but it was only about 10 mins. Everything I was looking for was in stock and easily found.

All through this we really need Lcbo

Good selection, Ive been to better. But it was close to all the hotels, and open late! I always suggest having a better beer section, but thats probably not the crowd they cater to! They carded my 23 yr old friend who forgot her ID in the hotel, it was too late to go back and get it, but at least they did their job.

LCBO is always great but I dont know why I cant seem to find apple cider in this location?hmmm!
