Grocery Pickup is convenient at first glance. Go in with low expectations and you’ll be fine. However, if you expect anything more than sub par service, you will be dissatisfied. The whole experience is marketed that Walmart is doing some amazing service for you, granted, if you’re like me and have infants and are at risk during this pandemic, then it’s the best option. But be assured it’s far from amazing. The substitutions are a joke or at least their idea of humor I suppose. Example: I ordered applesauce pouches- substitution: YOGURT pouches! I ordered Yougurt and it was “out of stock” NO substitution offered. I mean really?! In the whole store you had NO yogurt to offer in place of the kind I ordered?? Or how about MILK literally “out of stock” NO substitutions offered. I find it really hard to believe there was ninth one single gallon of milk in the store. Just ridiculous. They don’t even try- it’s as if they get tired halfway through shopping and just mark the rest of your list off. And heaven forbid you don’t want a substitution they chose- because they get annoyed with your refusal and the steps to return so you just won’t get credit back at all. This scenario has happened the last four times I’ve ordered. That leads to calling and then having to argue to them that you didn’t actually take those items. It’s a hassle. After all that you still wind up having to go in the store for the items they didn’t give you from your original list. This is the standard experience with this service. I’ll add in some pictures to show you even more aggravating things to expect. If you can go to Publix, you should.

I have to give 5 Stars to this one in particular. I have a constant challenge finding Chocolate Cheerios. It has been my go to breakfast ever since Dark Chocolate Chunk Cheerios was discontinued. Now,, even Chocolate Cheerios is getting rare. I called here and they said they had 4 boxes. I went, I saw (9), I bought 9. Now I am set for a few days!

Walmart Supercenter use to be an awesome shopping center . The last two years or so it has been declining in Quality Human Services . Its still a place where you can find just about anything from Home Improvement, Clothing, your Medicines, Life Insurance, Food, Ect. Ect . The staff has gotten an attitude of not caring or I dont want to be here kind of attitude . There are more people standing around unwilling to help than people at the fair . I dont know, I guess its this Covid situation .

This is by far the cleanest and nicest Walmart I have been in, in a very long time. It reminded me of years ago when Walmarts were so pleasurable to shop in. I was amazed to see so many registers open! Everyone was smiling and the store shelves were stocked! Great Job Niceville WM.

The reason for the three stars is if youve been in one Walmart youve been in them all. The staff is very nice I do believe it could take a little more time product training so that way the employees know where and how to deal with the products that people are looking for and need help with one trip to the store that I working and electronics stocking shelves ended up the only one there to help me with a phone in knew absolutely nothing about it but he was stalking the shelves and I put that not at fault of the employee of the managerial staff cross training you they huge upselling tool any business even Walmart. But we have some of the nicest people here you will enjoy your visit you would enjoy shopping there. The front door staff especially Aurora are very nice very courteous and always smiling

Arrived 30 mins early for our pick-up order. The young man came out to the car to check on my order i told him we were early and he said he would check on it. Then it came right out within 10 min. They dont do that were i live. You sit and wait until you get the notification in from the app and then you have to say what spot youre in and you still have to wait about 20 min until they bring your order out.

Its Walmart everything fine, but at my job I mostly work the night shift so I dont get off till 12 to 2 in the morning. That when I used to go and do my shopping but not anymore especially since its not 24 anymore, and yes I understand that it gives them time to stock shelves but it would be nice if they let people like me in during those times.

Im over the stocking during the day time, when the customers are trying to get their groceries. Most of the employees are not attentive to their surroundings. They do not adjust, move, or assist customers while they are stocking.

I sometimes go to this particular Walmart for eye exams and glasses. But today got some cool kinda lightbulb shaped cups. Pretty okay Walmart. Would definitely recommend going if you can.

Alberto, the service manager at pickup and delivery is amazing! He helped me out and went above and beyond to ensure my issue got fixed. I wish everyone was like him then things would run a lot more smoothly! He deserves a raise!!!

