Super nice guy, hands down the best protein shake I have ever had. He is extremely talented with the flavors and options! I stopped in because I needed something easy to swallow (just had strep throat), and was shocked I have never been there before! Highly recommend, will be a returning customer.

They have Awesome,Healthy Protein Shakes! My favorite one is Capt Crunch Berry Berry! I went today got a Kentucky Derby Pecan Pie! It was Amazing!

While the interior is nice and customer service is good, the business model is shady and borderline illegal. They supply their shake ingredients through Herbalife, a multi-level marketing company accused of pyramid scheme practices. If you don’t believe this review, search “Herbalife pyramid scheme” and watch “Betting On Zero,” a documentary available to stream on Netflix about Herbalife and features stores similar to The Well Nutrition and why their predator business model harms their contractors and stains the community. This isn’t a local business: your dollars are going to a wealthy CEO. Think before you buy.

The establishment is clean and decorated really cute. They have numerous varieties of shakes. I would say well over 50 of them. They also have take off teas to give you energy. Sometimes they have keto desserts in the mini fridge and theyre really helpful about giving you nutrition ratings. Everything is sugar free and made from vitamins.

LOVE this place!! Every shake taste incredible, exactly as described! Incredibly healthy. Makes for a great meal replacement whether for weight loss, health or just time, these shakes are worth your while. They offer yoga classes for really cheap, painting classes (like painting and wine classes but with shakes), and other cool stuff. Check out their happenings. This family run business is really caring and creative. You never know what fun youll find there
