Best place for motorcycle tires in the area. Prices are great and the owner REALLY knows his stuff. You can tell how good they are by how busy they always are.Though theyre not open on a weekend they do open really early during the week so you can make an appointment to get a tire done before work (for most of us at least).The in-house powder coating is also good quality and affordable.

I stopped by to see if they could schedule an appointment to look at some brake issues I was having and one of the mechanics (I didnt catch his name!) looked at my bike, took it inside their shop and showed me his process of realigning the calipers. He was great to talk to and I really liked the place. I feel so much better about my bike and how its running and super thankful for the owner/mechanic of the shop helping me out. This is one of those places thats special. Dont take your bike to a Jiffy Lube or a commercial mechanic, the people here will make you feel great, fix your bike with precision, and do an amazing job. 10+/10, going to visit their new shop once its open. (Honestly I wanted to work here after going haha)

Amazing people at this shop. I was traveling through Missouri and found cords showing on my tire. I called yesterday and they had me in at 7:10 this morning and back on the road by 7:20. And he was the most reasonable person around price wise for sure. Will definitely be back if I ever need any help around the Springfield area again

I am so glad I found Skunkwerks Moto and Fabrication! I’m visiting Branson for vacation (from Nashville) and needed my wheels worked on quick so I could get back on the road. I called Brad in the morning and he had my bike back to me that afternoon! I’m also excited to hear about his new ADV ranch he is opening up. I will definitely be back this way to either ride or have my bike serviced here.

Showed up about 6:15am rear tire change was riding to work by 7 . But somehow while there my bike got a bad scratches, will never allow that to happen again by not going back.

I like this place. Had a front tire put on a K75 at a reasonable price. The people are easy to get along with and tell it like it is. My kind of people. Will definitely do business here again.

This is where Ill be bringing my bike from now on. denneys wanted over 600 for 2 tires mounted and balanced. I got the exact same, recent date coded tires for 385 installed. went ahead and had my wheel bearings changed and a 3 hole change while I was there. the owner went above and beyond when there was a small issue I had noticed. this is how a business should be run. great, stand up, honest guy. dont hesitate when taking your bike to this local, veteran owned shop. great job

Been here 2 or 3 times for different bikes and different issues. All were handled promptly and professionally. Im still covered under a service contract through the manufacturer of my current motorcycle and go here when I can because they are quick and affordable. Thank you and I will be back.

I called the shop and asked about some issues I was having with my Ducati, the owner answered and talked me through a couple of options and without having ever met me before in person, loaned me his trailer so I could run the bike to KC and get the Ducati dealer to start a warranty claim so I wouldnt have to pay a bunch out of pocket to get it fixed and transport it. I totally agree with this previous posted comment that I should of carefully read in this review before drove all the way to Nixa MO, and spent $80.00. to dismount, remount, and balance my two BMW tires that took 30 minutes of work. Thats $160.00 dollars an hour!! Wow!! The Benz/BMW dealership dont charge that much to work on their cars!! His tire changer left three deep scars 102 degrees apart in the finish of my wheels that penetrated into the metal. He dont care about other peoples property, just wants to make fast money. Dont ask for directions, because he has no patience with people. Owner needs to learn better communication skills and learn how to respect other people’s property when working on it!! Not to mention the arrogance that pours from his mouth. I won’t be back for business!! AMEN!!

When I needed repairs on my bike they were not only friendly and personable but also prompt. Doug is very good at responding to phone calls and treats you as if you were his friend. We called them to fix our ATV which we were grateful they agreed to do it. There was a misunderstanding im communication of when it would be ready but they immediately apologized and made it right. Brad and his team at Skunkwerks Moto have worked on my F650GS and now my F800GS ~ If I’m fortunate enough, they will continue to do so.So I had an idle/throttle response issue that I wanted to resolve prior to a 3-4k trip out East. When I got the bike back it ran better than when I bought it...Crazy huh! Here is the cool part...it took a few more days than what I was expecting; with troubleshooting, parts ordering and install...it just took a little longer. Brad will not let a bike roll out of his shop unless it’s fixed right (as if it was his bike).Have a little faith, be a little patient...In return you’ll get superior service at the BEST price.Thanks....Scott K

I’m just not comfortable with the guys running the show here, the owner didn’t seem knowledgeable with everything he was doing and he was lacking major credentials. Judging by the other reviews on here I can see I’m not alone.

Left a negative review of this place on Facebook after I saw the owner making some pretty inflammatory remarks online. 5 months after the fact he started commenting on that review in an attempt to get me to take it down. Screenshots attached. I dont recommend frequenting businesses that threaten people.

These guys came ripping in to the Mae Kong Delta and pulled me out of a tight spot with Charlie on my 6. Some guy named Doug....looked like he was 12 put me on the handle bars of his Indian and rode me out of there while some other bald dude in a set of black overalls hit some wicked jumps on an XR 75 tail whipping charlie in the face. Its hard to talk about but they are the real heroes of nam.......respect. Forever will they have my business.

Came here on a fluke because I needed oil change and tune up.. My drain bolt ended up leaking oil and my chain started to come loose because it wasn’t torqued properly.

Trustworthy, Efficient, Excellent, Ingenious, and Thorough!!!! I took my KLR and a box of parts for repair. I had a get off that resulted in the front of the KLR being ripped completely off, bent fork, damaged radiator etc. They resurrected my 2009 KLR and used all of my parts new and old that I had purchased online. As long as Skunkwerks is in business I will go there for anything and everything my KLR will need. If I decide to get another bike I suspect I will rely on the crew to find one for me. They are the definition of trustworthy.
