Excellent customer service as usual. Wes and Ken and their staff are top notch. I dropped my car off at 5:00 on a Friday for a new set of tires and oil change, expecting to pick it up Saturday. Ken called just a couple hours later to tell me they had it done.

As always, good people. I take my car to them because I trust them and the work they have done has always been top notch. I have been going to this location for 6 years and never disappointed.

I REALLY wanted to give them a good review but it just seems that every time I use them i run into problems. The latest, took our SUV in at 8:30AM to have the tires (that I purchased with them) rotated and balanced. Also ask them to check the alignment. Should only take a few hours max. Went home, called them a round 1:30pm, just completed the rotation and was next in line for the alignment check. Really? I could have done a rotation in my driveway in less than an hour, give me their fancy lifts and I could get it done in 20 minutes tops! Anyway, They said I was next in line for an alignment check. Told them I would come at 5 to pick it up. Arrived at 5pm, alignment was NOT done... This is NOT the first time I had issues at this location. Had similar issues years ago with them forgetting to do an alignment on another vehicle. So what were they doing all day?? Seems their attention to details and following up with my instructions on the services Im seeking seriously lacking. Again, I REALLY wish I could give them a great review but this was the last straw and Ill be going elsewhere in the future (or doing it myself!). I dont want excuses or apologies, just do what you say you will do. My advise? Call them relentlessly while they have your vehicle and double check (no make that triple check!) that they did what you told them to do. Then check again when you arrive to pick it up.

So admittedly my husband works in quality control for our favorite Ky auto manufacturer and can assemble an engine blindfolded but me, I know nothing about cars. We started taking our car to Elige at TD in Hamburg, then followed him to another location and I literally could have cried, after moving to the county line, to walk into TD in Nicholasville and find none other than our favorite service guy, Elige!Not only is this establishment and crew knowledgeable and about the hardest working bunch I’ve ever seen, they truly CARE about your vehicle and making sure that you WANT to bring your car back! They are fair, honest and we have been brand loyal for a while but service just doesn’t get much better than Elige. He truly is THE best! Please give that guy a raise and KEEP him here at our store for a long time to come!Can you believe that we are actually happy to go back soon and spend thousands on tires? Yep. That says a lot about this place! To say we highly recommend is understating!

Leaving work at 5:30pm, I noticed a screw in the center of my rear passenger tire. I called Tire Discounters in Nicholasville, KY and they said they were extremely busy but I was welcome to come by and they would take a look. They said they would work me in and got started within 5 minutes of me arriving. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and honest. They ended up finding 2 screws in that tire. One was 3 inches long and in the sidewall. I ended up having to replace the tire, but when I was presented with options the mechanic was honest and recommended the lower cost tire based on how much longer he estimated my other 3 tires would last. I never felt pressured or rushed even though it was nearing the end of their workday. Great service! I will be back!

The service manager, Elija, is rude and unwilling to explain things properly. Went to another place and they explained everything in layman’s terms. The other place was definitely politer, more respectful, less expensive, and done in less time.

Awesome service with no wait time

I called because the heat got to much and had to get the AC fixed . Elige was able to get my car in quickly and returned the same day with cold temperatures!He was so courteous and professional and his staff did a great job. I was alone by myself and got a flat tire. I didnt know that they closed at 4. I showed up after that and they still went ahead and changed my tires They were all very nice and went out of their way to make sure that I was safe

Awesome customer service, clean office, and fast tire rotation/balance. I am very impressed with this location and would recommend!UPDATE: A huge drawback to this visit that I forgot to mention was a staff member named Elijah who called me during the service of my car and said “your shocks are leaking terribly” and they would need to be replaced, plus an alignment, plus two hours of labor which would total $560. I said no and told him my father, who is a mechanic, would look it. The next day I take it to my father who removes the rear tires and shows me and has me feel both shocks, which were COMPLETELY fine. I called Elijah back the next day to discuss this; he puts me on hold for 8 minutes and then asks me to bring the car in to re-inspect. He saw the same thing my father and I saw. I was disguised that they wanted to take advantage of me. Corporate will hear of this. You all have lost a customer. I surely hope you don’t do this to all of your customers.

The folks at the Nicholasville store are really great to work with and they do good work. I have bought several sets of tires from them. The TD website; however, is very deceiving, especially when it comes to discounts and rebates. A $50 rebate on a 4-tire purchase that was prominently advertised when I bought my last set of tires could only be claimed if you used their TD credit card. I did not find those terms divulged anywhere on their website until I downloaded the rebate form and started filling it out after I purchased the tired. I got duped out of $50. Their customer service portal that promises a human response is a dead end as well. I’ve lost trust in this business. Buyer beware and research terms carefully!

They seemed busy so I wasnt surprised at all when they said it would be a little while before they could get to it. But they had my tire patched quite a bit faster than I expected and out of there pretty quick. I didnt get anyones name but they were all good and friendly and kept things moving.

Had a great experience. I called late afternoon to get some information on what tires I needed for my truck. I spoke to Wes and he helped me find what tires would work with my budget. I needed them pretty quick so he told me I could bring it up after work and hed fit me in. Sure enough, even though they were already busy I had my truck back by the time they closed at 7. If you need tires definitely check them out!

