Couldnt find a black dress shirt in my size for the life of me. Finding black pants in my size was a struggle as well, but I know its not their fault because of the supply chain issues at the moment. Overall friendly staff and more or less easy to navigate store.

Good selection of items! Lots of sales and clearance items. This is the closest one since our mall and our town shut down. Thankful to have us so close so we dont have to go all the way into Indianapolis

Very nice, well maintained outdoor mall. There are a great variety of shops and solid anchor stores along with many really good restaurants. It is refreshing to see a nice prospering shopping center in these times where nearly all are decaying or closed.

Very clean, friendly staff. The store is very large with good selections. Trying to find the juniors section was a bit challenging as the signs blend in with the pillars. But overall a very nice store.

Went in today to take advantage of their sale to order a custom window shade. After a very nice woman ask if she could help us, she paged someone twice for that department. After waiting several minutes to which no one appeared we decided to leave. About that time a lady finally showed up telling the other woman she had not heard any pages. Long story short, there was no one who could take a custom order. She told us a guy would be there tomorrow. To which I replied that I would not be there tomorrow. How can they run an add and not have someone there who can take orders. Whos convience was this for, me the customer or the guy who will be there tomorrow? Poor customer service.

I love Noblesville Pennys, they care about their customers. The service is great and you can always fine what you need. And the most important thing is the building is always clean with plenty of lightning

I ordered a black electric can opener on July 27 I called several times to see if it was there yet I paid for it at the time I ordered it in the store finally yesterday I had to call them and it was in but for some reason the box was damaged today we went to get it the can opener was visually damaged as well the sales clerk acted like let’s plug it in to see if it works but it was damaged I said we don’t want it she never offered to try and order another one at all she just said try go to bed bath and beyond they may have one I still have no can opener. I am very disappointed.

Much newer than many JCPenney stores. Employee interactions were pleasant. Conveniently located within other stores, many within walking distance.

I used to love shopping at JCPenney especially this store but it has went down hill. I know they are struggling financially but the store is bare. They have mattresses set out to utilize in store real-estate. Empty shelving everywhere. One complete wall filled with the exact same air fryer. They got rid of almost all home goods like towels, sheets, etc. Make a decision Penneys either be a brick and mortar store or go online only. It is depressing and not fun to shop a store that looks like its going out of business. The staff were all super nice and helpful!

Everyone we came into contact that worked here was very helpful with helping us find what we was looking for! Also everyone was friendly! Went to the clearance section of the womens dresses to find a dress for a wedding and there was so many styles available at great prices! I found a really beautiful dress that was originally $120 that was marked down to 53.59 and when we got to the register to pay for it the final price rang up at $17.49!!! I was able to get the dress, a pair of dress shoes, and a cardigan all for less than 70 dollars total for the wedding I am attending in a couple weeks!!!!

First impression approaching the store from the parking lot are not favorable. Flower planters are filled and overgrown with weeds, the ceiling lights in entry way are filled with dead bugs and de-icer residue covers a foot square area of the carpet. Inside some of the customer service counters were closed. Associates to assist customers present here and there.The selection of merchandise was typical of Penneys.

Somehow when Caucasian people initially walk in the store or around the store they are greeted with a very over the top “Hi how you doing guys Welcome to JC Penney’s”. People of color are greeted with associates backs turned away at site and silence. I had the best experience inside Sephora. This is a very large JCPenney store and since my local store has closed, I came here to look for some clothes because I was in the area for an appointment. Everyone was very friendly.

EXCELLENT customer service! I will be returning frequently to this location.

Bring your wallet. And if youre not a kid or dont wear womens clothes and accessories, theres not much for you here.

I want to give them a five star, but the young lady that waited on me was not customer service friendly. She asked me about the J.C.P. Rewards and when I said no I dont have the Rewards - this heifer keot going on with the transaction. REALLY, but she wanted to push the J.C.P. CC on me and I finally said, no, Im not interested because I need to clean up my credit. I guess Im agitated and perturbed because the other two cashiers were giving customers an extra 10% - 15% off and just going ABOVE and BEYOND for the customer. LORD, what have I done wrong to deserve such treatment...I try to go above and beyond when Im at work - LORD please tell me! The ONLY and I mean THE ONLY REASON I gave three stars due to the two ladies and the one gentleman that greeted you at the door!! They were ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!!

Its an amazing store, although it feels like theyve changed it around every single time I go in. They have great stuff, including clothes, shoes, jewelry, and makeup. And they have a lot of it too. Definitely a good store to shop at!

Everything I wanted to look at was very spread out. The styles were not up to date and the couple of items I considered were overpriced. The staff pretty much ignored me except for one friendly employee.

Could not find pull up dress slacks. Allergic to metal snaps and such. When I did find some not long enough. I bought 3 pair last year and love them. No other colors but black, brown and blue. Would like the mustard and the green colors oh and red, light browns, etc.

Remember when JCP used to have great sales, customer service, and quality brands? Well at least they still have quality brands. Its like they took the Kmart model and just said: throw the clothes anywhere and make sure we have 1 rep to ring up the customers. In todays world, JCP is flailing, with no hope in sight.

The store is bright, there were plenty of staff, we must have been asked a dozen times if we needed help or if we were able to find what we were looking for. There were tons of specials going on and they had a lot of items on clearance. It was a nice store, clean, and some place I can see why my grandmother likes to shop.

I went to return and exchange pants, which I had bought online. We stood in line for quite a while and then was informed that online purchases must be handled in the back of the store. We walked over and meet a nice lady, Jennifer C. who was the woman supervisor. She gave us 10% off for our troubles at the jewelry counter, which was close. I didn’t give this 5 stars due to the incident happening, but we had great service.
