Love the lasagna, I get one at least twice a month, baked good are nice too . Friendly service :)

The food was ok but the staff werent all wearing masks which most people might no care about but for me since theyre working with food it would make me a bit more comfortable eating here. The pizza slices were huge and not too expensive, a good quick lunch for the highschool kids that attend A.N Myer

Stayed in Niagar for 9 nights and stumbled on this little gem. Great hot table. We went close to closing time and they had no gnocchi in the hot table. I asked the gentleman serving us if he had anymore. He was kind enough to go to the back and prepare a serving just for me. Food was delicious. Will be back when visiting Niagara again.

I went to Pasta Fresca today, first time after the Pandemic. I ordered a veal parm sandwich and the lady who was making the sandwich was doing cash and without washing her hands started making the sandwich. During that time she was on her cell phone couple of times.After watching how unsanitary this place was I requested to cancel my order. I was definitely not going eat some thing from this place. The owner was annoyed that I was canceling the order. I told him that she didn’t wash her hands and was using her cell phone. Instead of apologizing he immediately said when was the last time you came here. Well haven’t been there over a year. He said to me that I don’t want your business and you have done this before. Like I said I haven’t been there over a year and I never canceled or complained about anything before.I don’t usually don’t bother to write reviews either. I am appalled by his rude behaviour and instead of getting my money back, I told him to keep the money and walked away. If you care about how they handle your food DO NOT GO HERE. Obviously they don’t care about food handling and safety .

I went there and ordered a panini and it was absolutely horrible. Not toasted, stale bread, and tasteless. Not sure how many other people have had that happened but I won’t be going back there. Seems like an honest place, family owned. But bad customer service and a general feeling of carelessness and not very welcoming. I realize it was just one time but I think first impressions mean a lot in a place like that especially dealing with food.

I was greeted by an attractive and friendly lady who made me a veal sandwich. She brought it to my table and the sandwich was fantastic. I don’t know if it’s worth $12.37 after tax and that’s why I deducted one star. Overall I will definitely go back And try out some of the other dishes they have to offer. There was a very large selection of food at this location.

Ordered once the wife got very sick after eating Assorted Sub. Ordered again and hubby was very sick after eating Meatball Sub. Don’t think we will be eating here anytime soon.

Ordered pasta and meatballs as well as Cabbage rolls and a sausage. The pasta was so soupy. Cabbage was not cooked and the inside was extremely mushy. Meals were Disgusting! The fennel in the sausage was so overpowering.Would not go back here!!!!!

The best pizza and garlic bread! We ordered enough food to feed 65 people, and the pizza arrived hot and looked & tasted homemade! Thin crust, not greasy on the bottom, delicious pizza sauce, tons of pepperoni and the cheese was to die for. The first time we ordered food for the hockey team and had no leftovers. We’d love to try the pasta and the rest of the menu next time.

Food is always fresh and excellent. The staff is friendly and professinal. We used them to cater our party for New Years. The food arrived on time and hot ready to serve. Our guests at the party all loved the food. The pizza, egg plant parm and gnocci were fantastic.

Amazing pasta and fresh desserts

Pasta Fresca serves and sells home made Italian food. One word sums it up. Delicious! The staff and owners are friendly. The restaurant is modern and clean.The cost of the food varies. Items such as their veal parmesan is a bit costly. But honestly; veal isnt cheap, and its sold as a prepared meal. The pizza, pasta, sausage, and baked treats I feel are competively priced.

I called in an order for a Party sized lasagna after reviewing the menu online. The price listed online and on their large menu which hangs in the store is $75, however when I got there I was charged $90 and was told I could take it or leave it. The gentlemen who spoke to me said it was beyond their control and mumbled something about the rise in minimum wage.Clearly, based upon my own experience and the reviews I have read here, this establishment cares little for their customers. A simple explanation over the phone before I placed the order would have corrected this issue before it ever became a problem and even hand-written changes to their menu in the restaurant would have shown an effort. Had this not been for a birthday party I definitely would have left it.I will not go back to this establishment and it is my advice to anyone asking that they also avoid this over-priced restaurant with mediocre food and poor customer service.

I was in the area last Friday and ventured into this place - service was almost not existing and it was difficult to get info about menu/dishes.I did order Fettuccine Alfredo (most expensive in pasta dishes).I got a big pile of fettuccine swimming in watered down sauce and atiny bit of parmesan (appeared to be) sprinkled on top of it. The saucewas tasteless, pasta too (definitely not boiled in salted water) and therewas not even a trace of meet or veggies of any kind !! It was horrible !! They could not find salt for me (got it finally from the kitchen in a smallcontainer). I quit eating after a few bites (I was hungry !).When I said they should ashamed to treat customers this way and asked if thats the way chef and staff usually eats pasta, the waitress did not say anything... And she did not say even simple sorry for serving sucha piece of garbage disguised as a dish... and charging for it.That might be a good place to buy some products, but DO NOT EAT THERE !!!Definitely would not recommend this place and I would award just afraction of a star if that was possible.

Food actually was o.k. Small portions for what you pay. Desserts are also very pricey for the location. The dessets are suppose to ve fresh daily but taste stale or frost biten. Coffee is from like a tassimo or the alike and costs more than average. Gave 3 stars to be polite.

Joe at Pasta Fresca was very helpful. He catered our wedding reception and the food was outstanding. We are from windsor ontario and being 4 hrs away everything was done over the phone and Joe took all the worry away from having to deal with the catering. Not one single complaint about the food. It showed up on time was delivered to the chafing dishes hot and there was more food then we expected. Every guest said the chicken parm was the best they have ever had. Everything from the hot food to the cold salads including dinner rolls were as fresh and tasty as if it came right out of the oven to our plates.i will and would recommend any body looking for a caterer for a small group or large party definitely give Joe at Pasta Fresca a try you will not be disappointed. Thank you Joe and the entire Pasta Fresca Family for making our wedding reception dinner delicious and stress free...... Summed up in one word OUTSTANDING!!!!

Food is great service is shite went on in the one day to stand there and wait for some homely looking waitress tell off the owner down the way before any service was provided to me and mine then when it was i near lost my apetite from the stench of that same homely lookin lady if you could call her that what a foul odor kept checking my shoes for horse apples couldnt enjoy the feast in front of me in wich my money went to waste
