These guys are awesome! They made the process super simple as they worked with the insurance provider of the at fault party. Basically the whole side of my car was repaired and/replaced and it looks really nice. I’d recommend this shop to anyone.

Crash Champions were so nice and organized! And they worked so well with a rental company to make a seamless transition for the rental No worries ! They even finished the repairs a week ahead of schedule. A nice surprise! I will be recommending Crash Campions.

Kyle went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my van & I am more than happy with it. They seen I have four kids & they made sure my rental was plenty big enough for my family. When my van was finished & I went to pick it up a man named David walked around my van with me to make sure I am happy with it. They are so nice & their work is fantastic. He listened to my frustration, he seemed to genuinely care and asked me to bring the vehicle back in. I brought the vehicle back and they fixed the issue. Through circumstances out of both of our control, Crash Champions ended up not repairing my car, BUT they put it back together and returned it to me cleaned thoroughly inside and out even though they didn’t get any payment from me. They were helpful and patient with my many questions and requests. I would definitely recommend working with them.

I have used French Davis several times, on several different cars. EVERY time their repair work, explanation of needed repairs etc., was throughly explained to me before any work was started. Their customer service made me feel very comfortable and not intimidated in doing business with them. They go above and beyond to find just the right parts and most economical way to get my car safely back on the road. I wish more companies operated with this level of integrity and commitment.

Told me the car would be ready 3 days in a row and didnt call to say it wouldnt be on the day until almost 5. Was told on Thursday it would be ready Friday, I finally got it on Wednesday the next week and had to work on it for 2 hours in my driveway hooking the intercooler up and cleaning the transmission fluid from the skid plates and dripping on my driveway/garage.

My experience with French-Davis was outstanding! I’m a 21 year old female with very little knowledge of the workings of cars and insurance. After being rear-ended, I was told to visit French-Davis by my insurance agent, and I’m so glad I did. They were so patient and kind with me. I know they’re busy by the looks of their parking lot and auto garage, but each member of the team I worked with took time to go through every detail and question with me. The professionalism and kindness of the staff is unmatched. I’ve worked with body shops before for various things, and I’ve never felt more respected and taken care of than I do with French-Davis. In addition, they finished up with my SUV way earlier than I expected and was initially told. 2 days to replace a rear fender, and it looks flawless!!

I was rear-ended and brought my car to French-Davis. The work they did was beautiful. When I got my car back, I noticed the windows wouldnt work, so I called them back and told them. The problem wasnt something they did, but they looked at it fixed it for me for free. They are an excellent company and they take excellent care of their customers.

These guys are awesome. I’ve taken my car to French Davis a couple of times. I called at about 4:30 when they close at 5:00 to have them look at a nasty door ding. They got me in and I explained I needed the car fixed quickly because I was supposed to sell it in a couple of days. We called the PDR guy right then and he did the car the next day!I wanted to leave the car there that night so it could be fixed the next day, and I was going to get an Uber home. Instead they rode with me in my car to the house and took the car back to the shop for me. I was so shocked at what the PDR guy was able to do with this dent that was on a body line and almost creased! Above and beyond service from start to finish.

Had a vehicle totaled in an accident (rear ended) but wanted to keep the car due to low mileage and a long history with it. The team here did a great job to find a solution that didnt break the bank, but got my car back in good condition. Their bid came in significantly less than many other notable places, and the quality of work was superb. Theyll be the first place I call next time the need arises!

Brandon and his team in Nixa are amazing! They go above and beyond. They fixed my Jeep Wrangler a few years back and did a phenomenal job. I was in need of their services again and they were able to find the problem that others in town could not. They washed and cleaned the vehicle, it looked better than when I dropped it off! They even ran a diagnostic on my check engine and low tire pressure lights free of charge. They never seem to be in a hurry and their customer service is really top notch. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to them.

They really get everything done as it should be. My car left the lot looking brand new and was even cleaner than when I had left it! Customer service was great and they really do everything they can to make sure their customers leave happy. Every car repair place Ive been too I feel like they try to cut corners to save themselves a dollar and I definitely DO NOT feel that way about French Davis.

Went twice for estimate because they lost the first one said they never did one even though I had it with me the estimates were different was supposed to have an appt after the 2nd estimate they were to call me after they got with insurance company and found parts but no call either time and they never returned my calls when I left messages

I have driven by French Davis Collision every day for over a year and always seen high end cars parked in the lot... Most interested in the owners Nissan GTR!After being rear ended on highway 60 the other parties insurance suggested I go to French Davis to have my 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 repaired.Cody was awesome with the estimate process, worked with my schedule to get the work done and informed me of additional damage that had been found that delayed the process by a few days.I could not ask for better service from him!However, the actual work was not wntirlwe satisfying... They matched the paint perfectly (which is quite a job on this particular car/color). But when they reinstalled the bumper, they chipped the paint on the body in three places. Also, the plastic vents and backup sensorssenso not installed correctly.I had to take it back for the paint chips to be repaired, and I took care of the plastic parts myself...Again, Cody was awesome! The person who mimed the paint and paintedpthe bumper was awesome! But maybe the technician who installed the parts was either in too much of a hurry or just not paying attention on the day he worked on my car!Overall, pleased!
