Tom was very helpful and answered all my questions. He also offered other useful information. Store was clean and we were able to look at our own pace.

I dont go here as much as I used to since theyre selling down their Craftsman tool inventory. If you order something online for store pickup, double check the quantities on everything before walking out with your merchandise.

Great store! We bought our fridge from here and loved it! We got a wonderful deal and had it delivered a couple days later they were very prompt and on time! While my family business has been working with Sears for many years, I have shopped there myself for personal items. Everyone that works there is friendly and so very helpful and you are always greeted with a smile. They make sure to give you the best products for your money and even make sure to cut you any deals if at all possible. By far the best experience Ive had at a Sears. Highly recommend!

Its unfortunate that 0 stars is not an option. I purchased a Maytag dishwasher for $623.96 (dishwasher, delivery, & installation) on 18 May 20 and scheduled delivery & installation for 22 May between 1:30-2:00. At 3:00 on 22 May, we hadnt heard from anyone; after calling the store, the delivery person called back, said he was returning to Niceville, and he would be at the house in an hour (2 hours late). At 4:00, the delivery person called to inform me that the dishwasher was missing a part and delivery would need to be postponed to 25 May. This tells me that no one on the Sears staff bothered to check the item to ensure it was ready for purchase nor did anyone check to ensure that the item was prepared for delivery. Immediately after that call, I returned to Sears and had them issue a full refund. At no point in the process was there any sincere apology or compensation offered by the Niceville Sears staff. You can be certain that I will not be returning to the Niceville Sears for any future household needs.

Just wanted folks to know my mom was a long time resident of Niceville. She would always have a story about how great thesefolks where. Never a bad word. Go see them a store worth your time.

This store is the best Sears that I have ever done business with!! We recently purchased a stove to convert it to propane. When we couldnt understand the instructions Josh stayed on the phone with us until we got it converted. He went above and beyond for our customer satisfaction!!! He has earned a customer for life!!

The guys in the store are very helpful and answered all our questions. Very friendly. When we needed a washer face they came through. Delivery was scheduled right away and the delivery guys are also great. Had them out to look at the washer when we had a small leak and they came the same day. Excellent service. I highly recommend Sears Hometown in Niceville!

Niceville Sears location, refused to assist me, I tried to get a hour meter for my new craftsman lawnmower. He had them on his computer, but he refused to order one for me .

They had what I needed and were very helpful

Great service! I recently purchased a Samsung washer and dryer, they were delivered on time on 11/1. On 11/4 the washer was recalled! I quickly attempted to submit the recall info on the Samsung website but it was not user friendly, I then contacted Sears out of frustration to see what my options could be. I was advised that they would contact their higher management to find out, they called me back within hours and advised that I can return BOTH and exchange for a new set. This saved me from having to purchase a different brand of washer and have a mismatched set. I am so incredibly thankful for their quick help in this frustrating situation!

This local business beats big box stores on service and price. We live out of state and own a rental condo at Sandestin. Needed to update appliances - fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher - from long distance. Sears Hometown store in Niceville was super. Owners got us into the right models, gave us better than Best Buy prices and without the hassle of figuring out sizes and compatibility of matching combinations. They carry top brands like Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, Kenmore and more. You can see the national Sears prices, specs, and pictures on the stores web site. They can match or beat the Sears online price and give special attention to Sandestin. If theres ever a problem, youre dealing directly with the owners and theyre small-town nice. Beats dealing with Big Box stores after the sale customer service. They also make custom cabinets. Well worth dealing with a Niceville business if youve got the need anywhere in the Destin area.

Very helpful with great prices.

Our home warranty company sent them to fix our dryer on the 28th. A new motor was ordered which we got early on the week but they didnt come back until the 5th to fix it only to find out that it was actually the fuses that need fixed. Now, they ordered those but we are having to wait until the 17th for them to come back to fix the fuses becuase they cant schedule us any sooner. I have never had this kind of service before with a company chosen by our home warranty and was hoping for better with a company like Sears. I will ask for someone different next time.
