What an amazing store and customer service! I recently purchased several items from Overland Addict and the owner Chad was awesome. The major item I purchased was a Roam Adventure Co- Vagabond roof top tent and I chose to have Chad do the install for me. Chad was meticulous when it came to the install, triple measuring everything ensuring it was centered. Once the install was complete Chad offered to show me how the tent sets up and packs away. Purchased a Frontrunner roof rack with some accessories. This is a review for the store and not the product. Ordering was easy and shipping was fairly quick and free. Which for how heavy and big the boxes were, was great. But I also received a nice email from the owner thanking me for the purchase. While I know some places have an automated response, I actually responded with a question and had a conversation about a couple products he was out of that I was not able to purchase at the time. He offered to ship them for free since I would have ordered them with my purchase. So I had a really good experience with them and will now be one of my first stores to look at then making future purchases.

I’m beyond thrilled with my experience with Overland Addict. They had a product in stock that everyone else didn’t. I honestly was in a bit of disbelief that they actually had it in stock lol, that I didn’t pay for the expedited shipping. To my surprise I got a shipment confirmation the very next day and had my product by Friday when I order the previous Sunday around midnight. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I am just Purchase two of the Overland Smaller boxes to try them out and was very impressed with the quality of the boxes and latches. So I ordered two more this time with the straps and once again the straps impressed me with the high-quality and even having the Velcro stitched into the strap for the axis overhang of the strap The tension on the strap ideal for stacking two boxes on top of each other. I would recommend this product to anybody who is serious about getting out there and having a good time and having stuff last. Great Quality materials... installation instructions are not 100% Clear but got it installed.. Also I have a 2020 JL and the bottom back side bracket that rest against the tailgate plastic did not line up completely so I had to drill out a hole on bottom left side of attachment to tailgate...But it’s on and snug as a big...!!

Looked around for a roof top tent for over a year. Came across the exact model we wanted from overland addict. We were a bit skeptical about purchasing such a large item online, but went for it anyway. (The military discount offset the shipping so that was a plus).