This Walmart has great variety! Lots to choose from that we cant find in our own Walmart. There are entry gates inside the doors. As you face the store, the grocery doors are on the left. This store also has a dedicated beer and wine entrance just to the right of the grocery side entrance. It has well stocked shelves each time we have gone in this week. Tons of self checkout kiosks with extend counters for your groceries after you scan them. Customer service is on the right side doors as you face the store

Do better Walmart. Almost a month now and the Niceville’s self checkout is still “card only” You can use cash at the ONLY checkout open with an employee (which I might add is 7-10 people deep) I asked an employee 10 days ago why is self checkout card only and they said “they cannot get the cash they need” Did the federal reserve close and no one told me? Big corporation like Walmart and they cannot get cash to run the store. May as well close the store to be honest. Why does every business I’ve been to have cash money but Walmart doesn’t?? Publix here I come

Staff can become borderline harassing when their quota has not been met.I was literally waiting for someone to finish up with the logistics of my new (one THOUSAND+ dollar) phone, I went to grab a couple things I knew I needed.I had waited so long in electronics that I had picked out a standard charger set and also a wireless one- unsure which would work best for my new phone. I didnt want to interrupt the man which wouldve caused that much more of a delay in my purchase, so because I put them both in my cart, I was followed very embarrassingly by a worker who pretended to be off work.Frustrated, I finally walked right up to her smiling and said, you might try being a bit more inconspicuous next time you follow me.She turned it into a show by exlaiming how guilty I must be and it was projecting onto her. But I kid you not, she was no less than 3-5ft from me for over 15mins.I think from now on Ill try to go to FWB Target since being profiled against for being young and less than impressingly dressed from cleaning houses all day 🙃

I can buy almost everything I need from here. If I need to order it in, I can pick it up easy from the automatic pickup station.I buy groceries here twice a week but have bought shelving, coffee machine, frozen bait, snail bait, car parts, paint, clothes, bluetooth speaker and much more.Use the Walmart app to find where they shelve what you want instead of wondering aimlessly for an hour. Otherwise youll buy 5 other things you never knew you needed.The cons are;1. the veggies dont last very long compared to other shops I go to.2. They are so busy using staff to pack pickup grocery orders that the shelves get empty quite often. Or its their suppliers that have left them with no products to pack the shelves with.

Sunday September 26th. This is me at your self checkout. Swipe insert insert insert swipe swipe. One more swipe okay now the credit card goes through. The sign on the cash register says no cash!! Card only. I have cash in my pocket but its useless. I already knew your employees dont know how to count cash but I didnt realize you computers cannot count cash either...This is how stupid Walmart is fix your darn computers.

Its Walmart. If you cant find it, youre out of luck. Employees no help most of the time.If youre ordering for grocery pickup, youll probably be given substitute items, but then go into the store and easily find them on the shelf.

The staff looks tired, but did their best to accommodate everyone 👍🏻

Our Walmart in Niceville, FL is great! They almost always have anything and everything I need, and the cashiers and employees are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly customer service. Shelves were kind of bare in the make up department but good selection of produce.

We waited over 45 minutes to get our curbside grocery pickup. I’ve never ever seen anything like it. So many people were upset and not one employee came out to check on us. It was beyond ridiculous. We didn’t even get an apology!I had to call inside and ask for a manager to get our groceries. I felt bad because there was a guy there longer than me who was still there when we left. Unacceptable.

I do Uber, and I understand people call in sick, and stuff happens, but no excuse need to be Toughlove with their employees who call in “sick”! Sitting in my car for 2 hours in a half just waiting for a customer’s groceries and I know they are behind, they need a system that will work and can do it. Probably the nicest Walmart store in surrounding area. Very polite and helpful staff. Definitely the cleanest and organized Walmart in entire Okaloosa county. I usually dont shop at Walmart stores, but this one is an exception.

