Its Publix, nuff said. 😁 But in all seriousness, its another great Publix location. Our entire family genuinely loves shopping at this Publix location. Staff is super friendly. Food is always delicious and fresh. Inside is very clean. Aisles are well organized. Unlike other supermarkets you never get lost inside Publix. Often they have good deals on various produce products. And location is also very conveniently located. Plenty of parking space and easy to access from Hwy 20. CDCs COVID-19 mitigation policies are practiced by staff members religiously. Overall very pleasant place to shop for all grocery products.

A Florida classic. Best subs hand down ever. Clean well lit store. Has the best deals weekly always worth to check em out for the bogo deals they have going on. They say they are understaffed badly but youd never even know it fast friendly checkout. Very well stocked. Almost always packed but never in line for more than about 10 minutes. Complete shopping trip in under 30 min easily.

Customer service is great. Always have my favorite deli item.. Everroast chicken salad cresandwich. cheap sushi on wed. a quick yogurt ready made with fruit and granolla for the go. Supper happy they got the publix premium peppermint stick coffee in stock. Keep up the good work, great options and good prices.

I love coming to this Publix, its so clean and the staff is amazing and very friendly. You couldnt ask for a better experics in shopping. And them pushing your cart to your vehicle isnt so bad either.

Great place for groceries. However, the real places to stop are the bakery and deli! Always a great lunch or snack!

Kind staff and a clean and organized store. I love that they will repackage anything that I don’t want to buy all of (I can’t eat a whole 2 lb bag of cherries before they go bad!)

Niceville its already a nice town with nice people, Publix in Niceville is full of friendly staff and an organized store with stocked hard to find fruits and vegetables and their customer service is amazing!

I love the quality of the products at Publix, the cashiers and baggers couldnt be more kind and helpful. AND...the Parmacists and pharmacy employs are amazingly smart, helpful, and caring. I feel so fortunate that we live so close to a Publix store, I go there several times a week.

I really like shopping here. I dont mind paying a little more (although there are plenty of deals to be found here) to not be miserable in the store. It was really busy with people preparing for an incoming storm and I still waited less than a minute to check out. And I wasnt expected to check myself out.

Publix never disappoints. Stopped in to grab a sandwich before my flight and got a delicious sandwich. I was the envy of the flight for sure!

Usually great and helpful but this time got at service desk said he wouldnt check me out because I had,, too many items. I had 6 things and only 1 other register was open. So stood with 7ppl in only check out line while he did nothing.

Today I used the pick up service Ive been using for 3 years now. First started using in Crestview, then Charleston Sc, now Niceville and Tallahassee as well. The 2 experiences at the Niceville store have been not good, but this was NOT any fault of the actual Publix associates. Instacart has their employees do the shopping now - they are not up to Publix standards and expectations at all. When publix shopped for you they would contact you while shopping and let you decide about substitutions. Instacart is not following this practice, but their customer service team says they are supposed to. The past 2 shoppers I had didnt and chose extremely higher priced substitutions without any notifications or authorization. They left off item and removed from my order that was in stock and available. It was a huge inconvenience to not even know and get home with your order anf not even have the main thing for your meal plan. The store manager and an assistant manager went above and beyond to resolve this and let me know all the substitutions that the shopper had done today were not even needed. Publix had all the items anf brands I asked for and put in my order. This store does care about it customers very much, I felt that today. But beware of Instacart and the their new changes and their shoppers, im speaking directly based off my personal experience from 2 back to back total failures with the exact same problem.

Ok so Im from Texas and absolutely love my HEB supermarkets. But Publix gives heb some competition. They had the best Georgia Peaches. And they had the dry guajillo and poblano chile pods so I was able to whip up some awesome red enchiladas for my little sister and her family. Thank you Publix.

Excellent deli and ready to go meals that save time and taste great. Well organized store and friendly employees go out of their way to make sure you find what you are looking for. Always a friendly face at the door to greet you as you come in. So many other reasons exist, that makes Publix shopping such a pleasure.

I love Publix and Publix Pharmacy. I highly recommend the Pharmacy at Publix. The Pharmacist there will keep an eye on your medications and keep you informed for any possible drug interactions when your doctors dont catch it. I really do appreciate them so much. I would give them 10 stars 🌟 if I could!!!

I like Publix for their selection, but waiting in the guest service line for over 20 mins just shows their managements lack of guest service!

Every employee I saw was wearing a mask. Unfortunately there were customers not wearing a mask, so it appears this store is not enforcing their corporate mask policy. The store was very clean, but did have a fairly limited selection of products.Edit- Depends on what time you shop because the last time I went about half the employees I saw werent wearing masks over their noses, but every single customer had one.

If you want a Pub Sub at lunch, better call ahead. The line can get long and it takes a while for each person.

I love publix, produce, and their employees they are all very friendly!The only reason Im giving it a 3 star is because of their bakery. With a purchase of a regular cake (I paid $18 total) you get the cake smash for free. Great deal.However I asked for a simple cake I even showed the picture and colors. I did notice the lady didnt pay a lot of attention to the picture i was showing her. When I picked it up it was a different type of yellow, the regular cake looked different than the smash cake. When I told the lady it seemed she got bothered. I understand it gets busy but I asked nicely. She changed the smash cake frosting after telling her, which I appreciate a lot. Im not sure if it was the ladys fault who took my order 2 days before I picked it up.It was my first time ordering a cake so for those who are planning on ordering a cake make sure to specifically tell them the color and design you want it and even leave a picture of the cake you want for them. Its a horrible feeling not being satisfied with what you pay for.

Nice selections; well stocked. Most patrons are polite and practice Social Distancing. Good checkout protocols. Friendly, helpful staff.Much better/safer than sister stores nearer the beach, that are overrun with aggressive, unmasked customers shopping with their extended family, handling produce and putting it back, yelling across the aisles...There is enough room to maneuver away from the oblivious and immortals.

Ive moved from out of state but Ive heard the wonderful things about this grocery store chain. Super clean, friendly staff lots of international items and fresh produce. Its just a great grocery store, and they have particularly nice deli items and hot sandwiches!
