I walked into the store front to find laser parking aids. They did not stock them but went above and beyond to find the parking laser aids, I was looking for. They were willing and did call a competitor to see if he could find them. Great customer service, even though I didnt buy anything from them.This day in age, you are hard to find that kind of service. I cannot speak of other aspects of the business but greatly appreciated the time and service provided to me. Went to the competitor and was able to acquire the parking aids.

Horrible customer service. They installed a new door for us, and busted our motor and told me “bad luck.” Then when the windows weren’t correct from the manufacturer it took months to get the problem resolved. When they finally got the new panels for the windows installed my garage door would no longer open. I was told by the owner it’s not his fault and he wouldn’t come or send anyone to come look at the problem because we got a different company to install the motor. Which we did because the customer service at this business is awful. You get what you pay for. Spend more to get quality customer service and competent work done.

I was in a pickle when my spring broke and my car was in the garage. I called and less than 15 minutes, they arrived at my house. They are very affordable and very professional. I am very pleased with the service.

Stood me up 2 days in a row. I understand being busy but I even said if you werent going to make it call me so I didnt waste another day waiting. No call and no apology. I wouldnt waste my time with them.

Installed a garage door for us. When we had trouble with it, he stood us up for weeks. When he finally did show up he was extremely rude to my wife and blamed our opener. Never tested the opener, lied to the manufacturer and wouldnt even try to help. I wouldnt use them again for any reason.

I called them on a Monday morning for garage door service. Duane said hed be out same day. I never heard from him. I called back today (Wednesday). He said he tried to call me on Monday to meet with me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for today. Another no call no show today. Dont depend on this companys word. Its no good.

Same as the other reviews. Duane promised a scheduled time and then disappeared.

They stood me up for appointment where we brought a truck to them. They they failed to show up the next day to an appointment. So, elsewhere we go.
