Always respond quickly when I need a delivery. Staff is friendly and easy to work with.
Every time I call in for fuel prices I get 2-3 different answers before they settle on an actual price, due to that I switched to a different propane company (who is 30 cents a gallon cheaper btw). A month and a half later Ferrell still hasn’t come to get their tank. They have rescheduled it 3 times now and I had to call in to find out that they are now 3 weeks out from getting the tank. Nobody ever calls back to let me know that they are rescheduling the pickup and I always have to call first. Very poor customer service and nobody ever seems to know what is going on. I just want the tank out of my yard so I can mow.****Update**** I appreciate the response below, however I never did receive a call from a manger even though I sent the email as requested. Anyways, Ferrell came and got their tank. I called the office and advised them I was putting a Free sign on it.... they picked it up later that afternoon.
I am new to owning my own propane tank and I called several different propane providers in the area. It was a pretty discouraging process as I quickly discovered that customer service is something that is lacking in this industry, especially at the companies with competitive pricing. Calling Ferrellgas however was a breath of fresh air! Not only did they have the best pricing in the area but their customer service has been excellent! I am very please with my decision to use Ferrellgas.
Great service. They worked hard to prioritize and get me propane when I needed it. Update - I converted our house to natural gas. They worked with me on when I wanted the tank picked up. James S is a great service guy and I would recommend him for anything. He made sure to get the tank out without ruining the nice lawn I planted last fall. James should get a raise.
Cannot say enough about the dedication and concern shown by technician James in Nixa. He even worked after dark on the coldest night of the season to replace a regulator valve.Thank you Ferrellgas for your great employees!
Big THANK YOU for great customer service! Your driver was delivering next door to our warehouse and we noticed how low we were on our forklift bottles, I went next door and spoke to the driver, he called it in and filled us up! 👍🏽Thanks Dan Johnson Icee Springfield

Worst customer service! They showed up and demanded their cylinders out of the blue. No warning or communication. My account is completely paid up. Apparently I didnt fill up often enough. Just left my business high and dry. Never again.
FerrellGas provides excellent service every time we work with them. We’re new to using propane as a heat source, so it was a learning curve for us. Cashe and Clay, in the Nixa, Mo, office have made the transition painless. We wouldn’t consider using any other company!
Customer Service means nothing to them. Schedule with them, they call afternoon before to confirm between 8-noon, wait all morning, call at noon and they tell me it was 9-1pm, wait till 1, gave up and left. They called me around 2 saying their guy was ready to head my way. Told them never mind, Ill find someone else who cares about their customers. My time is worth something also.
Not to happy with this company right now..My niece had a stroke and was out of town and forgot to check my tank with everything going on..they wanted to charge me 125.00 to fill the day i called but on disability and cant afford that..we have had no heat now for 3 days..they are nice people but sure wish they were mor understanding in a emergency..
