Its very friendly and helpful. I just got my new hearing aids and had a small problem and when I called I was told to come in at my convenience. I went in, the problem was fixed and I left happy. I would definitely refer Southwestern Hearing to anyone wanting to hear better

Courtney is always very helpful and know what is the matter with my hearing aids. Today my right hearing aid was making sounds like frying bacon and she knew what to do and fix it there on the spot.
