We had a wonderful experience working with Watersmith Irrigation. It is not often the owner of the company comes out to meet you personally to give a quote. We have worked with many vendors on our new build in Nixa and Ryan has set the bar for customer service. They do what they say, and do it well! His team was awesome from start to finish! His prices were competitive but most importantly his professionalism, knowledge and dedication to his business is a stand-out amongst the rest. We highly recommend Watersmith Irrigation and will definitely call on them in the future!

I have used Watersmith Irrigation for 11 years and they are prompt, courteous, and professional. Rose is a an amazing lady who will take care of her clients the way she would want to be taken care of. I see many reviews recently that are not good, I can’t speak to those reviews as it looks like it may have been during COVID-19 when everything was upside down. I have had situations where I am planting and have accidentally pierced the pipe and they have come out within a short period of time to replace/repair. I would recommend them.

I hate posting negative reviews online but people need to be safe out there. Ive struggled with Watersmith for years but for some reason kept using them. Recently, they incorrectly performed a simple service, had to send a technician back out to do the job correctly, then failed to cash my payment check and sent us to a collection company! [Without giving me a simple phone call to fix the issue] I have never been so insulted by a local company. Weve spent the last 3 weeks leaving messages but have received no call back. I dont know if they dont know how to run a professional business or just choose not to, but as the recent reviews suggest... things have really gone downhill. If you use this company, make sure you have a good credit monitoring service.

I have been waiting since May for someone to service my system. I have called multiple times. No return calls no service. I have multiple sprinkler heads that do not work and one full section that won’t come on. Every time I call they indicate how busy they are, how many places they need to be But, someone will call. It has been 3 months now. I do pay for their “Maintenance” Service agreement. Perhaps we will see them in the fall when they come to shut the system down.

I purchased a house in Nixa and made a appointment to have service. The previous owner did not pay their bill. When I made the appointment I told them I just purchased the house so they were aware the previous own was gone. They never called me never showed up!! When I called all they wanted me to do was sign a new contract but would not be able to come out and do my service call!!!! Hhhhmmmm.

(2020-October update)Recently our Irrigation control wire was cut during ongoing home upgrades. I reported the problem and it was promptly fixed the next day! We continue to use Watersmith due to the outstanding service they provide and the office staff is still Wonderful!!We bought a home in Springfield and it came with an irrigation system for watering our lawn, shrubs and flowers. Since this is our first time with a home that had an irrigation system, we called Watersmith Irrigation. The office staff were very helpful in setting up an account for us to inspect and maintain our system! Not only this, but they went the extra mile to send a technician out to show us how everything works as a free courtesy call! The technician, Tim Kempker, was on time, very professional and courteous - Outstanding!! Based on our experience, we highly recommend Watersmith Irrigation!!

Don’t expect to have much service if you live out of nixa or Springfield city limits. Still have yet of this year to have anyone come out to turn on sprinklers and when you call to schedule they just tell you will call ahead when we get around to the area. Seems like poor business practice when you get on a cycle list to hopefully have enough to come this way! Last year they didn’t get my system shut down till the week of Christmas. Best bet is do it yourself or find another company

Had them come and handle moving several sprinklers around to accommodate a fence installation we were doing. On time, very professional and the price, I thought, was very reasonable. Looking to switch my annual sprinkler maintenance to them this year.

Installed a lawn sprinkler system for me recently, Very professional, good attention to detail, system works perfectly thus far, very reasonable in price, I highly recommend spending the extra $300 for a wi-fi controller, the flexibility of how where and when you can adjust the system is excellent. Crew works hard and the owner, Ryan,is not afraid to take his turn jumping into a hole and dig to find a water line.
