I received two Purina one receipts in mail for bags if dog food. I originally had stop by Sams Club and picked up two bags so when I get to register the cashier tells me Sams does not honor coupons. Been nice to know this before walking all over store pushing two big bags of food around. So I decided to try tractor supply. Upon arriving I noticed a nice roomy parking lot and upon entering store notice the cashier crew and was politely greeted. I asked the young lady ate the register if they take the coupons I had and was told no problem..If I was a single man I would have had to ask cashier out for a date. She had a really nice personality .She was the slender taller gal.Great customer service. Got my bags and checked out and off I go. Thanks Tractor supply ...you made my day.

Tractor supply never disappoints. I loved the Tractor supply in the state I moved from and the one in Nixa is just as good. Well stocked and helpful employees.

I was shopping on-line for a weedeater, I found what I was looking for so I thought to save time I would just pay for it on-line at 2:00. I got off at 5:00, still no email. I needed some other items so went in anyhow. The Order was still not ready and they refused to allow me to cancel and just pay for it again or God forbid, go get the order on the spot. Next day and still no notification... Technology is great!

Overall a great experience. The staff here was very helpful and they had a wide selection of everything I needed.

It’s handy but checking out is a very long wait. They are consistently short staffed. I can dive to Nixa hardware and get checked out much faster anytime.

I am normally very much at home in this store. My family purchases feed for our animals religiously every 2 weeks. I like to think we are loyal and regular customers. My significant other decided to purchase some shirts on our regular weekly trip and when he tried them on at home, they did not fit. So we googled the stores return policy, and it said that the items could be returned within thirty days of purchase with original store tags and proof of purchase, such as a receipt. The tags were still there and we took the items to the store with proof of purchase and the cashier told us that she could NOT give us a cash refund for our cash purchase, that cashback was a deterrent for shoplifting. So she insinuated that I had stolen the merchandise. When asked to speak with management she was slamming keys on the register andappe see very irritated. She could happily threw our cash on the counter. We left the store and called back up to speak with management because she denied us in store, and she hung up on us, not once but twice. This cashiers name was Kim and she works dayshift in Nixa Mo. She needs to be scholed on customer service practices. She has no tact and I am very displeased with his experience. Its been a lot of tea s since we started shopping here and now its just ruined.

The Price is reasonable. The people that work there are so nice and helpful. They have everything I need. You really should go there and check it out.

We bought a lawn mower ( should not buy from a place that does not service there own stuff ) we live near Ozark, because they will not answer the phone we have to drive all the way over there just to ask where to take the mower for warranty work which is over in Ozark

Went in to get chicks, they lost the keys, lady employee looked for 15 minutes, came back and snapped that she had other things to do and was sorry but couldnt be bothered.

Relatively good experience. Most employees nice and pleasant. Seems though that the cashier lady is the most important person there as I was referred to her for info on what I was wanting. She had to look it up. It was just odd. Did save a bit of money so that it always good.

Theyd get more of my business if they would answer their phone so I could know if they have something in stock. Not making the drive to find out.

Good place to go if everywhere else is closed. Customer service is great but prices seem to be much lower at other stores. Bought a trough molded insert for 100 bucks and found out the next day MFA sells for 50 each. Will no longer be going here.

I enjoy going to Tractor Supply Co. Theyve got a binned area that always has some deals in it. The employees are always helpful and friendly and catching their clearance area is always a bonus! Plus theyre open later than most hardware stores in the town where I live. Thats very helpful!

Mobile/ Online ordering is non existent. They accept your money no problems but when it comes time to pick up your items they run around clueless leaving you waiting forever. Don’t recommend. Go elsewhere.

Tractor Supply Nixa has been one of my favorite stores since their arrival. The people are friendly and helpful. Ive bought things from safes to hand tools and fencing supplies to wheelbarrow tires. Great place.

I needed a welder and some supplies. It was clear that the guy helping me didnt know much about welders, which is totally fine. He was very nice and made sure I got everything I needed and the help I needed. He didnt just panic and leave. I will be going here again. Prices were much better than I expected as well. Comparable to online in most cases.

Ordered Christmas presents in to this facility online and picked them up. Very happy with service, quick, reliable and friendly. Store is always clean and parking lot is nice and well coordinated. Easy order pickup. Ordered a big air tired tricycle, and could not be more happy with the purchase.

This store is our go-to place. Seems like they always have what we need on our little ten acre hobby farm. We bought a wagokn to pull behind the lawn mower, and a ton of other stuff. A horse mineral block, bags of feed for horses and chickens. We have bought all sorts of things there. And they are doing veterinarian clinics, too. I think thats great.

Love this store! People are always helpful with a smile, store is very clean & organized, plentiful parking in a very clean lot, and a fairly good selection of products given size of store. Great place for a quick visit! Would love to see them offer more in their clothing, i.e. more hats, and more selection of garden plants during the season.

Awesome service! I needed a new trailer tongue and the gentleman brought out several until we found the right one and then even transferred the ball to the new hitch! Great service!

From a retailer that states free shipping to store on their website, I was going to get charged over $130 for freight to buy a lawn tractor. That made me look into more local stores and found a great deal on a better tractor. So, thank you corporate butt-head at customer service for making me look elsewhere.

Went for the rabies clinic. Excellent clinic. Very caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Would totally go back again next year. The actual Tractor Supply staff were excellent too. They gave our two dogs treats, three different times while we were in line.

Rented a big flatbed. Came equipped with all kinds of cool accessories that made the job easy. Good customer service as well.

Staff could use a dose of politeness, asked if they carried an item and where it would be located, got a hand gesture down towards the back. Didnt find it, was not impressed with the store . More important to tear down a box than help customers.

The name says it, Tractor Supply. The service is great, and the staff is friendly. But tractor supply isnt all that they do, its a nice little hardware store. Often times if you need something odd for your tractor or trailer and the other places dont have it, Tractor Supply Company, will. Next time you need an odd bit, check them out.

Not my favorite place. For the most part the staff is rude and not very knowledgeable with exception of a few. Complete pain to return anything and the extended warranties they offer from Assurion are a complete joke and designed for you to give up before being taken care of. Just another big corporation that only wants your money and could care less about you.

He have me two smaller 24 lb bags for the same price as the 50lb bag. My dogs were happy and they now have a loyal customer.
