I want to start out by saying we are 1000% satisfied w/service and work provided! We had a real issue w/not only feral cats but other wildlife this past winter and even though feral cats and wildlife control is not what Niagara Mobile Home does, they did come out in February of this year and investigated the smell we were smelling in one of the bedroom closets. After smelling the odor, the workers took skirting off to see if and or what they could find. It was determined that we had major underbelly issues with animals burrowing into insulation, need I say more! It was also determined there was definitely a strong odor of decay/death... all said we went through insurance to take care of all existing issues as well as taking preventative steps to insure our homes underbelly future w/the aid of Scott we were able to get everything picked up by our insurance company less our deductible. They have been truthful from jump street and today have given us a lot more peace of mind when it comes to damages in the future. They did air-conditioning work, skirting job, heat tape and mending of underbelly... our hats off to the 3 man crew that were nothing more than polite and accommodating. And our sincerest thanks to Scott and crew!

Prompt service, although very expensive. People were very nice

Absolutely terrible. A leak that should have cost $1700-$1800, they charged me $7000. They add on all kinds of costs without letting you know they are charging the $100/hr for it. Including drive time, financing, phone calls and even taking out a toilet which they did not do...I did.Adding insult, in the middle of repairing my leak, a neighbor walked over and needed a door fixed and they stopped work at my house and worked over there.Horrible. Beware.

We had a terrible leak in the walls between the bathroom and spare room. Half of the spare room floor was completely damaged all due to a previous owners poor plumbing work. Because the leak was so bad we decided to get our bathroom floor and water compartment completely re-done as well as all the plumbing in the bathroom. Before all the plumbing looked like a nightmare now it looks amazing. Scott and his workers did a fabulous job. I will never go anywhere else for work on our mobile home. Scott has been there for us no matter what the issue. We have had our furnace kick the bucket along with the central air all in the same year. He is quick to aid us in all issues. Thank you for all the help!!!

They did a bathroom remodel and did an amazing job I would refer them with 100% support. Scott was great and his lead installer answered any questions we had during the process.

I have used them a few times now. Mostly from frozen pipes. I have dealt with Scott and hes been just wonderful. Hes honest and fast sending out help. But the pricing is very fair with no hidden charges. If he tells you a price thats the price. Will continue to use and recommend

Scott and his workers really helped us out when we had a really bad leak. We would be completely lost without him as my husband and I are not that handy. They even helped us with dealing with the insurance company since we are new mobile home owners. In the 1 year we have lived in this home we have had so many unfortunate events happen that needed to be fixed but this company was able to fix them all. I will not go to anyone else to help us. Called them and asked them how much it will cost for you to come out and diagnose whats wrong with my furnace. The person on the phone I feel was very rude. His answer was I cant tell you how much its going to cost to fix if Im not there. Clearly was not what I asked so I ended the conversation politely. He called me back little after that and told me he doesnt charge for consultations so I set it up for Tuesday. He told me he would have someone call before arriving. No one arrived, No one called. I guess they dont want my services and I wont be calling here ever again.

I would recommend Niagara mobile home service, Scott, and team, finished water leaks under my home, in the worst winter conditions that weve had in a while. Great job guys.

I called this place for a floor repair project and was told that they would get back to me before they sent someone out to do it. They never called, so I called again and was told the same thing. They never called back. Very unreliable. Too bad, I guess Ill just spend my money somewhere else.

They were fast and great.I even over paid and rrcieved a check back without asking....honest
