I highly recommend Performance Cars of Niceville, specifically, Larry Campbell, who kept me mind the of the type of vehicle and in the price range that I was looking for. I had visited the lot several times, but as the saying goes, the third time is the charm. Larry called me as soon as my 2015 Cadillac SRX landed into their lot. What was important to me was that I was allowed to take the vehicle to my mechanic for a used card review. My mechanic informed me that he could not find anything wrong with the car. Larry told me that they wouldnt and that the car was in pristine condition - he was right! What was also important to me, was that I did not wish to spend numerous hours working out a deal which is so typical with dealerships. The process went quickly and smoothly. I am so grateful and blessed to be the proud owner of my 2015 Cadillac SUV, affectionately named Cream Puff! Had a great car buying experience here. Everything was smooth from making the deal, all the way through driving my new vehicle off the lot. I live about 2 hours away, so we did the deal over the phone and the salesman (Larry Campbell) promised to hold the vehicle for me until I arrived. I was told the vehicle would not disappoint and was super clean and this proved to be true. Upon arrival they had held the vehicle and it was everything and more than I expected. I would highly recommend! See Larry Campbell (like the soup, as he says..lol) great guy.

They communicated with me early, stayed in touch, made it easy to set up an appointment and got us in and out within 20 minutes when we did the sell of our car to them. Their offer came back a little better than the initial online one. The guys were very nice and straight forward. I have never been so satisfied while buying a vehicle before! Performance Cars really treats you like family. I recently bought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler just over a week ago from Mary Ann. She brought me in and immediately made me feel comfortable and not walked all over while trying to purchase my Jeep. These fellas went out of their way and put together a deal we could not refuse. We started at a completely different dealership (not a Step One store) that we have been loyal to in the past. Our usual salesman made a call to Tracy and his guys at Performance Cars of Niceville, because the car we were looking for, and price, was not available where we started. We showed up at Performance, greeted by Andrew, or new salesman, and Tracy, the manager. We test drove the car, completed an app, and Daniel (the finance guru) found us the best lender and best rate possible. The whole process was so painless, effortless, and fast. Andrew helped with switching everything from the old car to the new and had is ready to go the moment the ink dried to the contact. We definitely would recommend these guys over and over again. My wife and I went to purchase her first vehicle. Andrew was our salesman and he was absolutely amazing. He understood our needs and was even very patient with our indecisiveness. I didnt feel like I was being forced to choose a vehicle and Andrew was meticulous and precise with the information. We were offered a new warranty, being that the car was used and we couldnt have asked for a better outcome.Being it was my wifes first car, she and I wanted to get the best deal possible and Andrew made sure that is what we got. We really werent looking for a new vehicle, but we drove by--this dealership is conveniently located in Niceville--and happened to see a truck that looked exactly like what my husbands wanted, so we stopped. The salesman, Larry, greeted us promptly and he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and forthright. I typically hate buying new vehicles because I cant stand the negotiation process. Over the years, Ive developed a tolerable method--I just tell the salesperson the truth. I cant stomach the back and forth, so what is the best price on this vehicle? If I think its fair, Ill buy it. If not, I wont.Well, both Larry and the manager took me at my word. They stated the price, we signed the papers, and done was done.It was hands down the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. Everyone from the salesman to the finance department and the manager were All Very Unprofessional And Difficult to deal with in every aspect of actually getting the vehicle ready for me. I had to make several trips into town And sit and wait for unreasonable lengths of time to get anything accomplished And They refused to take Or return my calls. If it’s not on the lot, these guys put in the legwork and find the car and get it to you. I purchased a vehicle from Performance cars about a year ago. I had a great experience until I tried to go trade my car in on a new one. As it turns out they did not disclose to me that this car had been wrecked. I asked at the time of purchase if there had been anything done by the previous owners. I was told no. The car was in brand new condition. My trade and resale value decreased substantially. I WILL never purchase another car from this place again. I recommend you do your research on your own before buying a car from them.

I would suggest going somewhere else. If your buying a car why would they tell you to leave and they will call you back during the negotiation process? I guess Hampton Hyundai has my business they already had me approved but I wanted to shop around. Found a decent car but pushing me out the door sealed any form of doing business ever again. Step one Automotive group you need to recheck your vehicles before selling them on this lot. One vehicle looked worse than a buy here pay here lot being dirty and very used interior parts falling off and broken is not a big selling option.