One of the best tire discounters around. I needed my rotors turned first I called Tire Discounters on 2368 Nicholasville Rd, Lexington, KY 40503 they said they cant turn them if I bring in the rotors, they have to take them off them self. This place took me in the same day checked the rotors and brakes put everything back without charging 1 cent. Ill be back to this location..I highly recommend this place

Wes, Ken and Elige run an excellent Tire Discounters location! In my opinion it’s the best location I’ve ever visited and I’m a regular customer with them these days, “Poe” is an awesome tech and VERY knowledgeable in repair and service. Give them a call you will not be dissapointed.

I had used Tire Discounters several years ago and was far less than pleased with their service, timeliness and quality of work. When I found the wifes car needed something I thought should not wait, I scheduled a next day service with Tire Discounters for the next day at 6:30 pm, when no one else was open. By 0815am I was called with what they felt was the issue, which I agreed with, had a quote within 15 minutes and they had the car done before lunch. While they were working on it I had a couple of extra things done. The car seems to be 100% of what I requested and the cost was about 5% cheaper than quoted. If this is typical of their work, the shop has made a big turn around.

I will never go anywhere else for tires or other services such as oil changes, tire rotation, brake work, ect. The people there know my name and what car I drive when I walk in the door. I have use them now about 20 times with my car for various reasons and each time the work is performed fast and correctly. This is the best place to take you vehicle for regular maintenance and tires.

I made an appointment at noon today to have my front and back brakes replaced. It took them 3 hours to tell me that the calipers needed to be replaced as well. They were very kind and called several places to find calipers for me today. The customer service is great. I cant give this place more than three stars though because it took from noon until nearly the time they closed to get my car finished. If you have a ton of time, than I recommend this place, but if you are a busy individual, you would be better off going somewhere else.

Been here several times for repair work. They do good work, fast and reasonable. Even when all I needed was advice Ken shared freely. Thats why I went back when I needed a repair done. I trust these guys more than I do my Ford dealership.

They were able to work us in on the same day we called for new tires and a front end alignment . First let me start by saying the customer service was good and they got me in pretty quick which was nice. But that is where it ended with me unfortunately. I took a brand new set of very very expensive wheels and tires to them to be mounted and balanced not on the vehicle today. Let me start by saying it was a young kid who did the mounting and balancing which I was skeptical about in the first place but I figured I would give him a chance. When it was all said and done I paid my bill and loaded my wheels in my truck and couldn’t help but notice they left gobs and gobs of tire lube all over my wheels and tires, they didn’t even wipe the excess running everywhere off. But the really bad part was when I got home and started to clean them I noticed several massive gouges in a few of the wheels, I mean bad and deep. I understand I signed a waiver saying they may get scratched a little but this looks like someone took a screwdriver and a hammer and started chiseling away on my wheels. Now I am going to be out another $1400 for two wheels and 16 weeks to get them because they are custom made when ordered. I would not recommend this location to anyone with a set of wheels that are expensive to get work performed. I guess I can say at least I tried them out.

They do a great quality job here my family has not had any problems with this tire discounters... If u need to drop off or u need a ride somewhere they will even take you to Walmart drop u off and let you shop wile theyre working on your car Ive even seen them take people home then go back and pick them up when there car was finished.. That tells me they care.

I always use Tire Discounters for most of my tire and alignment needs. I can drop off the car and they have great hours for after 5 that allow me to pick it up after work. These guys are professional and will always keep your needs in mind. Keep it up guys!

Overcharged and took to long (5 1/2 hours). Never informed of total price and no remorse for amount of wait time. Im posting a review for the experience that my widowed mother had. She took her truck in on Feb. 23. She waited from 10:00 to 3:30. She wanted her brakes checked. She had to dig all the information out of them through out the day. They changed her back brakes and rotors. They charged her $330 for this. Her brakes was not making any grinding noises are emitting any foul odor. Of course, the rotors needed to be changed. They never informed her that they needed to be changed. They just did it. I think that is horrible business practice. By the price they clearly took advantage of her non-maintenance knowledge. They showed no remorse for her wait time and they did not offer her any discount for her wait. Their name is clearly fake advertising.

Got an oil change and they messed up my window and it wasnt like that when I dropped it off because I had it cracked and know when you try and roll it down it goes sideways. Its off track and they are saying they didnt do it.

Will price match anyone. Most of the time the cheapest shop in town. Good for oil, brakes, minor mechanical work. 5 star customer service.

Fantastic speedy and accurate service. Tires and alignment in one hour and everyone was very friendly! They even managed to fix my alignment that others could not and it was included free for getting tires! If you need new skins, this is the place to go!

Friendly staff but a bit over worked. Took awhile but they offered to give us a ride home while we waited. They also cleaned the rotors and drums so the wheels wouldnt rust to them for awhile at least. Didnt mind me hanging out watching them and checking the brakes out while the truck was on the lift. Considering the work load and all that, they had good attitudes. I think that says something about that that cannot be said about all places.

It was rather busy and I had to be home to pick my wife up for work. I was worried that I wasnt going to be able to make it in time. The gentlemen there moved things around and made sure I was home in time to pick my wife up. Great customer service guys. Keep up the great work and you will keep our business. This place is wonderful. They try their hardest to accomodate every customer. They are extremely friendly. Wes, presumably the manager, knew the names of several people who came in. I overheard another employee, Tim, tell a woman over the phone that they tend to be overpriced on a particular item, and he recommended two other places she could go! And of course, they run great deals on tires and alignment. If youre looking for friendly service and excellent work, this is this place you want to go.
