Meagan was beyond helpful with my shipping request today. She went above and beyond to ensure that the boxes were safe for shipping and even double walled the packages for me. Gave me the best rate possible and was awesome to work with. I will use this store for all future shipping needs that I run in to.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and about Megan in particular. Due to unfortunate circumstances we have needed a notary twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times she came to our house(my wife has limited mobility) and seemed pleased to do so. We are new to the Nixa community and while it has been pleasant, the kindness and professionalism from them is at the top. I’ll go out of my way to use them for everything we can.

Wow Megan went out of her way to stay late to do notory service for us. We arrived for Appointment, and forgot the paperwork. She waited another 20 minutes for us to go home get our paperwork and return to the store. We want to thank her for going out of her way to provide excellent service! Dont got out of your way to miss this store they are top knotch!!! Thank you!

Awesome people run this store. After having three terrible experiences at the ups store off national and the 60, I was genuinely worried to go in here. But they are awesome. Very friendly and kind. They don’t overcharge for boxes and they work to get you the best shipping rate.Definitely recommend this store!

Eric and his wife are beautiful people!! They were always there for my dad when he had things needed shipped but lacked finances to do so. I cant express enough how well they treated my father. I love this UPS store. Ive lived in Nixa for 20 years and this is my local place where I get copies made, mail packages plus other services. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful!

I have never had an issue with the store or the employees. I was in on 8/7/20 to drop off an Amazon return. The brown-haired lady that assisted me was extremely lacking in customer service skills! I watched her interact with people before me and she was the same way. ..

Please be careful when dropping off Amazon return items. Apparently when they are dropped off they are not actually returned to Amazon until Megan (the owner) has enough to fill a box.When asked why she doesnt explain this to customers, she told me its in the fine print, you could have read it!When I told her I just wanted to pick the package back up, she stated that I couldnt do that either...When I told her I was going to leave a negative review and explain this so other people would not make the mistake I did, she said I have plenty of good reviews!.Shocking lack of customer service for a small town family owned business...

Extremely disorganized, very rude manager.

Used this store several times for merchandise returns. Every time the personnel are extremely fast, courteous, and get you on your way with no hassle. FAR better than the USPS!

I work in Mount Vernon and had a crew working a job in Nixa. I needed to get some paperwork to them. I call the UPS store and they saved me from driving an hour to bring paperwork to Nixa. Thanks for making my job easier!

Stopped by on 7/25 to drop off couple of packages. 8:03 store still closed. Waited until 8:35 store still closed! Finally gave up at 8:43 and left, store still closed. So much for the open at 8am sign...
