Worst experience ever!! They will sell you non working parts. Will not answer the phone or give you refund when they dont have replacement parts.

No one can answer the phone . And when they do they’re rude and no help . I called multiple times, on multiple days, during operating hours . Only to have to call 7 times in a row for someone to answer .

Worst sales agents / owners ever encountered. Had a car listed for 6+ months offers full price, made plans to go pick it up, messaged the “owner” 20 times to get an answer of when, he says they won’t sell it anymore.

Purchased a Mercedes ECM secondary to my ECM giving a not communicating error. When the unit was installed the system gave the same error so my Mercedes mechanic spent the next 3 months tearing down the vehicle and replacing >$1000 worth of sensors with no change. We ordered a new ECM from the dealer and now everything works fine, with old sensors installed. Called for refund, was willing to pay shipping costs, but was told they could do nothing to remedy.
