If you are looking for incredible customer service at a paint store then I highly recommend the Niceville Sherwin-Williams paint store. I am writing this review because the customer service Lisa has given us is nothing short of incredible. She has helped us sort through every possible gray or white color in the inventory with a smile and absolute professionalism. She knows a lot about paint and will always take time to show you what the different types look like. For example, I wasn’t sure about putting a satin or semi-gloss finish on my cabinets, and she offered to show me the difference by putting my desired color on two pieces of paper. No matter how busy the store is she never makes us feel rushed and fields basic questions about how to put sample paint on the wall. Thank you Lisa!

Highly recommend this place!! All of the workers go above and beyond with their customer service and make sure you’re happy.The person that really set apart though was Brady. His professionalism and expertise were unmatched. Thanks for all the help.

The sales associate (Brady) was very knowledgeable about the Sherwin Williams products and helped me purchase the right coatings for my entry door refinish project. The finished result is awesome and I couldn’t be happier with the products or the assistance and attention to detail I received in the store. Brady even carried the products I purchased to my car!

Used this store when we first moved here three years ago. Never had problem with either the staff or the paint. Its now time to repaint the house so I took my daughter there yesterday to pick a color for her room, had it mixed and the young women bought the cans out in a big paint box. This morning Im ready to paint, so when I unpacked I noticed this can which was in the bottom of the box. She sold me damage goods. I was wondering why she was smiling when we were leaving, now I know. If this is what they do now Ill spend my money some place else.UPDATE 7/12/19Contacted the customer service rep, he is going to rectify the issue that I had at this Sherwin-Williams. Now offering curb side pickup. Called in our paint and arrived. Then called to let them know I was there. Friendly exchange. Great one coat paint...also saw they have pressure washers.

Employee couldn’t color match an exterior yellow so I just got the exterior blue for the set. I was able to get yellow color matched at Ben Moore store down the street for $15 less. Employee was nice.

Bought paint here about a week ago and when I opened it it was as thick as rubber could not be used and could not be refunded came back again and got more paint but was sure to check it before leaving and still had the same issue so I spoke with the assistant manager and tried to be polite as possible because nobody likes a complainer but she still was very rude in return basically just didn’t want to do anything was lazy like she didn’t want to do her job would not look me in the eye if I asked a question nor answer it a ignorant lazy person that would prefer to do anything but her job
