To address the one star review from a neutral perspective.You say he has no interest in the $500 customers. Well in this business there is a large amount of calculated risk. With such a small budget theres no room for anything to go wrong. So if you get any red flags what so ever from how a client communicates its best to avoid them unless there is a healthy budget to mitigate the risk.One damaged sprinkler head and all of a sudden your profit becomes loss!I dont work at this place and I barely know them. Would not recommend him doesnt care about small business only wants people that are paying big money $500 jobs doesnt matter to him. Will give you a run around when you call him about your order excuse after excuse. Really doesnt care about the customer.
