Prestige came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint! Best price and Val was wonderful to work with. Quickly got a quote and install went flawlessly. Could not be happier with our experience.

Prestige did a wonderful job on our kitchen countertops. The help and patience with me while choosing a countertop was so kind and professional. The guy who did the template made it perfectly. The 2 fellows who came, took out the old countertops and put in the new worked so quickly I was amazed. They fixed runners for drawers that I did not know were broken. From start to finish they were incredible to work with. They get 5 stars from me!!!

Prestige Granite has a good selection of countertops in-stock. Installation took place in early September. The granite itself is very nice and thick. Minor damage occurred to our hardwood, but Prestige had hardwood contractor come out and ultimately offered a $300 refund. About a week after install we did notice a small chip in the edge of our island. Prestige came back out and repaired at no additional cost. I would recommend Prestige.

Our experience was very bad! Up front we were told they would have to cut off part of the appliance garage but they do it all the time and put back a very small quarter round to cover the cut. The quarter round job on ours was very poor quality as you can see from the pictures. Then they changed the story to they dont do the quarter round part you have to get a carpenter to do that. They said they were only trying to help by putting it around the appliance garage.In addition we were told we would have an abundant amount of the slab to have a cutting board that they would bring out with the counter tops. We still do not have the cutting board 3 and a half weeks after the counter was installed. We have checked numerous times only to be told things that were not true and were told today we can still get one but not out of our slab that matches the counter top because they used it all for our installation. There is no way they used it all. The cutout for the sink could not have been used anywhere else on the counter top and could easily been made into a cutting board. Basically, we have been lied to about both the appliance garage and the cutting board. I would give them no stars if possible. I would not recommend this company to anyone!In response to the owner’s reply, we are a real customer. Our names are Bill and Mary Short. The owner did perform the trim work for which I submitted the pictures. All I can say is you said up front what I said in the review. We tried for weeks to get the cutting board and everything I said in the review is true. You continue to lie in your response.

This is our second time buying from Prestige and they have done an excellent job. We got our granite in a weeks time. They also have faucets now and we got that as well, which was at a better price than the box stores. I’ve used it for a couple of weeks I can tell it’s good quality.

Highly recommend PRESTIGE GRANITE COUNTERTOPS! I had been getting estimates and looking for marble from several other companies around town and it was like pulling teeth. Professional customer service and outstanding work. Ivan and Val were a pleasure to work with, timely and gave good advice. The crew arrived on time and finished when they said they would. Thank you for helping me get a beautiful custom vanity top at an affordable price with your remnant prices. I was able to pick out a beautiful remnant slab and place it on hold by paying 1/2 down. Many months passed before I needed the piece due to problems with contractors. Jordan called me just a few days before I was ready to contact them to ask if I still needed the piece. I felt bad about the delay, but it was not in my control. I called him the next week and let him my vanity was ready to be measured. He sent Ivan over on a Monday evening to measure. Tuesday Jordan phoned me to let me know the piece I chose was too small and sent me 5 photos of additional remnants close to what I had chosen. I picked a second piece, gave them my sink. 2 days later they had my counter cut, my sink mounted and were ready to install. Ivan showed up on time with a crew and had my vanity installed and the cut holes for my faucets in under 1/2 hour. It is absolutely beautiful work and great customer service. Im accustomed to buying remnant supplies and being stuck with figuring out how to install it myself. I am blown away that they offer measurement, cut, and installation of remnant pieces at such a reasonable price. Quality product, outstanding customer service, and reasonable prices. Cant ask for any better combination!

Fantastic company and great people to work with. I used Prestige for the first time a year or so ago in getting their help for a granite counter for an old piano that I retrofitted into a bar. Just recently I had Prestige replace my old Formica counter tops with the same Venetian Pearl granite and the kitchen is so beautiful. Plus theyve helped me with a few smaller projects where a remnant suffices (great value by the way). These folks are really easy to work with and do everything they can to help, all at an affordable price. Im actually super hard to please, and these folks amaze me with their attention to detail and craftsmanship. Whether your job is small or large, give them a try!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience than at Prestige Granite. Having visited a couple of other stone/granite suppliers and installers, I felt most comfortable at Prestige. Jordan was super helpful. He didnt expect that I knew all the ins and outs of custom countertop work (unlike a store I visited in Lexington). He was concerned about understanding my needs and the type of stone I was looking for before offering suggestions and showing me remnant options that could potentially save on costs. It was obvious that he wasnt just trying to offload remnants. He only showed me stones he thought I might like based on what I told him I was looking for. He didnt try to convince me that I wanted something else (unlike an experience I had at another supplier). My new kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity are absolutely gorgeous and were very reasonably priced. Ivans passion for his work, attention to workmanship, and appreciation of the beauty of the stones with which he works is truly refreshing. Customer service was top notch with scheduling of templates to installation to follow up to ensure satisfaction once the work had been completed. Prestige has the best customer service and prices that Ive encountered! They were honest with me and very friendly through the whole process. Ive been telling everyone I know about them. They even own a cabinet company named Bluegrass Cabinet source and they beat the prices of four other cabinet companies. They were 1/3 the price of Hager cabinets for the same style cabinet and the cabinets were made in America. I will definitely do business again with Prestige!

I cant say enough great things about them.First, when we priced out counters different granite suppliers in Nicholasville they were way out of our budget. Our contractor recommended Prestige Granite Countertops and they provided multiple options within our budget (under $3000) AND more then we expected - new under-mount sink and hole for new fixture were included in the price, and no, they didn’t charge us for radius and extra holes or extra trip charge how big stores over charge you.Second, the whole process was painless! Val and Natashia met us at the home to do measurements and provided us a quote on the spot. No pressure to sign a contract but since it was in the budget my husband and I discussed in advance, we went ahead and signed the contract. Once we agreed to move forward, Natashia took measurements and explained everything else was hands off from then on out. Natashia coordinated with our contractor for checking measurements and installation. Professionalism and Outsatmding service.After all the stress with our other projects for the house, it was fantastic to not have to micromanage this project.Third, now that they are installed they look fantastic!