Quick access to needed items, however, many items sold out & not on shelves.

We drive 11 hours to our vacation condo, make a Walmart pickup order 2 days in advance, drive 45 min to Niceville (paying a $4 toll) to pick it up and then get told (only when I called the store) that they were way behind and our order wouldn’t be completed until the next day. Great way to start vacation. So we went down the road to Winn-Dixie and bought our food. I only gave one star (should have been zero) because they finally answered the phone (after 3 calls)

I shop the Niceville Walmart as it is clean and generally well stocked, unlike Crestview. However, the no cash and no cash back has gone on long enough. If Brinks is not able to provide cash to the store, then time for a new service. My 5 star reviews will be 1 star until cash comes back.

Great staff was really helpful and nice on a holiday we did a pickup for the 4th of July. They accidentally dropped one color of the cookies we ordered but hooked us up with different color 😊, went inside for a few other items and was super clean

Was a great Walmart but over the last couple of years the checkout process has totally ruined the shopping experience. Today was no exception. Stood in line for over 30 minutes before actually getting up the the register conveyer. Only 2 registers open. Thank god for Amazon.

Im sorrry to say, but the clanliness and organization of this store has gone down tremendously in the past 6 monthsor so. The aisles are so full of trash, displays and inventory to stock that you cant even move from aisle to aisle. It just seems junked up. This used to be a very nice store, bright and clean, but maybe there has been a management change recently. Please fix, we love our Walmart!

Clean. Well stocked. Self checkout was really nice with curved bagging areas. Friendly staff too! Did a pickup order and it was smooth sailing. The young man physically carried out my large item with no complaints! Makes we wish I loved closer so that I could have this shopping experience more often!

This walmart was way better than the other one I visited in Chipley. The floors and parking lot were clean and employees were helpful and friendly.

Wal-Mart Super Centers are always great except the fact they no longer have drive in auto services and I really miss those because they would do an exceptional job at taking care of my vehicles needs.

Pleasantly surprised with variety of Pioneer Woman brand, s th ore was clean inside and out, carts were not scattered in the lot, attendant sanitized carts before giving to customer, Chechen out was fast -- GREAT JOB GUYS!

This Walmart is much better than Crestview because you dont have the citys low-lives and drug addicts swarming the place. Theres not much to say about Walmart.

I was excited when we first heard we were getting a Walmart years ago but I miss the locally owned grocery stores! To me Walmart has its pros and cons....and a big one of theirs is their meat and the prices they charge you for it when it supposedly is better quality.. Lol.. But it has good deals on many other items! Please stop taking all my favorites and other peoples... off your shelves!

Used to have great customer service. I would advise against any online pick up or deliver order. Either they wont be there to to have your order, lie that your order has been moved, or give another excuse.

I would love to give Walmart a five-star but there is a few things that I dislike about Crestview Walmart one is that they always are changing their store around just what I think I learn the store them they changed it all around and then I have to look for it again. This is very aggravating for someone that needs to run in and out. Also when you go through yourself check out you cannot do cash I first was against self-checkout then Walmart made me a believer in self-checkout now they dont take cash you have to do only a car well what about the people that dont have a card if they can work these things out I would definitely give them a five star Walmarts prices beat just about anybodys price and they are definitely getting better my Walmart in Crestview is definitely getting better than about a year or to ago I now go to Walmart more often because of the way that they have improved keep up the good work and I hope to be giving you guys a 5 star very soon!

I shop at the Niceville Walmart multiple times a week.Tonight around 640pm at the self check out on the grocery side I need assistance for an item. I waited for a little bit and there were three attendants that I seen working the area, one was engaged in conversation with someone the other two were on the other side of the self check out area. When they finally acknowledged my presence, one lady came in my general area and called to the other one who immediately told her that wasn’t her side and she couldn’t get it and went back the their area,then the one who was engaged in her conversation stopped for a moment and her and her companion came over to assist me which was a little awkward as I have no idea who she is or why she is accompanying the store associate. She went and did her thing and hit the wrong button and tried to fix it but could not fix it she seemed quite distracted and as if I was a burden to her I usually don’t want much but at least would like the attendants at self check out to not make you feel like you are inconveniencing them with their assistance and then being rude after they hit the wrong button

As far as Walmart’s go this is much nicer than 90% of the ones I’ve been in. The floor plan is weird but the employees are always helpful and the store is clean!

