Every time I call this location someone answers politely and is able to help me with all the questions I usually have. Yesterday I called and talked with Jessica and I am so happy with her customer service! She collected a bunch of the little paint cards - some I specifically asked for and some complimenting the colours I asked for. She put them nicely in an envelope so I could go by and collect them later on. I am super impressed with the level of customer service she provided and I cant wait to go back and grab the paint Ill end up ordering. Dulux also has the best paint!

I moved to the Falls 4 years ago and bought a 40 year old home. As a retired contractor my plan was to completely renovate the house myself as a way to keep me busy.The project is now nearly finished and I want to share that Ive used Dulux paints exclusively and am delighted with their products. I ordered from here due to covid and not being able to go into a store to purchase paint I chose Dulux since its close to my house and Canadian tire was sold out of the paint I ordered...Its crazy expensive and it went on and covered the exact same way as the bag paint I bought from Canadian tire only I paid DOUBLE from Dulux 😳
