When I decided to put a irrigation system in my yard I got several bids. From the moment Sean quoited my bid til the job was finished today 09/19/2019 I knew I had picked the right company.Bluegrass Irrigation is a professional company. They do everything the right way. They came on Monday morning, the site manager David introduced himself and the two other guys that would be installing my system. He went through the process of the next several days and what would occur. Everyday they cleaned up my yard and started again the next day. I had concerns about how much repair I would have to do after they finished. David was quick to say it will be minimal. He was right! The big thing was when I had questions or concerns David listened and gave me a honest answer. What a great experience. I got a quote quickly from Sean. The quote was reasonable and specific. I scheduled my French drain installation. Everyone was exactly on time. The guys worked HARD all day and knocked the whole project out in less time expected. The results were beautiful. They went over everything with me after the job was finished before payment. They went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was not only functional but as aesthetically perfect as possible. This company was really easy and wonderful to work with. I will absolutely use them again with any of my irrigation needs. Any time I had a question it was very easy to text and get a swift response. Ryan, our tech was awesome, but he left for another position after many years. Instead of Bluegrass hiring someone, they added the hundreds of clients to the existing staff. Waited 3 weeks for the system to be turned on today, only to be told it would be another 5-6 days. Unacceptable.

At 1:30 today on Ashgrove Rd, an individual in a Bluegrass Irrigation company truck blocked the left lane in a passing zone so that he would not be passed. This was extremely dangerous and childish. You should not be playing road rage games that ultimately places yours or someones else life in danger. If I didnt slam on my brakes to prevent from running into you, how would you have explained to the owner and the insurance company that you got rear ended driving on the wrong side of the road? Dont even think about lying about it since I caught the whole thing on my dash cam. Remember, when you are in a company vehicle this sort of behavior reflects poorly on you as well as all of your coworkers.

About 2 years ago Bluegrass Irrigation installed a sprinkler system for me at our new house on a 1 acre lot. We had obtained 4 proposals. They were very competitive on pricing and did an extraordinary job on the installation including some special items I had specifically requested. They trained me on how to operate the system and what to do if issues came up. It all came with a 2 year warranty (which I never had to use for anything) and start up and shut down for the first year. I would highly recommend this company for your irrigation needs. They have been around since the mid 80s which says a lot.

Bluegrass Irrigation did a 5-star job installing our sprinkler system. I waited 7 years before I decided to pull the trigger and have it installed. The Bluegrass Irrigation crew completed the job with minimal intrusion on the lawn, cleanly wired and mounted the control unit, and delivered as promised. Dont risk your money with amatures, call these guys.

I used this company for a few years for yearly sprinkler system maintenance, until i was overcharged for a repair on the system. I was not happy with having a sprinkler system on my new house anyway. Its a waste of water and the yearly fees this company was charging me was getting old. If the grass is getting brown just buy some hose and a sprinkler at walmart for 10 bucks. Sprinkler systems are for the fat and lazy.
