I worked for this company for over 10 years. When I decided to leave because of constant abuse by my dm and being forced to work over my salaried hours and not being compensated they took my bonus which I worked four months for...this is not fair to my family. Spend your money somewhere that they value the employee so you get the service you deserve

Luis did an outstanding job of replacing my head lamp. My hand was hurting from over use, and would not have able to replace the lamp without his help.

Awesome service! Stopped to get some muffler tape for another repair, got to thinking my battery was five years old, and had to be charged when it got sub zero during the winter. Asked if they would test my battery, and it was barely starting the car (free testing). They got the right battery for my car, and helped me get it installed free of charge. Went back inside to pay, and it started pouring! Thank you!!!

There is usually a wait when I come here; however, it is because the employees are so helpful and hands on. I will wait for five minutes or more because they are giving someone the attention they need and will do the same for me.

I went into autozone in Noblesville @ 146th and 37 monday evening after work.I needed a headlamp bulb changed in my 2012 Ford Fusion.Nick was not only incredibly helpful, but he also went out of his way and put the new bulb in for me. Just want to send a huge thanks to the manger Andrew& Ned! Both headlights had gone out in our car and the dealership wanted over $200 to replace them. Andrew and Ned picked out the correct headlights and after paying for them, they installed them for free. Thanks for going the extra mile and great service!

I got 2 headlights from them to my GMC and I was looking to for help to replace them because 7 month ago I came and someone fixed for me but this time someone gave me gloves and he told me I do it but was hard with no tools so I gave them the lights back and I got my money back and I went jiffy lube for new headlightsMy question do I have to ask them to replace them or no because I did before at same store and someone did it also I asked for any tools but he gave me gloves only.Note customer service inside was helpful but I was really need to go back driving with Uber and really need to replace them at this time Thursday 7 pm

I just had my car battery go dead and was leaving town. Andy tested my battery and alternator. The battery was dead and he replaced it right away. He is was kind, courteous and professional. I will use them again.

I like going to AutoZone for several free check ups. They check battery and other things for free. They tend to be a little bit expensive. But it is a one stop shop for most of my needs. I like going there To check out various products related to my cars. The staff are wonderful and help you find the right product.

Great job for the Auto Zone staff on Mundy Drive in Noblesville. I came in with an engine temperature gauge reading hot and they helped me troubleshoot the problem and they suggested a half dozen relatively inexpensive solutions first before having to take my 1997 ford mustang into the dealership for a repair. One of the staff members noticed that my radiator cap was probably the original cap from twenty-one (21) years ago. I purchased a new radiator cap and the overheating issue was resolved. Thanks guys!

Their staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I live close so I stop by whenever I need something. They have saved my rear end plenty of times.

Some shelves were empty and unorganized. Very frustrated with the only two associates in the store, one was on the phone for long time, I left and he is still on the phone.The happy-looking guy was helping another customer while I was waiting at the counter. He picked up the wiper blades for her, and checked her out, but decided to ignore my presence at least to ask me if I had a question or acknowledge that I can be helped in any way. He decided to go out with the gal and install the wiper blades for her. I knew that this place is just a trash and left.

Great staff and excellent service. Nick was exceptional, he did my battery replacement on a Sunday at 8PM even they were somehow busy.

Was at work when my battery drained on me. Went to autozone due to how close it was. They recharged my battery for free and then tested it. Everyone at work swore my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. All that needed replaced was the starter. I already had the starter so going to autozone saved me money. They never tried talking me into buying a new battery. They were very helpful and would shop there again if I needed to in a tight spot.

Went in for a new car battery and it turned out the old battery terminal was corroded. Not only did Greg M. help me with the install of the battery, he also took the time to show me how to fix the terminal. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I use AutoZone for most of my non-mehanical repairs. Oil, filters, chemicals, and even some obscure tools. I dont typically order parts here, because I have trust issues with anything thats not OEM, but their batteries are pretty good. Staff is always helpful, but occasionally the wait time to checkout is ridiculous.

A very nice worker fitted my part I needed absolutely free. I really liked this gesture because I wasn’t having the best day and this worker made my day a whole lot better :)

I regret not asking their names but the people working when I showed up at 7 PM on 1/16/19 were very helpful and did a great job assisting me.

On our way from Kentucky to Green Bay Wisconsin pulling a camper when the alternator in our truck went bad. Went to AutoZone and was served by a gentleman named Avi. He hooked us up with the right alternator came out and look at it gave us the right tools and together we found a tensioner that I needed to loosen in order to change the alternator. Super helpful and very nice.

We had a 6 hour trip back to Wisconsin ahead of us when the engine light came on. The technician at Auto Zone accurately diagnosed the problem and sent us to Big Os for repairs on 146th St. Three hours later, we were back on the road with a new thermostat. We didnt pay a dime at Auto Zone, but you can be sure we will patronize your store in Wisconsin for future purchases. Thank you for great customer service! We appreciate the great reference too!

VERY DISSAPOINTED!! I tried placing an order online for my convenience. They would not price match. I was told that I had to go to a local store. I called Autozone on Mundy drive to see if they would price match PRIOR to me coming in the store. I was told that they could price match if they see it online. Well once in the store, I was informed that they do not price match Walmart or Amazon. I found this item at a local Advanced auto parts for cheaper but they wont match them either. Last week I tried to return an online purchase from autozone and they were not able to do it. I was asked to return at a later date. I am extremely frustrated with Autozone in general. Especially the one on Mundy Drive.

The parts are fine. I payed a prtial gift card and partial cash for a part that had a core charge they refused to refund my core charge in cash Further reinforcing why I go to advanced auto just up the road for most of my parts needs. Parts are fine employees are friendly bt polocies are bad. If I pay cash for my core I want cash back not a gift card I’m forced to use in store.