My car was totaled out, I went there just to peak at a car I saw online one day and I met Andrew, we talked for about less than five minutes, he gave his card then I was on my way. Well after a long search (over a month) for a decent car in my price range, I decided give Andrew a call just because another no wasn’t going to hurt my feelings anymore. Easiest car/truck purchase we ever made. Larry Campbell asked what we were interested in, showed us trucks in our price range and closed the deal. After the test drive it took about 20-30 minutes and we went home with our vehicle. Great guy to work with. We would recommend him to anyone interested in a used vehicle. After leaving upset with one salesman the manager called me back in and I ended up purchasing my truck through Steve. He was amazing! He and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. He has called me a few times since my purchase to make sure everything was good and I was still happy with my truck. Thanks Steve!I am a military spouse and my husband is deployed. I came here to buy a truck and trade in my mustang. The dealer lied to me multiple times and was hiding facts about the truck until we looked at the car fax. The dealer, Andrew, argued with me, threw out sarcastic words, rolled his eyes and threw up his hands a few times saying “I wasted your time here” and “that’s not what you said but whatever”. My mother in law and a friend of mine was also there with me. I asked for all my personal infoon paperwork back and we walked out! No one said “have a good day” or even acknowledged the fact that we were pissed and walked out. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Yes I still want that truck but they will not get my business. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. I have a lot of friends wanting to upgrade their trucks for bigger ones as I am in the horse business and have a lot of horse people friends that need bigger trucks to pull bigger horse trailers. So, I went to the dealership here in Niceville today just to get some ideas and narrow down what kind of car Im looking to get, right? I spoke to a salesman that kept saying hed get me $5,000 off a car that was preapproved by the bank, despite me saying I was going to get a certain car because my parents were gonna help me. I told him I wanted to go look and sit in cars to see what made me comfortable. He just says Im here till Saturday. So I walk off and go look at some of the mustangs on the lot. I sit there and look around for one of the sharklike sales people that jump you as soon as you get out of the car, to come help me, right? Nothing. I sit there a good 5 minutes and then decide to just leave considering no one was gonna help me. As Im approaching my vehicle, Im approached by another sales person. He asks if Ive been helped so I proceed by telling him no. I then tell him about my experience with the previous sales person and how I was waiting to see a vehicle and how no one even asked to help me or if I would like to see a car. He just says oh, have a nice day...... Worst customer service Ive ever had. I WILL NOT be going back.

We had a horrible experience!! We made an appointment with a sales person named Brian. We were at the car lot for close to 5 hours and only spent 20 to 30 minutes with Brian. My husband works for Santa Rosa Shreriffs office (puts his life on the line everyday), but we had to listen to the salesman next door ridiculing Santa Rosa deputies. My children also heard this inappropriate discussion taking place on the sales floor. We will never go back to this place & I would recommended that all law enforcement families stear clear, as the sales staff obviously has an attitude toward law enforcement officers.

We visited PCofN on a Thursday to check out a Mercedes SLK 350. We’d been looking for this particular car for months and there are very few in Atlanta where we live. We happened to be on a weekend get away 2 hours from the dealership and decided to check it out. The car was immaculate and exactly what I’d been looking for. We proceeded to negotiate the deal and quickly agreed on the numbers. We agreed to come back on Saturday & pick it up before heading black to Atlanta. I was thrilled after months of looking. We’d had such a pleasant experience which is RARE in the used car industry.Unfortunately, on Friday we had a fire at our home and had to head back to Atlanta immediately. We contacted Andrew and explained our sudden departure and that we wouldn’t be able to complete the transaction.While I was disappointed about the car the mess we came home to was overwhelming. In the aftermath of a house fire I was pleasantly surprised that Andrew reached out to check on us. Talk about customer service. No mention of the car just making sure our family was ok. THAT spoke volumes.3 weeks later we contacted Andrew to see if the car was still available. It was and now I could bring my trade to the deal since I’d be coming from home. In 40 years of car buying, I have never seen a deal go so fast, so smoothly and so respectfully. My Mother-in-law needed to replace her present car and found a Honda CRV that was in excellent shape at a pretty good price. Larry treated her as if she was the most informed, discriminating, buyer, not some desperate woman with no idea what she was talking about. I went back with her the next day, drove the car myself, and sat in with her during the negotiations with Larry, and in two shakes, she not only got the deal she wanted, she got what she wanted for her trade-in and was out of there in her 2010 CRV in 1 hour. So last week I noticed that Performance Cars Niceville, had 4 of the 5 suv’s I was wanted to look at, so on a whim I pulled in to check them out. I was met by Andrew who took the time to find out what I was looking for in my next car. Then he got keys to the 4 cars and we stared looking at the first one, Andrew was knowledgeable without being pushy, he pointed out the features of the car that I might have missed on my own. Needless to say I never made it to the other cars. I told Andrew I needed to speak to my husband before going forward. Again no pressure, he asked if I had time to meet the sales manager, Nito, I said yes but was thinking, Im going to be pressured into buying by him......boy was I wrong, we had a very pleasant conversation and I was on my way. After some conversations with my husband I contacted Andrew again with some questions and to make arrangements to bring in my trade, I stopped by and within a few minutes Nito had taken a look at my car and had worked up a trade in value, which happened to be higher than a dealer in Fort Walton had offered. I needed to finalize some arrangements, before moving forward, today I received a call from Tracy who was following up and asked if I had any questions, by then end of the conversation we had finalize the perfect deal for us. Later that afternoon (today), I sat down with Daniel to complete all the paperwork, and in a manner of 45 min, I drove off the lot with exactly the car I wanted, at a great price, with a great trade in value. And I met an awesome group of people who made this experience one of the best car buying experience I’ve had.

When I arrived in November of 2016, I was in need of a car. I just graduated Air Force OTS and arrived to Eglin AFB with little time to settle in before jumping into work and finding a new place to live. Bob, from Lee Automotive Niceville was extremely helpful to not only sell me a great car (Mazda 3), but also helping with getting me the best deal. He was professional and never wasted a moment to sell something you didnt need. It was exactly what I needed with my limited time. He even let me keep the car at the dealership while I took leave for a few days, as I had to fly back home. Theres a lot of stress involved with the fast paced situation of PCSing to a new base and Bob made it much easier! I will certainly suggest Lee Automotive Niceville to anyone interested in a great quality car and a good price all because of my experience.