Just a great place with prices I needed as I had just obtained custody of my 17 year old grandson and I didnt know what to get him but Walmart came through so he wouldnt be without anything for Christmas. Sometimes life will throw you some real punches and youve just got to be ready or pretend youre ready. Thanks Walmart for being a great place to shop when you need too.

I found Paracord in multicam and orange. I wanted a pair of black shower slides but the slot with my shoe size was empty. The store lighting, ambient noise and crowds drained my physical energy.

Walmart in fort Walton beach, other staff were friendly others not.. Being disabled it’s hard to get around without the electronic wheel chair.. When I entered I was looking for available wheelchair.. I seen 2 employees by the shopping carts, just chatting.. being disabled and walking with a cane, I tried to look around but I lost balance since my left leg still weak n recovering from stroke.. I fell on the floor, good thing I was help by the walking customer and didn’t left me til I was place in a safe place. I wish the door greeters were more attentive and this could not happen.

Just as friendly as the Navarre store and I love that. It seems bigger than the Navarre store. Managers are keeping everything in order and the associates are responding by keeping the good times and feelings rolling.

Went in to purchase a glasses screwdriver as my lense was loose. The Optician at the glasses counter, upon learning my lenses was loose, tightened my lense for me. THAT is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked to buy a screwdriver anyway just to have on hand, and he took the time to explain the difference between the two brands he had in stock.WELL DONE OPTICAL DEPARTMENT!!!

Seriously it would be nice if all Walmart stores were similar beyond just having the electronics in the same spot.. this is definitely the first time the pharmacy has been next to infants in the back of the store...

I am very pleased with this walmart!!! They were very helpful especially lance the assistant manager he helped me and my daughter loadthe 70 inch t.v. that we bought and made sure that it got in the car safely so we could make it home he went above and beyond and I must say i will continue to shop at this Walmart.

Not sure where to cast the blame, but this Wal Mart’s pick up system is broken. After waiting for an hour and a half, I finally just left. And yes, I obviously should’ve just gone in the store in the first place. Wish I had.

I placed an online order for a 5 pack of Valvoline 0w-20 synthetic motor oil 5qt. The app showed there were only 4 more available at the time of order. When I got to the store for pickup, I was met by Becky (the asst store manager). She brought out one jug and told me thats all that was ordered. I showed her screenshots of what was shown in the app and she attempted to make things right by finding available stock. There were only 2 in stock. I asked if a gift card would be able to be cut for the difference. She told me that she would need to get the store managers approval for that. She called Kim, the store manager, and we waited for her to come. In the waiting period, Becky was freed up to help other customers while I waited. It took Kim almost 30 minutes to come out after being called. I had been in he store for almost 45 minutes at this point. When Becky told Kim what the situation was, I was able to produce screenshots of my order and show her what the app showed for my purchase. She said there had been an error in processing and it only showed 1 item in my order. She repeatedly told me that it was a mistake. I asked her how she was going to attempt to make things right, and she said she was unable to. I asked for her regional managers name and contact info. She would not give them to me and kept referring me to the 1800-Walmart number. After all the frustration, I decided I didnt want to deal with trying to get things fixed. This is when Becky assisted me with a cancellation. Kim was difficult to deal with and would not hear my side of the story. Becky was very helpful and pleasant. I am hoping someone at Corporate is able to rectify an awful customer experience and poor management.In addition to this email, I put in a request on the website for follow up and waited 8 days. I have still yet to be contacted by anyone at Walmart.
