This was the most professional used car parts retailer I have ever done business with. Their office was clean, and they cared enough to answer my questions. I drove 4 hours to get here for a hard-to-find part, and I was so impressed that I absolutely would do business with them again.

Came in for a window control and the one they had didnt work. So they went out and pulled the rest of them they had. To help me find one that worked. Very clean office, and some down right good people. Come here before anywhere else. They treat you with respect and help put any way they can.

I needed a part for my Honda Civic. Lady says no problem I have it right here in my hand. Drove up from Springfield which is 20+ miles. Barely got there 10 minutes before they closed and she talked on the phone to her friend/family (definitely a personals phone call) the entire time while I stood there in the office. Finally, she got off the phone and messes around with some stuff and says they do not have the part after all. I left very frustrated and shocked at her lack of business savvy. She was no spring chicken and should know better but frankly she just didnt care.
